The location is very good, the beach is in front of the hotel, the old town and the center are nearby. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in front of the hotel entrance. We had a nice spacious double room with a huge balcony and a sea-view. The whole place was sparkling clean. The A/C was new, working really well. The staff was friendly and helpful. they cleaned our room every day, the food was delicious and at fair prices, great location - 10 min away from the beach on foot, there is a food store right next to the hotel, in the room we had A/C, television, a fridge, a very comfy bed, a balcony, the staff was very polite. Location is quiet and 5 minute walk from the beach. Restaurant is OK. Pool is OK. Rooms however require some more maintenance and cleaning (one of shower doors was not working, kitchen sink was dripping). If you plan to cook, you should bring your own pot/pan and knives (they will give you plates/spoons/forks upon request). Sheets and towels were clean and in good condition.

Average place, not really clean rooms. I can say that it amortized. Common for Sozopol, there is no parking place, but there is overnight parking not far away from the hotel. Room price is average based on the season price. Beach is near like 5 minutes by walk. There is small pool which the water quality seems not really clean.

We had email communication around a wedding. We got an offer and we booked two nights to see what’s what. Turned out there are some hidden terms and conditions (not part of the offer, only mentioned after you pay for two nights) such as: we MUST use a wedding agency of theirs (including photo/video/everything) and well - that’s not how you make people come back.

I visited the complex only to see the sculptures garden. It is absolutely worth it. Maybe not all sculptures are great, but some are quite impressive. Their arrangement in close proximity to the sea and on top of the rocks is very good. All in all a beautiful site.

Had a perfect three nights here at the end of May. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, having dinner on our last night. The food was excellent for both breakfast (plenty of choice) and dinner. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Sozopol. We stayed here from 30 may until 2nd June.

We particularly liked that the room was large, besides the well equipped kitchen there was a substantial dining table and chairs. The bed was large and very comfortable. The shower was large. Newly built, on the edge of tow. The rooms are although well equipped are relatively small. The pool is very small and only a child could swim.

Room standard is good, everything is new. Peaceful except for some dog barking and chicken noise. Terrible area in the midst of bushland, rubbish and construction ruins. Only dirt roads leads to the hotel, so it is difficult to walk. Unlit sections of the road makes this even worse after sunset.

The staff on the reception was not polite. The lady was rude with staff members. Breakfast was poor. Had some troubles with the bathrooms (clogged drain and broken shower).

Is a very good plece. Our vacation was very successful. Lacation is close to the beach, we had a great apartment with a wonderful view and good and very good services. I highly recommend it to anyone. I thank to the hosts for their services and for the fact that they accepted us together with our puppy. 👍❤

The rooms have been renovated recently, but it seems that they did not have the time to apply the finishing touches. However, it looks decent, it's clean, the furniture is new and it has AC. The hotel pool is only accessible until 7pm which for us was not enough. The food was...not.so great and the waitresses can barely speak English (one of them couldn't even umderstand that we wanted TWO pizzas....

With breakfasts, excellent price/performance ratio. We had everything we needed for a moderate price. Refrigerator and air-conditioning was in a room. Approx. 300 m to the beach (and to the Lidl supermarket) and 400 m to street food restaurants in Sozopol.

This hotel is perfect. The location is perfect, so is the confort and the swimming pool. The different people working there, are just the nicest people you would ever meet. Teodora is very kind, helpful and she speaks English very well. I was here with my mum, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel 100%!!!!

As a huge masterchef fan I had very high expectations for Bojana's pop-up restaurant. And they did not dissapoint, I ended up going to the restaurant 3-4 times the same week with different people. Every time, everyone was very pleased with the food. The prices are high, but it is expected and they match the quality.
