Hotels on first line in Sozopol

A very well-designed place with a variety of attractions for the whole family. Beautiful gardens and a clean beach. The downsides were no fan in the bathroom and all the moisture staying within the flat

A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

The old key-lock safe cost €10/day, and things like inflatable beach rides, mini golf, PlayStation area, all required additional payment

Summary: Great nature, pools, and beach, but spoiled by poor food, rude service, and extra charges

The quality of the food is good. Negative side is that the variaty between the meals is not big. All other cocktails and drinks are with low quality. Water in the pool was ok but it could be better filtered

We asked for a birthday song to play on lunch but they probably forgot to play it. But some of the rooms were pretty far away from reception and the restaurant a worst of all the far away rooms didn’t have wifi

We met dedicated people who do everything to make you feel good, at the restaurant, pool or bars. Towels and sheets were changed daily, which shows care for tourists

I also want to thank Radjaboi and Timur for their services at the restaurant terrace. There is a so-called boss, Ivan, who you should avoid, he is so rude

The hotel staff, Bulgarians and Uzbeks, do everything to make you feel good

Something else negative? Yes, the hotel parking is always crowded, but nothing is perfect on holiday, right?

We had a very pleasant stay there. It is the best place to have a beach holidays with small children, as everything is so closeby: beach, pool , food entertainment, health centre

Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive)

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars

Large complex with good food and helpful staff, pool with water slides is a bonus

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

All inclusive. The only thing missing is ATMs.

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

The pool can not accommodate even half of the vacationers i. the wind is too strong and you don't want to be on the beach. People were SMOKING EVERYWHERE

No attractions for children but the pool and the beach - maybe good for couples looking for a quiet vacation but for families

We had an amazing family holiday in Arcutino family resort!The rooms were spacious and very clean, the food was fresh, good variety, something for everyone,the staff were absolutely brilliant and the beach was lovely

We had a great vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they greeted us and helped us with the luggage. The senior housemaid understood our needs perfectly and cleaned flawlessly. Would absolutely recommend!!

The staff was polite and helpful. The location is good, the beach is excellent. The pools are always an good option for the kids and adults. Room was good, but go with higher class room if you are with kids

One of the highlights of our stay was the friendliness of the staff and other guests. The resort has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and it was easy to strike up conversations with fellow travelers

We have rented a two bedroom apartment there from Evelina. It was really nice, comfortable, with all small thing that you might need during your stay available

Other things worth mentioning are Arkutino Beach, which is about a 10-minute drive away, and the Ravadinovo Castle

The location of the apartment is great, close to pools and supermarket. Comfortable beds, big terrace

Nice hotel big and good pools the room was nice. But there were a lot of climbing up and going down which tired me. But overall it was very nice

The buildings themselves are nothing special, typical for this part of the black sea coast - siding done with low quality wood (which is already fading and cracking), the occasonal leaky and mouldy ceiling in the bathrooms, warped doors etc

Amazing hotel and lovely hotel manager who is so patient and helps everyone with everything to make you feel at home! Hotel manager welcomed me with parking for my car right opposite hotel that had tons of space (and also many colleagues with normal sizes pets - its nice its sensibly pet friendly) - parking made me feel calm because I'm obsessed with cars, great room, and restaurant has fantastic...

The season and the plant begins at the beginning of June, should those in charge to start maybe thinking about earlier! It is also a question of the economic viability of the country!

Nice resort to stay, close to the beach but not much around the area. Pets are allowed, but it is best to phone for verification. The rooms were nice, the food was good, small shop with nessassary items.

One of the best hotels in Bulgaria with blue flag and clean sea. But sometimes the sea could be wavy in that time you must pay attention to the advices of the lifeguards.

We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. All inclusive but water only, meat is the cheapest type, almost non edable

I have went multiple times and it has always been excellent! The staff is outstanding, always ready to help with anything! Would highly recommend! Also the view from the pool is stunning!

There are not enough stars for this hotel! Ten for interior design, for details, for breakfast, for hospitality, for pool. We visited them for third time. Highly recommended!!

Extremely clean and tidy - every year I go to the sea several times and go around - I have never received such a clean for such a price! Smiling owners, excellent attitude, very good location 5 minutes from the center and the beach - cleaned every day, you come back from the beach and the room smells fresh! Comfortable, clean and with a wonderful view of the restaurant to the sea! We were on family vacation at the hotel and we are extremely satisfied with the staff and the service, there were disinfectants everywhere, the anti-epidemic measures are followed and we felt safe and calm during the stay! The view from the room was fantastic - sea, beach, the old Sozopol. The staff is polite, always smiling. The food is delicious, the portions are large.

Fridge would not cool and a/c would not blow cold for the first two days (though it did kick on for the rest of the stay, it must have been turned off for the end of the season and was not turned back on for the start)

Room was clean, spacious, maybe the furniture is old-fashioned for the tastes of some, but well maintained. There are not enough parking places at the hotel, but you can park near the hotel in a paid car park

Lovely hotel and probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. There is an endless supply of cleaners who clear the slightest bit of litter immediately

The hotel has a nice pool, with a children's pool and water slide in the gardens. Exiting via your room key card via the gardens take you to the beach right outside

We had fantastic 2 weeks at the Aparthotel Martinez. The hotel is great, big, spacious apartments, nice pool and daytime entertainment. Very good layout with pool in the middle surrounded by apartments

In summary, (our second visit to the Martinez) a spotlessly clean,well run hotel, and ideally located for the beach and a 15 yo 20 minute walk to Sozopol old town

Clean with polite staff and in a excellent location with fine sea views. No dedicated guest parking have to use a car park some distance from the hotel at a cost of 6 Leva per day.

Had a perfect three nights here at the end of May. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, having dinner on our last night

The food was excellent for both breakfast (plenty of choice) and dinner. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Sozopol. We stayed here from 30 may until 2nd June

The atmosphere was superb, the view was amazing - you can see the sea and the ships passing, the pasta and wine were delicious and the service was also very good

The restaurant is to die-for. I’m not kidding. Our host, Stoyan, is one-of-a-kind. The cuisine is mouth-watering from start to finish. The view of the sea is simply stunning. Absolutely an extraordinary experience.

This place has the perfect location - right next to camping Gradina and it is also close to Sozopol

I stayed there for the second time and would do it again. Well organised bathroom where you can take a shower without having the whole bathroom under water. Nearby paid parking 6BGN per day

The hotel pool is only accessible until 7pm which for us was not enough. so great and the waitresses can barely speak English (one of them couldn't even umderstand that we wanted TWO pizzas

Clean place close to the beach but also to a road. Free parking is a plus as well as the view to the sea from the terrace.

Family owned and operated hotel with a rich breakfast. The hotel is located across from Black Sea (you can see the Sea from your room). Very great hospitality!!

This hotel has a great location. Literally the Harmanite beach is across the street and it's a short walking distance to the area with the restaurants, shops and a bit further the Old Town

It's good value for the money if one is the unfussy type, otherwise all sort of bigger or smaller details will most likely bother one. Free parking inside the hotel's yard that can get a bit crammed

I observed that detailed cleaning including changing of sheets was not done everyday but in 2-3 days only. I had to ask for fresh towel and clean pillow sheet myself

We stayed here for 6 days and I had the perfect holiday. They went out of their way to make sure we have everything we need, including a pot that we needed for cooking(they bought us a new one!)
