5 star hotels All-inclusive in Sozopol

Superb location on a hill nearby Black Sea. Amazing view from the room. Great facilities, including many pools, bars. Clean beach. Not so great food and servings. For sure, not an ultra all inclusive services and food/drinks, as it is promoted. Overall, an 7-8/10.

1. Gyro station. Didn't try. Saw a 15 yo worker sitting on the counter and smoking while the other kid was preparing the food. I brought up the issue to the management that it is probably not sanitary to smoke during food preparation and was smiled at. 2. Kids club. No one counts the kids at drop off or gives them bracelets. If your kid has a tantrum and can't tell his/her name yet, you are out of...

We had a very pleasant stay there. It is the best place to have a beach holidays with small children, as everything is so closeby: beach, pool , food entertainment, health centre. The food was good and plenty. The service was very good especially in the restaurants and the bars. The entertainment was enjoyable and the children liked it a lot. Well done!

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

It was a perfect holiday! Room cleaning was excellent. The entire village is designed to make you feel relaxed and to enjoy the holiday. Various types of delicious foods!

Amazing place. Perfect for families with children. Extra swimming pools, beautiful beach and the whole area around the hotel. Delicious food and much more.

Absolutely everything is as it should be. The vacation you look forward to and know that there will be no problems. True, there is some confusion, but only in terms of which pool to choose today, which dish to give preference to, when there is so much choice!

Fine hotels ,clean the area with an abundance of blooming roses and lime with an unusual flavor,food dishes,water Park,amphitheatre, if desired, one can find entertainment!

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars. Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive).

Firstly, I am exceptionally pleased with the service and especially the boys at reception. They greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful during my whole stay. The room, which overlooked the sea, was also wonderful. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to relax for a couple days

The location, staff and food were okay, but the room was far from properly cleaned.. checking in, we found smudges all over the mirror and someone else’s razor in the bathroom. The only problem I have here was Sozopol the city its little far the rest is good the boss is very kind person, the food is good, the beach is good ,the staff specially in reception is amazing, the swimming pool is clean , our room was regularly clean I think is pretty good for Bulgaria

The staff was polite and helpful. The location is good, the beach is excellent. The pools are always an good option for the kids and adults. Room was good, but go with higher class room if you are with kids. Standard room is not very big, but it's nice and conformable. The food was good and had choice.

I’ll start with the positive. The location is good. You walk out of the hotel and you’re on the beach. The size of the rooms was acceptable. The staff were friendly. Pool size is good. On the other hand, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. No water, no coffee making facilities, the aircon cannot be adjusted to your desired temperature as it kept on going to very low on its own. Really good hotel. I think it's only one that has pools in Sozopol. Services are excellent and location is few meters from the beach. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. Drinks one the pool bar and lobby bar are ok price.

We went at the beginning of September 2019 and we had amazing time staying at this location. Really nice food at breakfast, our room was big and had seaside view. What I didn't like was water in the pool being too cold and I couldn't swim. The beach is really close but sometimes there was red flag. First time visiting Sozopol and we enjoyed our stay.

The great thing about this hotel is its location. To the sea 3 minutes by lift. However, if it's August and the sea turns into a green swamp, it is possible for him not to go. The room was very nice. Only problem you might encounter is that the toilet is in the shower, but it was not something disturbing. The food was good, but there were not so many options of meat. What a hidden gem of a hotel. We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive. Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price. The beach and sea was just a minute's walk through the gardens. Spectacular!

Everything was perfect! Except the food, for the money that we paid! The choice was very poor. The pizza as an afternoon snack was delicious. The people who work there were very friendly and nice. The rooms were perfectly cleaned every day. The beach is very near.
