A very well-designed place with a variety of attractions for the whole family. Beautiful gardens and a clean beach. The downsides were no fan in the bathroom and all the moisture staying within the flat

A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

It was a perfect holiday! Room cleaning was excellent. The entire village is designed to make you feel relaxed and to enjoy the holiday. Various types of delicious foods!

Cleanlinness in the restaurant is just bad!!! Room cleanlinness is good. Most of the staff is very polite 5/5 5. Waterslides are good both for kids and adults. No daycare center for small kids

We met dedicated people who do everything to make you feel good, at the restaurant, pool or bars. Towels and sheets were changed daily, which shows care for tourists

The hotel staff, Bulgarians and Uzbeks, do everything to make you feel good

Something else negative? Yes, the hotel parking is always crowded, but nothing is perfect on holiday, right?

We had a very pleasant stay there. It is the best place to have a beach holidays with small children, as everything is so closeby: beach, pool , food entertainment, health centre

Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive)

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars

Large complex with good food and helpful staff, pool with water slides is a bonus

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

I have went multiple times and it has always been excellent! The staff is outstanding, always ready to help with anything! Would highly recommend! Also the view from the pool is stunning!

There are not enough stars for this hotel! Ten for interior design, for details, for breakfast, for hospitality, for pool. We visited them for third time. Highly recommended!!

The pool is really cool and the free beverages from the pool bar are cool as well, however, the pool itself is dirty and is not regularly cleaned

We had an amazing family holiday in Arcutino family resort!The rooms were spacious and very clean, the food was fresh, good variety, something for everyone,the staff were absolutely brilliant and the beach was lovely

The area is well-groomed with palm trees and exotic plants. The best children's playground among nearby hotels. During the day the pool is noisy.

The only problem I have here was Sozopol the city its little far the rest is good the boss is very kind person, the food is good, the beach is good ,the staff specially in reception is amazing, the swimming pool is clean , our room was regularly clean I think is pretty good for Bulgaria

Cons: - Lack of umbrellas by the sea for all guests, need to take them before breakfast. - Lack of sunbeds by the pool, also need to be taken in time

Nice swimming pool with children's paddling pool. Excellent unspoiled cuisine, hardworking staff. Distance from the sea about 100 metres. Ideal for families with or without children

We absolutely loved the overall aesthetics of the village, including the beautiful alleyways, the lush vegetation, and the wonderful pools. Our room had an amazing terrace with a gorgeous view of the sea

Amazing place with lots of green areas, a lot of great pools and amazing views. Some parking places are very risky in high season due to inclination - I assume most of the cars will be dented by others

The old town of Sozopol is literally 15 minutes away on foot from the Viva Mare restaurant in the southern part of the village. In the northern part, there are public beaches, which are great

Whether it was the bartenders at the pool bar, the waiters in the restaurant, or the activities coordinators, everyone was approachable and made us feel like part of the Santa Marina family

Nice hotel big and good pools the room was nice. But there were a lot of climbing up and going down which tired me. But overall it was very nice

The season and the plant begins at the beginning of June, should those in charge to start maybe thinking about earlier! It is also a question of the economic viability of the country!

Nice resort to stay, close to the beach but not much around the area. Pets are allowed, but it is best to phone for verification. The rooms were nice, the food was good, small shop with nessassary items.

One of the best hotels in Bulgaria with blue flag and clean sea. But sometimes the sea could be wavy in that time you must pay attention to the advices of the lifeguards.

We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. All inclusive but water only, meat is the cheapest type, almost non edable

Wonderful clean and comfortable rooms with a perfect location 5 minutes from the central beach and Harmanite beach. The host was very kind and the maid was just great

Comfortable, clean and with a wonderful view of the restaurant to the sea! We were on family vacation at the hotel and we are extremely satisfied with the staff and the service, there were disinfectants everywhere, the anti-epidemic measures are followed and we felt safe and calm during the stay! Location is nice, view form the restaurant terrace and rooms with seaview is gourgeous, the food was tastefull, varied enough that everyone can choose something

The view from the room was fantastic - sea, beach, the old Sozopol. The staff is polite, always smiling. The food is delicious, the portions are large.

Fridge would not cool and a/c would not blow cold for the first two days (though it did kick on for the rest of the stay, it must have been turned off for the end of the season and was not turned back on for the start)

Room was clean, spacious, maybe the furniture is old-fashioned for the tastes of some, but well maintained. There are not enough parking places at the hotel, but you can park near the hotel in a paid car park

What I don't understand is that you don't get anything to drink with dinner so you have to buy it separately. Again, the shower has no curtains. WiFi is slow with approximately 2mbps max download and upload

When we first came in, we handed the reception the papers from the travel agency with half-board written in them, nevertheless we were given pink bracelets which mean breakfast only

The location was perfect, 100 m from the Beach, and easy walking distance to the shops etc. The staff were friendly and the hotel was spotless. Really enjoyed Our stay and shall stay there again in the future.

The staff are lovely and very helpful and as it is a family-run hotel, they really care. The rooms have everything you need (eg. clothes rack to dry swimwear on the balcony)

The hotel has a nice pool, with a children's pool and water slide in the gardens. Exiting via your room key card via the gardens take you to the beach right outside

We had fantastic 2 weeks at the Aparthotel Martinez. The hotel is great, big, spacious apartments, nice pool and daytime entertainment. Very good layout with pool in the middle surrounded by apartments

In summary, (our second visit to the Martinez) a spotlessly clean,well run hotel, and ideally located for the beach and a 15 yo 20 minute walk to Sozopol old town

Location is quiet and 5 minute walk from the beach. Rooms however require some more maintenance and cleaning (one of shower doors was not working, kitchen sink was dripping)

With that said I also have to say the rooms were very nice, new furniture, perfect bathroom (in BG it is hard to find a decent bathroom anywhere), friendly staff, great pool, quiet, great breakfast bar

Nice location, close to the beach. Some small disadvantages like noisy fridge, average service and food and construction work just opposite side. But overall it was a nice place.

The restaurant only offers buffet. The beach is quite a walk a way through a wild path with no ilumination

If you plan to cook, you should bring your own pot/pan and knives (they will give you plates/spoons/forks upon request). Sheets and towels were clean and in good condition

I actually think it fall short of the category and price. For the 4 days we were there, no one came to clean the room or make the beds. There was no hair dryer at the room or available in the reception

The sea-view rooms reveal a great look to the Black Sea. The pool is huge for such a compact hotel. Nonetheless, it's also in amazing condition. Very well maintained and relaxing, as it's far away from the road

Hidden gem! Great customer service, good quality food and brand new setting. Perfect location near Sozopol Main Street, bamboo beach is few minutes away by foot. Kavaci and gradina are 5-10 min by car.

The location is close to the beach and near Lidl, the staff is friendly and the room was cleaned everyday. I am vegan and I was impressed by the fresh fruits and vegetables and juices at beakfast.

One huge benefit is that they don't use ANY chemicals to treat the water. Instead, non-ionized sea salt is used. Great food, great hygiene, great price. We will defiantly visit this place again!!

The restaurant is to die-for. I’m not kidding. Our host, Stoyan, is one-of-a-kind. The cuisine is mouth-watering from start to finish. The view of the sea is simply stunning. Absolutely an extraordinary experience.

We had a studio with a balcony and sea view. The view over the island was spectacular. We particularly liked that the room was large, besides the well equipped kitchen there was a substantial dining table and chairs
