Hotels All-inclusive in Sozopol

The quality of the food is good. Negative side is that the variaty between the meals is not big. All other cocktails and drinks are with low quality. Water in the pool was ok but it could be better filtered

Cleanlinness in the restaurant is just bad!!! Room cleanlinness is good. Most of the staff is very polite 5/5 5. Waterslides are good both for kids and adults. No daycare center for small kids

Was in the beginning released. I liked everything))) , the grounds are well-kept,flowers everywhere, the pools,the sea, everything is close. Children's disco pleased)I Want to go yet, I already miss them. Thank you.

Fine hotels ,clean the area with an abundance of blooming roses and lime with an unusual flavor,food dishes,water Park,amphitheatre, if desired, one can find entertainment!

It was a perfect holiday! Room cleaning was excellent. The entire village is designed to make you feel relaxed and to enjoy the holiday. Various types of delicious foods!

Amazing place. Perfect for families with children. Extra swimming pools, beautiful beach and the whole area around the hotel. Delicious food and much more.

We met dedicated people who do everything to make you feel good, at the restaurant, pool or bars. Towels and sheets were changed daily, which shows care for tourists

I also want to thank Radjaboi and Timur for their services at the restaurant terrace. There is a so-called boss, Ivan, who you should avoid, he is so rude

The hotel staff, Bulgarians and Uzbeks, do everything to make you feel good

Something else negative? Yes, the hotel parking is always crowded, but nothing is perfect on holiday, right?

Also they offer only 2 a la carte restaurants that most of the time are booked and the booking it's very complicated: call between 5 and 7pm to reserve for the same day

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars

Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive)

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

The only problem I have here was Sozopol the city its little far the rest is good the boss is very kind person, the food is good, the beach is good ,the staff specially in reception is amazing, the swimming pool is clean , our room was regularly clean I think is pretty good for Bulgaria

? The food was very tasty and something different every day (we were only bothered that as a side dish there were only fries and spaghetti and only occasionally rice or potatoes). Everywhere and everything was clean

And I would also like to mention that it was my birthday during our stay and they left me a birthday card (even in my language) and a bottle of wine in the room, which was a very nice gesture of theirs

Great hotel, nothing to complain about. The hotel is architecturally very nice, the main building surrounded by several smaller ones, surrounded by a garden with lots of mature trees

Nice swimming pool with children's paddling pool. Excellent unspoiled cuisine, hardworking staff. Distance from the sea about 100 metres. Ideal for families with or without children

Firstly, I am exceptionally pleased with the service and especially the boys at reception. They greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful during my whole stay

There’s a few restaurants and shops a two minute walk out the back gate (locked but accessed with your room key). A substantial supermarket is 5 minutes from the hotel (turn right out the front door

The beach, within yards of the rear of the hotel, is clean and well kept with bars and restaurants running along the small street It’s a definite 5 star visit

(But in all honesty, which person doesn’t bring their own English tea bags 😂😂) The food is good and the restaurant is clean and tidy and very well staffed

A really beautiful hotel with 3 inviting pools. As we visited before the Sozopol season started it was quiet and relaxing The staff were keen, enthusiastic and friendly The room we were in was clean and well appointed

We’ve been here for 3 days now and I felt I needed to write a review now to combat all the bad reviews I’ve seen (most from last year may I add). 30ish to a nice little packed lunch with sandwich, croissant and apple

The bus stop is about 15 minutes walk (again turn right out the front door) and takes you to Burgas (about 1/2 hour away) which is like a proper high street like we used to have in England

The free toiletries were of a very low quality and there was no shower cap or conditioner. Only shampoo and body wash was offered which we did not use and had to buy our own. The towels have seen better days

The smell from the tubes in the bathroom was overwhelming and even though the bathroom fan was on 24/7, it was not helping and the room constantly smelled

The service is terrible. In the evening he wanted to eat, so had to go for ramen. The hotel has no hot water. Had to go nearby and make homeless the package.

You walk out of the hotel and you’re on the beach. The size of the rooms was acceptable. On the other hand, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel

No water, no coffee making facilities, the aircon cannot be adjusted to your desired temperature as it kept on going to very low on its own

The upper lobby (tables, chairs, you can always order something from the bar), the next tier - the terrace of the restaurant (very nice to eat outdoors), under the terrace - pool and a green lawn (grass, trees, if not enough space by the pool, you can sunbathe and here)

We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive

Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price

The beach is small, but perfect because there are not so many people. Water was very warm (because of the Burgas golf) and the weather was also nice. I recommend this hotel and I would come back if I could

Rooms: The size of rooms is bigger than the accepted standards for hotel rooms. You have a balcony from where you have a beautiful view of the wonderful gardens. The food and the all-inclusive service: It was varied food

I take one star because of the food and drinks variety which are not the best and could be way better for that price in comparison to other all-inclusive resorts at Black sea

A simple and easy go-to option for a short stay. The location is very central and easy to get to nearby restaurants and bars. Parking is tricky though.

The dinner time for all inclusive guests was ridiculous, the first place where I see a dinner set from 18:00-20:00

Nice hotel, good food. Close to beach, room clean and quiet. Much better than was expecting after the reviews that I have read. Staff helpful and there is car parking - ask reception

Great service, a bit view, but parking slots are limited, it's better to made a reservation upfront...

Hotel has other amenities too wich I didn't get to check, such as swimming pool and spa. Bar is small and closes at 23 but the staff is really nice. 15minuts by foot from the old town

Food is normal if not having any special plans. I myself as a vegan rarely find a range of choices here

A very good place for families with children. 2 swimming pools, nice restaurant with relatively good food. Perfect location just next to the cosy beach and a little further from hustle and bustle of the centre

Fantastic Hotel staff fantastic and cleaners deserve a big shout out recommending a sea view room and food was lovely. ideally situated on the front and 5 minutes walk to old town and harbour

Selena beach hotel is situated just outside of Sozopol centre. It is only 50 metres from a beautiful beach called Bamboo beach. If the beach is not your thing then there are 2 swimming pools to choose from

The staff – very friendly and helpful. The location – well, this is the biggest flaw of this place. It's quite close to the beach, but the road is very bumpy and rocky. I've had a hard time pushing a stroller there

The main advantage is the proximity to the forest and the tranquility that you can experience if you are in an apartment overlooking there, so it is my higher rating. The staff is friendly and responsive

I visit the hotel for the second time. A lot has changed since three years ago. I guess it's all due to the vacationers there. Before there was a huge variety of food, the pool was extremely clean

Now the pool was muddy and the food was not varied. There were people arguing over food, specifically about steaks. And again, typical in Bulgarian, the overflowing abandoned plates on the tables

The room was nice – quite spacious, new funiture, air conditioned. The food – very tasty, although a bit fat. The playground – a little bit disappointing, just one swing and two slides

And don't even think about taking a walk to the city centre – the road is for cars only, no sidewalk, not even roadside
