This chic hotel has a modern medical centre. Comfortable accommodation, quality service and excellent conditions for family rest and recreation.

Renovated: 2011
Location: in the town of Sandanski, at 168 km from the airport of Sofia.
Consists of one 7-storey building.
The hotel has 285 rooms. There are rooms for Allergy sufferers.
Treatment programs:
- ASTHMA – for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the upper respiratory tract: inhalation with mineral water, medicines, herbs.
- Therapeutic exercises.
Massages and electrotherapy.
- HYDROTHERAPY – for diseases of the musculoskeletal and peripheral nervous systems; gynecological diseases.
- TORFOSOL for the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis: mineral baths with original biologic Torfosol, ultrasound, Solarium, treatments using pulsed magnetic fields, paraffin baths, gymnastics. Torfosol is a unique, patented component in Bulgaria, natural peat, natural bioproduct. In the preparation includes dried ground peat, enriched with elements fluorine, silicon and magnesium.
- BEAUTIFUL BODY – based method on the basis of modern cosmetology. Effective for cellulite and the subcutaneous layers. The procedures use the mineral baths with green algae from the Rupite, brown cream, wrap in ecololgy, underwater massage, phonophoresis of anti-cellulite cream.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.

I personally cannot give this hotel more than a 3.
Good things about the hotel(Pros):
- Next to the city center and park, great location
- Incredible spa opportunities with everything, pools, gyms, medical centers, massages, hair dressers etc etc
- Breakfast was not anything special but was good
Bad things about the hotel(Cons):
-Horrible pricing, the fact that the hotel count 12 year olds as adults is just a scam.
- Hotel and Rooms show their age, not how I expected them to be
-Bad prices at the restaurant as well
- Staff showing no sense of life and just not welcoming that much
Overall, the hotel is practically a scam and is outdated. But it has good things

Best place to stay in the region, location in the centre of the city and at the entrance of the park at the same time. Spaces are big and the spa center has real size.

Good hotel with big Spa opportunities and great three pools. It offers good quality for its price range. The location right at the entrance of the park and the beginning of the main street makes it a great place to stay at when visiting Sandanski.

Rooms are small and cold, no matter heating is working. In front of the room is hotter than in the room. Location is good overall I wouldn't come again for sure..

The rooms are in good conditions and clean. The hotel is located at the entrance of st. Vrach park which makes it very easy to get to the nicest places in Sandanski. The outside warm pools are great

We were able to check-in proir 15:00
Once we entered the playground with the children, the staff informed us, that our children can not stay there, because they heared them caugh 2-3 times at place. They pleased us to leave the ground as soon as possible.
The bellyboys were around the reception and kust laid over and stayed to skip the time - no support with the luggage for check-in or check-out. The rooms were renovated, but the bathroom just cleaned up. The spa and wellness feelt like being at the city bathroom, nothing more options given. Foe one night layover it is acceptable, just because the park and city centre are in front.

We had a lovely 3 days stay here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, pool is also clean, can get a bit crowded though if there are holidays. Very hot in the rooms, had to open the window to cool down the room, even though it was 5 degrees outside. Breakfast is good, not a lot of sweets, but good variety nonetheless. Mediterranean (a la carte) restaurant a bit pricey.
