5 star hotels All-inclusive in Sozopol

We stayed here some years ago and had a wonderful time very good experience indeed, went past this year on a mountain bike ride

1. Gyro station. Didn't try. Saw a 15 yo worker sitting on the counter and smoking while the other kid was preparing the food. I brought up the issue to the management that it is probably not sanitary to smoke during food preparation and was smiled at. 2. Kids club. No one counts the kids at drop off or gives them bracelets. If your kid has a tantrum and can't tell his/her name yet, you are out of...

We had a very pleasant stay there. It is the best place to have a beach holidays with small children, as everything is so closeby: beach, pool , food entertainment, health centre. The food was good and plenty. The service was very good especially in the restaurants and the bars. The entertainment was enjoyable and the children liked it a lot. Well done!

Exceptional from any point of view or needs to be met. Location also exceptional with long Beach and little forest in the back of the hotel. We simply loved being there!

Overall positive experience! Parasols on the beach are very transparent and do not provide sufficient protection from the sun. There is a pool bar but no beach bar. Food is good and rooms are clean.Good variety of entertainment!

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

We really enjoyed the place. We attended a wedding there. Great view of the sea, large spacious rooms. The food was great. we had no time to check the SPA, but it was also available. The breakfast could have been a bit more complete, e.g. I couldn't find ayran. There is EV charging available and a big parking lot with a lot of capacity. The rooms are also accessible by elevator. We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. Not international standard. Cold food. All inclusive but water only, meat is the cheapest type, almost non edable. Fish is from the freezrer, cheapest type and the list goes on...

Location is top and beautiful with a great beach near by. The base is pretty old though. It's definitely not a 5 star, more like a solid 3-star hotel. Some things are just annoying: - Very short breakfast (7:30-10) and dinner slots (18:30-20:30!!). - having to pay for the coffee machine or the safe in the room..why?! Like I said, 3 star hotel..

Good place if you like big all-inclusive complexes. Lot of swimming pools and big canteen, but it's crowdy and kind of noisy

I really would like to give 5* to the hotel, but an issue with the cleaning of our room explains the 4* only. Maybe it was just bad luck in our case, because they had just opened that day. One of the best hotels in Bulgaria with blue flag and clean sea. But sometimes the sea could be wavy in that time you must pay attention to the advices of the lifeguards.

There are not enough stars for this hotel! Ten for interior design, for details, for breakfast, for hospitality, for pool. We visited them for third time. Highly recommended!!

The apartments are comfortable, the beach is close. However, the common lawns are not maintained and this spoils the feeling of a beautiful place. There are no grocery, fruit or vegetable shops nearby.

Nice apartment with very good location!

Firstly, I am exceptionally pleased with the service and especially the boys at reception. They greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful during my whole stay. The room, which overlooked the sea, was also wonderful. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to relax for a couple days

The location, staff and food were okay, but the room was far from properly cleaned.. checking in, we found smudges all over the mirror and someone else’s razor in the bathroom. Our daughter (2-yr old), dropped her hair band, I told her to get it and she brought me a different one (not ours) 😳 There are two drawers in the room - one had some painkillers and the other - the wrapper of a used condom ...

The staff was polite and helpful. The location is good, the beach is excellent. The pools are always an good option for the kids and adults. Room was good, but go with higher class room if you are with kids. Standard room is not very big, but it's nice and conformable. The food was good and had choice.

A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars. Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive).

The location is more than convenient, great beach and the place is really chill, however half of the rooms are very near the main road, which is the reason you cannot open the balcony while you sleep. Extremely clean and tidy - every year I go to the sea several times and go around - I have never received such a clean for such a price! Smiling owners, excellent attitude, very good location 5 minutes from the center and the beach - cleaned every day, you come back from the beach and the room smells fresh! Wonderful clean and comfortable rooms with a perfect location 5 minutes from the central beach and Harmanite beach. The host was very kind and the maid was just great. If you are looking for a nice place to have a good rest, this is your place. I highly recommend.

The resort is really one of the best on the Bulgarian seaside - the rooms are big, clean, and it is beachfront. Unfortunately the service staff in the restaurants don’t match the quality for a 4 star hotel and for the price you pay. At breakfast, a couple of times we ran out of cuttlery, coffee, etc with no staff around to inform them - when going to the back to find someone, they were all hiding...

It's the English couple here, room 301 2.9.24 to 9.9.24 We have just had a fantastic week in Bulgaria staying at the Viva Mare Hotel in Sozopol. I believe this hotel is new to Jet2 customers and I wanted to let say how good it was. Nice and light large rooms, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The service is excellent, and some minor details can be improved, but overall, for Bulgaria, the service is quite good, and the staff is well trained and accommodating. Automatic curtains are an excellent touch. The open view from/to bathroom/bedroom is interesting but not for everyone. What I would add are bug nets on the windows.

Clean nice new interior. Well maintained close complex with private apartments and nice hotel. The complex has tennis courts and other sports facilities. Several pools and restaurants inside the closed complex. Unfortunately the hotel complex does not have a nice sea beach, but nearby there are some nice beaches. Also for the guests of the hotel there is no good enough parking option in my opinion

We’ve stayed in highlight room - the room had a lot of features (automatic curtains, heated floor, a lot of control of the lights), the terrace was big with very nice view. Me, my wife and our two sons stayed in this wonderful hotel from 15.08 until 21.08 and the only downside of our whole vacation was that we actually had to leave. There is more to want from the restaurant.We had breakfast and dinner included and they were not awful but they were not great also .The biggest problem that I faced was the parking issue . There is no parking within the hotel , so you have to negotiate with the parkings near by which is very inconvenient...

Really good hotel. I think it's only one that has pools in Sozopol. Services are excellent and location is few meters from the beach. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. Drinks one the pool bar and lobby bar are ok price.

We went at the beginning of September 2019 and we had amazing time staying at this location. Really nice food at breakfast, our room was big and had seaside view. What I didn't like was water in the pool being too cold and I couldn't swim. The beach is really close but sometimes there was red flag. First time visiting Sozopol and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very nice. Only problem you might encounter is that the toilet is in the shower, but it was not something disturbing. The food was good, but there were not so many options of meat. Anyway, everyday we got enough food to get full. The beach is small, but perfect because there are not so many people. Water was very warm (because of the Burgas golf) and the weather was also nice. What a hidden gem of a hotel. We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive. Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price. The beach and sea was just a minute's walk through the gardens. Spectacular!

Everything was perfect! Except the food, for the money that we paid! The choice was very poor. The pizza as an afternoon snack was delicious. The people who work there were very friendly and nice. The rooms were perfectly cleaned every day. The beach is very near.

Nice place for family vacation. It is well maintained. The personal is mostly friendly. The beach is too small though and is not part of the complex, but the pools are great. There are mainly Russian tourist and families Germans and British, are seen too.

Best place I've been in Sozopol! The resort is amazing, this place brings comfort in every corner and removes the need of always being in a hurry. With an amazing location - just above CAVO beach bar - it's hard to beat this piece of Eden.

A nice apartment in a well-maintained complex with many swimming pools, sport facilities and child playground. Although the apartment wasn’t very big, there was plenty of storage space for our luggage. There were some amenities missing in the kitchen, but the stuff were extremely nice and brought us everything we needed.

Great place to relax, even out of season (excluding the nearby complex). The gym needs updating! The apartments are clean and spacious, and the rooms, although small - cozy! It has almost everything you need for a vacation!

You have pretty much everything you need inside the premises for a good relaxing vacation. Shop, restaurant, fitness and many pools are at your disposal for free. The resort is across the street from the beach and around 5km (15min) with car from Sozopol Old Town.

Beautiful place. It was clean and cosy. The complex has 4 or 5 pools but the deck chairs were always taken. Covered with towels by other residents from 8 am to reserve the deck chairs and they came to the pools at 1, 2pm. So you have to be very lucky to find a free space. It is annoying because there is no-one to use the deck chairs for hours but you cant use them too. Also our apartment was full of...

Great customer service, not a bad breakfast and not a bad location. However, dirty rooms! The floor is dusty, the toilet seat was disgustingly yellow, and the sheets had stains. Also, mad expensive for what they offered. Wouldn’t recommend nor come back.

The rooms were comfortable. The food was medeoker, but the staff was super friendly. There is a parking space for 12lv per day.

With breakfasts, excellent price/performance ratio. We had everything we needed for a moderate price. Refrigerator and air-conditioning was in a room. Approx. 300 m to the beach (and to the Lidl supermarket) and 400 m to street food restaurants in Sozopol.
