5 star hotels All-inclusive in Sozopol

We stayed here some years ago and had a wonderful time very good experience indeed, went past this year on a mountain bike ride

1. Gyro station. Didn't try. Saw a 15 yo worker sitting on the counter and smoking while the other kid was preparing the food. I brought up the issue to the management that it is probably not sanitary to smoke during food preparation and was smiled at. 2. Kids club. No one counts the kids at drop off or gives them bracelets. We had a very pleasant stay there. It is the best place to have a beach holidays with small children, as everything is so closeby: beach, pool , food entertainment, health centre. The food was good and plenty. The service was very good especially in the restaurants and the bars. The entertainment was enjoyable and the children liked it a lot. Well done!

Exceptional from any point of view or needs to be met. Location also exceptional with long Beach and little forest in the back of the hotel. We simply loved being there!

Overall positive experience! Parasols on the beach are very transparent and do not provide sufficient protection from the sun. There is a pool bar but no beach bar. Food is good and rooms are clean.Good variety of entertainment!

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The rooms were great, the food wasn't bad at all either. The private beach was an another great addition. However, the swimming pools closed at 18:00pm, and you can easily get shouted at for being outside your room after dinner. Beware of swallow nests, snakes, mosquitoes and sea bugs.

Beautiful views, well kept resort areas, but the hotel part was disappointing! No value for money whatsoever! The room was full of dust and spider nets, the all inclusive offering extremely poor. Needs more attention on customer service too! Very far from any 4*/ 5* hotel we have visited.

Really good hotel. I think it's only one that has pools in Sozopol. Services are excellent and location is few meters from the beach. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. Drinks one the pool bar and lobby bar are ok price.

We went at the beginning of September 2019 and we had amazing time staying at this location. Really nice food at breakfast, our room was big and had seaside view. What I didn't like was water in the pool being too cold and I couldn't swim. The beach is really close but sometimes there was red flag. First time visiting Sozopol and we enjoyed our stay.

What a hidden gem of a hotel. We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive. Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price. The beach and sea was just a minute's walk through the gardens. Spectacular!

Everything was perfect! Except the food, for the money that we paid! The choice was very poor. The pizza as an afternoon snack was delicious. The people who work there were very friendly and nice. The rooms were perfectly cleaned every day. The beach is very near.

The apartments are comfortable, the beach is close. However, the common lawns are not maintained and this spoils the feeling of a beautiful place. There are no grocery, fruit or vegetable shops nearby.

Extremely clean and tidy - every year I go to the sea several times and go around - I have never received such a clean for such a price! The resort is really one of the best on the Bulgarian seaside - the rooms are big, clean, and it is beachfront. The hotels staff was very polite and helpful, the hotel itself was super clean, comfortable and nice, they have lots of swiming pools, best one is Apolonia. The staff at the hotels restaurant was very rude, talking to us like we are just a burden. Didnt clean our table, didnt suggest anything from the menu and the restaurant is very expensive, compared to others around.

One of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in my life. Bathrooms, cleaning, views, space, aircon etc; all great Breakfast was nice too. Only problem is that there was very limited parking. We got there in the end though, but requires patience. Would definitely go back and keep using short taxi trips to dinner, when leaving the resort.

Great customer service, not a bad breakfast and not a bad location. However, dirty rooms! The floor is dusty, the toilet seat was disgustingly yellow, and the sheets had stains. Also, mad expensive for what they offered. Wouldn’t recommend nor come back.

With breakfasts, excellent price/performance ratio. We had everything we needed for a moderate price. Refrigerator and air-conditioning was in a room. Approx. 300 m to the beach (and to the Lidl supermarket) and 400 m to street food restaurants in Sozopol.

Nice place for family vacation. It is well maintained. The personal is mostly friendly. The beach is too small though and is not part of the complex, but the pools are great. There are mainly Russian tourist and families Germans and British, are seen too.

Best place I've been in Sozopol! The resort is amazing, this place brings comfort in every corner and removes the need of always being in a hurry. With an amazing location - just above CAVO beach bar - it's hard to beat this piece of Eden.

A nice apartment in a well-maintained complex with many swimming pools, sport facilities and child playground. Although the apartment wasn’t very big, there was plenty of storage space for our luggage. There were some amenities missing in the kitchen, but the stuff were extremely nice and brought us everything we needed.

Great place to relax, even out of season (excluding the nearby complex). The gym needs updating! The apartments are clean and spacious, and the rooms, although small - cozy! It has almost everything you need for a vacation!

You have pretty much everything you need inside the premises for a good relaxing vacation. Shop, restaurant, fitness and many pools are at your disposal for free. The resort is across the street from the beach and around 5km (15min) with car from Sozopol Old Town.

Beautiful place. It was clean and cosy. The complex has 4 or 5 pools but the deck chairs were always taken. Covered with towels by other residents from 8 am to reserve the deck chairs and they came to the pools at 1, 2pm. So you have to be very lucky to find a free space.
