Cleanlinness in the restaurant is just bad!!! Room cleanlinness is good. Most of the staff is very polite 5/5 5. Waterslides are good both for kids and adults. No daycare center for small kids

And Yes! - clean sea, soft sand, moderately sloping entrance to the sea, fish and crabs at the beach (a small amount), squirrels, turtles, lizards

A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

True, there is some confusion, but only in terms of which pool to choose today, which dish to give preference to, when there is so much choice!

We met dedicated people who do everything to make you feel good, at the restaurant, pool or bars. Towels and sheets were changed daily, which shows care for tourists

I also want to thank Radjaboi and Timur for their services at the restaurant terrace. There is a so-called boss, Ivan, who you should avoid, he is so rude

The hotel staff, Bulgarians and Uzbeks, do everything to make you feel good

Something else negative? Yes, the hotel parking is always crowded, but nothing is perfect on holiday, right?

We had a very pleasant stay there. It is the best place to have a beach holidays with small children, as everything is so closeby: beach, pool , food entertainment, health centre

Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive)

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars

Large complex with good food and helpful staff, pool with water slides is a bonus

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

Great place for relax and enjoying the beautiful landscape, mountain and sea .The resort has all the facilities that you need to enjoy your vacation.

The location is more than convenient, great beach and the place is really chill, however half of the rooms are very near the main road, which is the reason you cannot open the balcony while you sleep

You either risk to get sick if you sleep while having the conditioner turned on or you just cant sleep because there is no air in the room. All inclusive + free snacks before and after lunch, but it's always the same

I have went multiple times and it has always been excellent! The staff is outstanding, always ready to help with anything! Would highly recommend! Also the view from the pool is stunning!

There are not enough stars for this hotel! Ten for interior design, for details, for breakfast, for hospitality, for pool. We visited them for third time. Highly recommended!!

The best hotel in Sozopol. The restaurant is the best in South seaside.

Unique hotel at the Sozopol port. Basic breakfast, allthough high-quality selection.

The area is well-groomed with palm trees and exotic plants. The best children's playground among nearby hotels. During the day the pool is noisy.

Firstly, I am exceptionally pleased with the service and especially the boys at reception. They greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful during my whole stay

The only problem I have here was Sozopol the city its little far the rest is good the boss is very kind person, the food is good, the beach is good ,the staff specially in reception is amazing, the swimming pool is clean , our room was regularly clean I think is pretty good for Bulgaria

The room, which overlooked the sea, was also wonderful. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to relax for a couple days

Cons: - Lack of umbrellas by the sea for all guests, need to take them before breakfast. - Lack of sunbeds by the pool, also need to be taken in time

Nice swimming pool with children's paddling pool. Excellent unspoiled cuisine, hardworking staff. Distance from the sea about 100 metres. Ideal for families with or without children

Although the complex is half-full at best, the pools are overcrowded and there are screaming and shouting children till 24:00

The pool bars play some techno from the morning till late evening like this is not a family resort, but a beach disco

Imagine relaxing by the pool with your family, while they are restless trimming the bushes for several hours

It would have been nice to have less processed food at the buffet breakfast and dinner. Also charging for water at dinner (and no charge at breakfast) wasn't great

We had a lovely stay at Santa Marina. Gorgeous views and beautiful setting. The only criticism I would have is the food but that might be due to individual taste

Amazing hotel and lovely hotel manager who is so patient and helps everyone with everything to make you feel at home! Hotel manager welcomed me with parking for my car right opposite hotel that had tons of space (and also many colleagues with normal sizes pets - its nice its sensibly pet friendly) - parking made me feel calm because I'm obsessed with cars, great room, and restaurant has fantastic...

The season and the plant begins at the beginning of June, should those in charge to start maybe thinking about earlier! It is also a question of the economic viability of the country!

Nice resort to stay, close to the beach but not much around the area. Pets are allowed, but it is best to phone for verification. The rooms were nice, the food was good, small shop with nessassary items.

One of the best hotels in Bulgaria with blue flag and clean sea. But sometimes the sea could be wavy in that time you must pay attention to the advices of the lifeguards.

We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. All inclusive but water only, meat is the cheapest type, almost non edable

Wonderful clean and comfortable rooms with a perfect location 5 minutes from the central beach and Harmanite beach. The host was very kind and the maid was just great

Comfortable, clean and with a wonderful view of the restaurant to the sea! We were on family vacation at the hotel and we are extremely satisfied with the staff and the service, there were disinfectants everywhere, the anti-epidemic measures are followed and we felt safe and calm during the stay! The view from the room was fantastic - sea, beach, the old Sozopol. The staff is polite, always smiling. The food is delicious, the portions are large.

Fridge would not cool and a/c would not blow cold for the first two days (though it did kick on for the rest of the stay, it must have been turned off for the end of the season and was not turned back on for the start)

Room was clean, spacious, maybe the furniture is old-fashioned for the tastes of some, but well maintained. There are not enough parking places at the hotel, but you can park near the hotel in a paid car park

We’ve been here for 3 days now and I felt I needed to write a review now to combat all the bad reviews I’ve seen (most from last year may I add). 30ish to a nice little packed lunch with sandwich, croissant and apple

There’s a few restaurants and shops a two minute walk out the back gate (locked but accessed with your room key). A substantial supermarket is 5 minutes from the hotel (turn right out the front door

The restaurant is to die-for. I’m not kidding. Our host, Stoyan, is one-of-a-kind. The cuisine is mouth-watering from start to finish. The view of the sea is simply stunning. Absolutely an extraordinary experience.

Perfect service, excellent food. Stopped for lunchtime cake & and drinks with incredible views over the Black Sea. Highly recommend Mascarpone, yoghurt, biscuit & candied fig.

We had a studio with a balcony and sea view. The view over the island was spectacular. We particularly liked that the room was large, besides the well equipped kitchen there was a substantial dining table and chairs

I stayed there for the second time and would do it again. Well organised bathroom where you can take a shower without having the whole bathroom under water. Nearby paid parking 6BGN per day

We only went there to visit a friend, but the hotel looked nice with a clean pool and friendly staff.

The hotel pool is only accessible until 7pm which for us was not enough. so great and the waitresses can barely speak English (one of them couldn't even umderstand that we wanted TWO pizzas

Nice and cosy hotel with good location, close to the beach. It is very well equipped and to my surprise it has a very fast wifi which was important to me as I sometimes have to work on my computer

The main advantage though is the restaurant where everything is delicious and they have a good variety of sea food

Family owned and operated hotel with a rich breakfast. The hotel is located across from Black Sea (you can see the Sea from your room). Very great hospitality!!

This hotel has a great location. Literally the Harmanite beach is across the street and it's a short walking distance to the area with the restaurants, shops and a bit further the Old Town

It's good value for the money if one is the unfussy type, otherwise all sort of bigger or smaller details will most likely bother one. Free parking inside the hotel's yard that can get a bit crammed

I observed that detailed cleaning including changing of sheets was not done everyday but in 2-3 days only. I had to ask for fresh towel and clean pillow sheet myself
