Aquahouse Hotel & SPA

Unfortunately, we had an appointment at the hotel in April that we had to cancel. We are a family with three children. They did not agree to put us up in a 4 person apartment, which included an extra cot for the toddler (who, by the way, still sleeps in bed with us). We proposed to pay extra for the cot, for meals, but we cannot accommodate the children separately from us, nor double the cost without actually needing it. An inflexible, disappointing approach that we cannot understand. I received your reply which I don't see here at the moment, but I give you the print screen of what I received by email from you initially. The booking was made through Travel Planner. I have the reservation and can offer it to you without any problem. Also, your response to our case was also handled through the agency. I do not appreciate that instead of requesting additional information to identify our reservation, you insinuated that I lied about the existence of the reservation.
