The beach was also quite neglected — the sand was dirty, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Worst of all, the water closest to the hotel had a strong sewage-like smell

Our stay in the hotel was absolutely pleasant, this was the best vacation we had. While the hotel base is questionably 5 stars, we enjoyed such peaceful and quiet stay that all minor flaws were easily omitted

Most important for us was that there were no queues in the restaurant whatsoever ( we had negative experience with that in better hotels). The pools are very clean, there are always chairs and shade available

The beach is a beauty, clean sand and water, perfect view and location. We enjoyed the entertainment for children and adults, especially the dancers

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, it was cleaned every day by a very nice lady, who changed towels and sheets every day and made small surprises for our good mood

The food was very tasty and while some of the items were the same every day, we always found something new to taste. The Bulgarian corner was especially good, with very tasty cooked traditional food

Especially for those wishing to have a area to play tennis, mini Golf, free use of the sauna in one of the pools; charge and Spa, and a beauty salon, and diving, and professional photos and portraits, and all the water activities

Cleanlinness in the restaurant is just bad!!! Room cleanlinness is good. Most of the staff is very polite 5/5 5. Waterslides are good both for kids and adults. No daycare center for small kids

The quality of the food is good. Negative side is that the variaty between the meals is not big. All other cocktails and drinks are with low quality. Water in the pool was ok but it could be better filtered

We asked for a birthday song to play on lunch but they probably forgot to play it. But some of the rooms were pretty far away from reception and the restaurant a worst of all the far away rooms didn’t have wifi

Large complex with good food and helpful staff, pool with water slides is a bonus

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars

Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive)

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

A simple and easy go-to option for a short stay. The location is very central and easy to get to nearby restaurants and bars. Parking is tricky though.

Hotel has other amenities too wich I didn't get to check, such as swimming pool and spa. Bar is small and closes at 23 but the staff is really nice. 15minuts by foot from the old town

The girls at the bar are nice (today I noticed there is a guy too), and they will serve you even when you lie by the pool. You can sit next to the bar and eat some lunch, just ask at the bar for menu

Pretty nice hotel and if it was handled better and it was renovated it wouldve been better but the buffet is diverse and delicious also i dont think its okay as a guest to pay for a parking space

Absolutely perfect hotel, we are here 8 days and we are absolutely excited about hotel and Sozopol, so I decided, that I will write review right now. We got a room on 4th (highest) floor, and we see a sea from balcony

We are here with travel agency and we paid just breakfasts, and they are perfect - you can get sweet food, croissants, pizza or eggs - there is everything, and staff always refill food when missing

Beds are comfortable and room is clean, but one thing I noticed is that they turn off A/C at night. There is a lift so we don't have to get tired of climbing stairs

The location is perfect, so is the confort and the swimming pool. The different people working there, are just the nicest people you would ever meet. Teodora is very kind, helpful and she speaks English very well

A quiet pool area to swim and sunbathe in the shadow of the plants. We liked the room too (the 3rd floor) with a balcony to sit out to enjoy your drinks and the view.

Very sweet and cozy place with the friendliest owners. A lot of thought and care were put into making it and it really shows. Prices are good and it’s in a top location. Book in advance, the rooms get taken very fast:)

We spent 4 wonderful days at the Hotel Sofi. It is charming, full of tranquillity and the perfect place to relax. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, the owners keep things tidy and change the towels every day

Family owned and operated hotel with a rich breakfast. The hotel is located across from Black Sea (you can see the Sea from your room). Very great hospitality!!

It's good value for the money if one is the unfussy type, otherwise all sort of bigger or smaller details will most likely bother one. Free parking inside the hotel's yard that can get a bit crammed

This hotel has a great location. Literally the Harmanite beach is across the street and it's a short walking distance to the area with the restaurants, shops and a bit further the Old Town

I observed that detailed cleaning including changing of sheets was not done everyday but in 2-3 days only. I had to ask for fresh towel and clean pillow sheet myself

there is humidity in the bathroom which may not smell plesently

Unique hotel at the Sozopol port. Basic breakfast, allthough high-quality selection.

Room was clean, spacious, maybe the furniture is old-fashioned for the tastes of some, but well maintained. There are not enough parking places at the hotel, but you can park near the hotel in a paid car park

My family and I vacationed at this hotel for 10 days. All just fine: friendly staff, understand Russian, the cleaners clean when we're not in the room. Towel and toilet paper change in time

We made a great choice picking Hotel Coral. We stayed there 2 weeks ago and I'd say it was perfect for us. A very young team who tried to do their best for making tourist feel comfortable

We had a great vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they greeted us and helped us with the luggage. The senior housemaid understood our needs perfectly and cleaned flawlessly. Would absolutely recommend!!

The beach is small, but perfect because there are not so many people. Water was very warm (because of the Burgas golf) and the weather was also nice. I recommend this hotel and I would come back if I could

Some guest leave towels on sunbeds to reserve them and in the morning when we get to the beach most of the umbrellas were "reserved" even though the beach was empty. Manegment should not allow this

Only problem you might encounter is that the toilet is in the shower, but it was not something disturbing. The food was good, but there were not so many options of meat. Anyway, everyday we got enough food to get full

Location: away from the city center but the place is very cozy and quiet. Not to mention that one of the best beaches in the Black Sea is in the backyard of the hotel. Staff: Friendly and responsive

As a recommendation it would be good in the evening there are entertainment programs and, at least, water to drink for dinner!!!

Me, my wife and our two sons stayed in this wonderful hotel from 15. 08 and the only downside of our whole vacation was that we actually had to leave. Top notch experience from start to finish

We have been guests of Miramar every Summer since the hotel was opened and it never failed or disappointed. Bright spacious rooms, very comfortable mattresses, quiet and yet very close to the beach

Very good place to spend your summer. Very clean, great gardens and swimming pools. The beach is next to the hotel. It's great for family vacation. There is a supermarket too so you can buy what you need.

Nice place for family vacation. The personal is mostly friendly. The beach is too small though and is not part of the complex, but the pools are great

The hotel has a nice pool, with a children's pool and water slide in the gardens. Exiting via your room key card via the gardens take you to the beach right outside

We had fantastic 2 weeks at the Aparthotel Martinez. The hotel is great, big, spacious apartments, nice pool and daytime entertainment. Very good layout with pool in the middle surrounded by apartments

Gardeners and maintenace are visible and the Kazakh waiting staff in the resturanr are very efficient. The rooms are spacious, with good air conditioning. The food is plentiful and almost constant throughout the day

The only negative I have is that smoking is permitted everywhere, and you will find it difficult to find a table inside or out, where people won't be smoking constantly near you

In summary, (our second visit to the Martinez) a spotlessly clean,well run hotel, and ideally located for the beach and a 15 yo 20 minute walk to Sozopol old town

Good place if you like big all-inclusive complexes. Lot of swimming pools and big canteen, but it's crowdy and kind of noisy

We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. All inclusive but water only, meat is the cheapest type, almost non edable

Some things are just annoying: - Very short breakfast (7:30-10) and dinner slots (18:30-20:30!!). - having to pay for the coffee machine or the safe in the room. why?! Like I said, 3 star hotel

I really would like to give 5* to the hotel, but an issue with the cleaning of our room explains the 4* only. Maybe it was just bad luck in our case, because they had just opened that day

There is EV charging available and a big parking lot with a lot of capacity. The rooms are also accessible by elevator. I barely had any interaction with the staff, the keys for the room

But apart from that, this a very nice resort, in front of the ocean. Staff is very friendly, the rooms are quite spacious, well decorated and with a big balcony

Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean, brilliant staff, modern well kept rooms. 3 restaurants, multiple pools. Close to Sozopol old town which is lovely quaint place with stunning views & multiple rooms & stunning views

We spent time around each pool, renting towels so no need to pack them. The beach had sun beds which were free to guests. We ate in the main restaurant and the Italian pizza one, both were good but not exceptional

It didn’t feel busy at any point either- very relaxing - whether we chose to chill at the beach or the poolside. There were little added extras for free too- today we got free diving lesson and it was brilliant

Unfortunately the main swimming pool was very cold. Even though the hotel was very quiet it suited us perfectly. If you want everything they can offer, go earlier in the season

We particular want to give a big shout out to Tihomira on Reception because you were fantastic - always really happy and welcoming and helping us out when we couldn't get our A/C to work or the Safe went crazy beeping continuously

Unfortunately not all areas are well maintained - see photos of the toilet by the round pool and trash cans overflowing. The toilet is in horrific condition

A vacation for the whole family. The pools,Playground,trampoline,chess, 3 sport courts,2 restaurants,shops (fish and minimarket). The animation for children the best entertainment

AMAZING VIEWS, AMAZING NATURE, LOVELY LOCATION, LOVELY CLEAN BEACHES. A little bit overpriced was “Noir beach” by Green life. But I highly recommend!

You have pretty much everything you need inside the premises for a good relaxing vacation. Shop, restaurant, fitness and many pools are at your disposal for free

The complex has 4 or 5 pools but the deck chairs were always taken. Covered with towels by other residents from 8 am to reserve the deck chairs and they came to the pools at 1, 2pm

A nice apartment in a well-maintained complex with many swimming pools, sport facilities and child playground. Although the apartment wasn’t very big, there was plenty of storage space for our luggage

Very nice clean hotel, nice pool area and very convenient to the local beach, approx 300m. It's around 4km outside Sozopol the nearest large town and sea resort

This place is a bit out of the way, but nice. Don't come out of season though because nothing is open. The pool is nice and everything is clean. The facilities are OK and the lovely beach is over the road

On the downside they can fit the rooms with door nets as there are mosquitos at night and also the soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. Stated in June 2020 at delux studio with wife and baby daughter
