I WOULD RATE THIS ZERO!
Absolutely disgusting hotel. The rooms STINK of sewerage, my partner got food poisoning from their 'off' pork for the entire holiday! We got locked out the hotel at 3am! The staff claimed the door was 'sticky' but this was a total lie! Staff are rude, resort is run down and dirty. The bathroom flooded when shower was used. Food is just left overs from the day before. NO ENTERTAINMENT! We payed for all inclusive HOWEVER we had to pay for our drinks! Absolute worst place I have EVER visited !

The hotel needs urgently a renewal. Regarding the food: you get what you have paid. Hotel Pliska offers good prices, in consequence the quality of the food and drinks is low. The receptionist of today was friendly and professional. Would I come again? Currently not, first they need to renew all rooms.

The hotel is an old fashion, but this isn't the point. The main points are the staff treatment is so worse, they treats if the guests didn't pay for thier booking. The food is very bad with Insects flying around it l. Every single day I ate outside the hotel. Really bad vacation, they spoiled our vacation. We Spent a lot of money with useless

This is a very old hotel that needs renovation badly, preferably starting with the pipes, because the smell in the room is gut-wrenching. Also, I was very surprised hotels in Golden Sands don't care about their guests' night rest. If you are "lucky" to have 4 people who are drunk and feel like drinking more, whistling and clapping to loud music at 3am by the poolside-they will until they are tired and none will want to deal with them. The food was okay, but the dining place was dirty.

We were staying in Pliska hotel for one week.We didnt expect luxury and the best confort in the world,because with the money you pay,you can not expect that.The rooms are not perfect,but the food was great,very tasty,the facilities of the hotel are more than ok,sauna,jacuzzi,indoor pool and outdoor pool.The room was cleaned every day.So for those who left a bad review,you should pay more if you want luxury and confort.Many thanks to Yana from the reception,Michael from the bar and all the staff.

Extremely old hotel, poorly maintained. Everything is very old- lift, rooms, lobby. Too expensive for what it is. Bad food, dated facilities, far from the beach unless you can walk lots of stairs. I give one star for the nice staff and the ok outside pool, other wise no stars. In general Golden Sands is a dirty, run-down and crowded resort, which looks a giant ashtray with cigarette remains everywhere and lots of trash. Beach chairs are not properly cleaned. Beach is only superficially cleaned.no free area.

The shower was broken,waited 2 days for them to fix it,food horrible,you have 2 elevators, and they are 100 meters apart so if you stay at floor 9 good luck,the second elevator always get stuck,and also you really hear everything because the walls are very thin and it's constantly noise not from outside but from inside the hotel and people often get drunk and make trouble,really don't go to this hotel,it may be cheap but there is a reason why,also very old+only 10 cars parking,for a 300 people hotel and the wifi didn't work?

No parking,the food was disgusting,it's very old and people there are uncivilized,heard every noise in my room and I couldn't sleep well and I hate the second elevator,wifi wasn't working at all,the speed was 0,02 KB/s...

Don't go there,it is not worth any money,wifi doesn't work,the food was not food,it was plastic,and I got stuck in the second elevator and the noise from drunk people was horrible?
