A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

It was a perfect holiday! Room cleaning was excellent. The entire village is designed to make you feel relaxed and to enjoy the holiday. Various types of delicious foods!

Fantastic resort, especially for families with small kids. It's got it's own sandy beach with shallow, clear sea. The water park is brilliant and there are masses of sunbeds.

Huge well maintained grounds, pools, service, food (many and varied), lots of space on the beach, bars, restaurants - all just a 5+!!! Try to be objective, but this is the case when I do not find any reason to say "but"

Overall a great experience, rooms are nice and clean. Lots of swimming pools, beach is nice and lots of activities to attend to. Shows and parties every night (except Sunday)

Superb location on a hill nearby Black Sea. Great facilities, including many pools, bars. Not so great food and servings. For sure, not an ultra all inclusive services and food/drinks, as it is promoted

If your kid has a tantrum and can't tell his/her name yet, you are out of luck. Beach is nice as long as you are on the premises. If you decide to walk towards another hotel and leave Duni, you will see trash everywhere

better bar non alcoholic drinks, more quite public rooms to work on, the loby has quite loud music and it's hard to focus. Waterslides could be open a bit longer with more swimming buoys for the water slide

I attended an amazing party with animators costumed and talented dancers that danced with us too, a fire show and fireworks. A lot of space to walk around

What could be better: more soap and shower gel in the bathrooms, some of the dispensers don't work great. Gym could be free for all inclusive guests

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars

Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive)

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

The area is well-groomed with palm trees and exotic plants. The best children's playground among nearby hotels. During the day the pool is noisy.

Firstly, I am exceptionally pleased with the service and especially the boys at reception. They greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful during my whole stay

The only problem I have here was Sozopol the city its little far the rest is good the boss is very kind person, the food is good, the beach is good ,the staff specially in reception is amazing, the swimming pool is clean , our room was regularly clean I think is pretty good for Bulgaria

The room, which overlooked the sea, was also wonderful. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to relax for a couple days

Cons: - Lack of umbrellas by the sea for all guests, need to take them before breakfast. - Lack of sunbeds by the pool, also need to be taken in time

Nice swimming pool with children's paddling pool. Excellent unspoiled cuisine, hardworking staff. Distance from the sea about 100 metres. Ideal for families with or without children

The location is more than convenient, great beach and the place is really chill, however half of the rooms are very near the main road, which is the reason you cannot open the balcony while you sleep

The pool is really cool and the free beverages from the pool bar are cool as well, however, the pool itself is dirty and is not regularly cleaned

I would recommend to eat lunch at the beach from the small beach restaurants there and for dinner to go to Sozopol/Chernomorets where for these prices you will get much better food and service

Water pressure is perfect in showers and everything is high quality!

There is EV charging available and a big parking lot with a lot of capacity. The rooms are also accessible by elevator. I barely had any interaction with the staff, the keys for the room

The hotel pool is only accessible until 7pm which for us was not enough. so great and the waitresses can barely speak English (one of them couldn't even umderstand that we wanted TWO pizzas

Extremely clean and tidy - every year I go to the sea several times and go around - I have never received such a clean for such a price! Smiling owners, excellent attitude, very good location 5 minutes from the center and the beach - cleaned every day, you come back from the beach and the room smells fresh! I would gladly repeat and spend!!!

Comfortable, clean and with a wonderful view of the restaurant to the sea! We were on family vacation at the hotel and we are extremely satisfied with the staff and the service, there were disinfectants everywhere, the anti-epidemic measures are followed and we felt safe and calm during the stay! Wonderful clean and comfortable rooms with a perfect location 5 minutes from the central beach and Harmanite beach. The host was very kind and the maid was just great

Their door blocks all noise from outside, what was really good because on Saturday night the hotel had a weeding and we did not hear anything from there. They pool area is perfect and the service also good

We stayed there two nights, at the weekend in May. The weather was not so good but we had a good time. We stayed in a sea view room, 209, and the view is amazing

The view from the room was fantastic - sea, beach, the old Sozopol. The staff is polite, always smiling. The food is delicious, the portions are large.

Fridge would not cool and a/c would not blow cold for the first two days (though it did kick on for the rest of the stay, it must have been turned off for the end of the season and was not turned back on for the start)

Room was clean, spacious, maybe the furniture is old-fashioned for the tastes of some, but well maintained. There are not enough parking places at the hotel, but you can park near the hotel in a paid car park

My family and I vacationed at this hotel for 10 days. All just fine: friendly staff, understand Russian, the cleaners clean when we're not in the room. Towel and toilet paper change in time

A very good hotel for the price. Breakfast choice a bit limited. Cooked eggs is a choice of scrambled and boiled. Did not use the restaurant so no comment on that. Wrist band identification tagging in operation

What I don't understand is that you don't get anything to drink with dinner so you have to buy it separately. Again, the shower has no curtains. WiFi is slow with approximately 2mbps max download and upload

When we first came in, we handed the reception the papers from the travel agency with half-board written in them, nevertheless we were given pink bracelets which mean breakfast only

Later on they fixed it and gave us the blue ones which are for dinner as well. My fellow travelers didn't like the food, but I thought it was alright

The staff are lovely and very helpful and as it is a family-run hotel, they really care. The rooms have everything you need (eg. clothes rack to dry swimwear on the balcony)

In fact, I was pleasantly suprised by the location as it hadn't been clear to me from the description that the hotel really is in the middle of everything

You still feel like you are staying at a friendly uncle's spare bedroom -- you get a clean bedroom, a clean but very basic bathroom to yourselves, and great advice about where to go and what to do

The neighborhood is a tad out of the way but within 10 minutes of old town and new town. and has some nice breakfast and lunch eateries right next to it. There are some kids selling lemonade, too

I was talking to the friendly manager and the history of the hotel is that it started out as his wife's family home before he expanded it into a hotel in 1995

It was a perfect stay at Hotel More. The host gives excellent advise for trips and restaurants - he knows everything about the city and is super friendly. The rooms were extremly tidy and the service was great

When I arrived on Wednesday it was really late and asked the gentleman at the reception if there is anywhere that I can buy a beer. He gave me 2 from his own beers free of charge. I will definitely going to comeback

I had a great stay at Aquamarine. The host is very nice and helpful. I needed an iron one evening and called him. Even though he had left the hotel he was so kind as to find a way to provide one.

Excellent location, closed to beaches and most visited bars and restaurants, 10-15 min. away (by walking) by the Old city; clean rooms; great host. No problem with the parking -it was closed to hotel

Perfect location near the center and the beach. The owner is a great guy that is always willing to help with early accommodation or finding a parking spot

Location is quiet and 5 minute walk from the beach. Rooms however require some more maintenance and cleaning (one of shower doors was not working, kitchen sink was dripping)

The restaurant only offers buffet. The beach is quite a walk a way through a wild path with no ilumination

If you plan to cook, you should bring your own pot/pan and knives (they will give you plates/spoons/forks upon request). Sheets and towels were clean and in good condition

I actually think it fall short of the category and price. For the 4 days we were there, no one came to clean the room or make the beds. There was no hair dryer at the room or available in the reception
