Cons: - Lack of umbrellas by the sea for all guests, need to take them before breakfast. - Lack of sunbeds by the pool, also need to be taken in time

Nice swimming pool with children's paddling pool. Excellent unspoiled cuisine, hardworking staff. Distance from the sea about 100 metres. Ideal for families with or without children

The staff was polite and helpful. The location is good, the beach is excellent. The pools are always an good option for the kids and adults. Room was good, but go with higher class room if you are with kids

Great hotel, nothing to complain about. The hotel is architecturally very nice, the main building surrounded by several smaller ones, surrounded by a garden with lots of mature trees

? The food was very tasty and something different every day (we were only bothered that as a side dish there were only fries and spaghetti and only occasionally rice or potatoes). Everywhere and everything was clean

What I didn't like was water in the pool being too cold and I couldn't swim. The beach is really close but sometimes there was red flag. First time visiting Sozopol and we enjoyed our stay

We went at the beginning of September 2019 and we had amazing time staying at this location. Really nice food at breakfast, our room was big and had seaside view

Breakfast is the same for the whole week and it is just eatable. Don't go for All inclusive - there are plenty and plenty of big and small cafes and restaurants by the sea with a descent local dishes

Really nice and very clean hotel, good food, great location and most importantly - fantastic, very helpful and superfriendly staff that can't be praised enough

I think it's only one that has pools in Sozopol. Services are excellent and location is few meters from the beach. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. Drinks one the pool bar and lobby bar are ok price

The beach is small, but perfect because there are not so many people. Water was very warm (because of the Burgas golf) and the weather was also nice. I recommend this hotel and I would come back if I could

The beach and sea was just a minute's walk through the gardens

Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price

Only problem you might encounter is that the toilet is in the shower, but it was not something disturbing. The food was good, but there were not so many options of meat. Anyway, everyday we got enough food to get full

We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive

The view from the various (yes, various) balconies is nothing short of the best we've ever had and as soon as you step out of the building, you're right in the center and in less than 5 minutes at the beach

So we ended up in the wrong place (there's a guest house called Olympia, and no, that's not the same as Olimpia) and called the owner for help. His mother then came within 5 minutes and showed us where to go

Overall a great experience, rooms are nice and clean. Lots of swimming pools, beach is nice and lots of activities to attend to. Shows and parties every night (except Sunday)

We had a very pleasant stay there. It is the best place to have a beach holidays with small children, as everything is so closeby: beach, pool , food entertainment, health centre

If your kid has a tantrum and can't tell his/her name yet, you are out of luck. Beach is nice as long as you are on the premises. If you decide to walk towards another hotel and leave Duni, you will see trash everywhere

better bar non alcoholic drinks, more quite public rooms to work on, the loby has quite loud music and it's hard to focus. Waterslides could be open a bit longer with more swimming buoys for the water slide

I attended an amazing party with animators costumed and talented dancers that danced with us too, a fire show and fireworks. A lot of space to walk around

What could be better: more soap and shower gel in the bathrooms, some of the dispensers don't work great. Gym could be free for all inclusive guests

A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

True, there is some confusion, but only in terms of which pool to choose today, which dish to give preference to, when there is so much choice!

Great place for wonderful holiday for the families with small or a little bit order kids. Wonderful service, tasty meals, wonderful beach.

The location is more than convenient, great beach and the place is really chill, however half of the rooms are very near the main road, which is the reason you cannot open the balcony while you sleep

The pool is really cool and the free beverages from the pool bar are cool as well, however, the pool itself is dirty and is not regularly cleaned

You either risk to get sick if you sleep while having the conditioner turned on or you just cant sleep because there is no air in the room. All inclusive + free snacks before and after lunch, but it's always the same

Good variety overall, many salads, main dishes and deserts, but not enough healthy food choices and no lean meat

Extremely clean and tidy - every year I go to the sea several times and go around - I have never received such a clean for such a price! Smiling owners, excellent attitude, very good location 5 minutes from the center and the beach - cleaned every day, you come back from the beach and the room smells fresh! I would gladly repeat and spend!!!

Comfortable, clean and with a wonderful view of the restaurant to the sea! We were on family vacation at the hotel and we are extremely satisfied with the staff and the service, there were disinfectants everywhere, the anti-epidemic measures are followed and we felt safe and calm during the stay! Exclusive hotel with modern rooms, delicious food and friendly staff. The best choice in Sozopol. All pools of Santa Marina can be used, as well as umbrellas on the beach of the complex.

We’ve stayed in highlight room - the room had a lot of features (automatic curtains, heated floor, a lot of control of the lights), the terrace was big with very nice view

The hotel is located at walking distance from Sozopol old town. The hotel has a small private beach ⛱️ 🌊 The pools of the neighboring Santa Marina complex can be used by the guests of Viva Mare

Free umbrellas and sunbeds are provided. Drinks such as good quality beer is free for all-inclusive hotel guests. The quality of soft drinks on the beach is controversial and is available in diluted form

The hotels staff was very polite and helpful, the hotel itself was super clean, comfortable and nice, they have lots of swiming pools, best one is Apolonia

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

However, the swimming pools closed at 18:00pm, and you can easily get shouted at for being outside your room after dinner. Beware of swallow nests, snakes, mosquitoes and sea bugs

One of the best hotels in Bulgaria with blue flag and clean sea. But sometimes the sea could be wavy in that time you must pay attention to the advices of the lifeguards.

The restaurant is to die-for. I’m not kidding. Our host, Stoyan, is one-of-a-kind. The cuisine is mouth-watering from start to finish. The view of the sea is simply stunning. Absolutely an extraordinary experience.

Clean with polite staff and in a excellent location with fine sea views. No dedicated guest parking have to use a car park some distance from the hotel at a cost of 6 Leva per day.

We had a studio with a balcony and sea view. The view over the island was spectacular. We particularly liked that the room was large, besides the well equipped kitchen there was a substantial dining table and chairs

Amazing food, amazing view. The staff is perfect, the girl recommended THE BEST mussels risotto ever. The prices are good. The music is also fantastic. A must visit.

There is a swimming pool in the rear garden with warm and clear water and great views. The rooms are regularly cleaned and nicely furnished. There is parking next to the hotel and the beach is just a cross the road
