Aquahouse Hotel & SPA

It truly great experience. I spent two weeks here and enjoyed every single day. I also have to say that my expectations were not just met but exceeded. I understand the Hotel opened three years ago, yet it seems brand-new. It’s a very high-quality to build and it’s well maintained. The whole hotel is very spacious and grand. My room again very large and well designed.
The spa has many different pools, saunas and steam room.
I found the staff consistently friendly and courteous. Especially the spa team are warm, friendly, and professional - receptionists and therapists alike.
I had set personal health and fitness goals for my two weeks stay which, with the help of the spa therapists I more than achieved.
I already know I will be back!

It’s our second visit to this hotel, firstly was at the opening when it was not part of Ensana and secondly last weekend. We see an improvement in the services and the hotel is well maintained. The complementary mini bar was a great treat. Even is good that the hotel opted out for all inclusive, the quality of the food for breakfast is still low. Breakfast at Astor is way better, more vegetarian, non greasy options. As for the room, as we knew it, big and cosy, excepting the pillows that are in bad shape. We loved the outside sauna. I think services can be improved, more personal is needed to pools areas and restaurant. Great value for money.

Exceeds Expectations by Far

After staying in more than eight different hotels during a round trip in Bulgaria, I must say that this one stands out as the best value for the price. It’s the epitome of a spa resort, featuring multiple pools, a stunning garden, and an ideal location near the beach.

The hotel offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and lounge areas, along with complimentary access to the nearby Aquahouse, which provides additional pools, hot tubs, and a beautiful view of the sea.

The breakfast and dinner buffets included a nice variety of dishes, including some traditional Bulgarian cuisine. The property is large, elegantly designed, and perfect for a full relaxation experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Without a doubt, this has been my best spa experience so far.

Exceptional Stay - Highly Recommended

I recently stayed at Ensana Bulgaria and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, offering all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had a great view. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything was spotless.

One of the highlights was the hotel's gardens and pools. Related to food, the breakfast / dinner buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed the Aqua House, which was well-equipped and maintained.

The location was perfect for us, situated in a peaceful area, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle.

Overall, Ensana exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit! ❤️

We had a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm atmosphere and an extremely friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Another aspect that impressed us was the food. The restaurant offers a wide range of delicious dishes, but I would have liked to see more taste in the desserts.

On the other hand, the only aspect that left us slightly disappointed was the lack of entertainment. During our stay, there were no organized entertainment activities, which would have been a great addition.

I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With some minor improvements in the desserts and entertainment areas, it could become the perfect place for an ideal vacation.

We felt so good in this hotel that we extended our stay for another night. Big room with a beautiful view, quiet, impeccable cleanliness, rich breakfast, it's impossible not to find something you like. We tried the Asian and Italian restaurant, the food was delicious! The greenery, the shade of the pine trees is divine, we really managed to relax. The only downside is the small number of sunbeds at the pools and that it is almost impossible to find a spot unless you go to "reserve" it with your towel at 7am. We were delighted with this hotel and will definitely come back. As for the staff, the girls at the Alibabki bar are super nice, the same can be said about the waiters at the Italian and Asian restaurants.

Beautiful resort with many different pools (wake up early to book your lounge chair)

Amazing sauna / hammam area.
Overall, all is made of great quality products with a very professional team of staff the place is continuously managed making this place a gem.

Food is great and very affordable for a place like this. Fresh food any time of the day.

The parking is limited. You will find it difficult to park your car. This was an issue for us.

The rooms are beautiful and very well equipped.

A very very good resort. We loved it all !!!!

Excellent place for relaxation even with 2 toddlers. The food was delicious every meal ,thanks to the chefs. The sushi in Kampai restaurant was really really good and the service was on point. The housekeeping ladies are the best. Our apartment was big mess every time we are going out ,but every time we are back the apartment was like brand new !!! We never see the cleaning lady but special thanks,much appreciated!!!
One thing was really strange and made us feel uncomfortable is that our apartment was at the little building next to reception and when you’re going though the hall the first to rooms are always open … like always , we were thinking this rooms are office rooms ,but anyway it very very awkward .
