**The Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Visited**

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We arrived on the night of August 13, 2024, exhausted from our journey, only to be met with an extremely rude receptionist, an older woman. Despite our reservation, she claimed there were no available rooms and made us wait for 1.5 hours. This was after a long trip, and we were already tired, making the situation even worse.

When we finally got our room, we realized that although we paid for a stay for three people, the room only had two beds. The third person was expected to sleep on a sofa, which was very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we paid for half board, but only breakfast was provided—no dinner, as advertised.

This hotel markets itself as a 5-star establishment, but the service and accommodations were far from it. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the facilities did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. I strongly advise against staying here.

Hello, I was absolutely not happy about my visit at this hotel, the first thing, before to arrive at the hotel, in the morning, I got the money back from hotel… and nobody’s was answering me at reception to tell why, after a lot of time someone answered at WhatsApp. When I arrived I was earlier to pay to be sure I didn’t came for nothing. The people worked at reception refused to get the money, but after I insisted she finally got them saying is ok also to pay at the end. After that I got the card for room. Floor 9… here when I enter in the room, the room was completely messy, food on the floor, etc. I let my beg there and I went at reception to complain about it and more then that the reservation I did was for a room double bed, and in reality I got a room with 2 small bed. At reception I wait for a manager to check what I said. After this waiting I got I new room, nr 1414, floor 14. In this room I have a bathroom which had shower cable broken. The water was flying everywhere. I didn’t complain again because was my birthday boyfriend and already I had start this holiday badly. In the last day when I left, I went at reception and I gave the card of the room about at 9:30 and I ask the receptionist if I can stay 1 hour more at the poll and if the parking still free. She said yes, is all fine and the parking still fine until we will left. I’m really upset because when I left the parking I had to pay the parking even if it was granted free. The hotel is not 5 stars, the employees not nice, the cleaning service not good, I will never recommend this hotel to nobody. I had a bad experience with a start full of disgusting, messing up the birthday of my boyfriend.

A great hotel location, but below average food and they do not offer soft drinks and tea/coffee with evening meals which is a poor for a hotel of this rating. Also room only has water on first day. Seems a bit tight for the money. Only stayed there as other hotels were closed as it was out of season. Also our son left an electric toothbrush in the room and when we returned it was missing. Strange why house keeping didn't hand it in.

Very good food, that's all this hotel has to offer. The pool is nothing compared to what's in the pictures. The water is very cold, the sunbeds are 'reserved' for customers who will come and pay for them. Even with full board plus you don't get free drinks at the pool bar, and drinks at the restaurant are restricted to glass coca cola products, water and a glass of beer. Staff is rude as well and this is by no means a 5* hotel. More like a 3 and a half * hotel. Dissapointed.
