A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

It was a perfect holiday! Room cleaning was excellent. The entire village is designed to make you feel relaxed and to enjoy the holiday. Various types of delicious foods!

Absolutely everything is as it should be. The vacation you look forward to and know that there will be no problems. True, there is some confusion, but only in terms of which pool to choose today, which dish to give preference to, when there is so much choice!

Superb location on a hill nearby Black Sea. Amazing view from the room. Great facilities, including many pools, bars. Clean beach. Not so great food and servings. For sure, not an ultra all inclusive services and food/drinks, as it is promoted. Overall, an 7-8/10.

1. Gyro station. Didn't try. Saw a 15 yo worker sitting on the counter and smoking while the other kid was preparing the food. I brought up the issue to the management that it is probably not sanitary to smoke during food preparation and was smiled at. 2. Kids club. No one counts the kids at drop off or gives them bracelets. We had a very pleasant stay there. It is the best place to have a beach holidays with small children, as everything is so closeby: beach, pool , food entertainment, health centre. The food was good and plenty. The service was very good especially in the restaurants and the bars. The entertainment was enjoyable and the children liked it a lot. Well done!

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars. Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive).

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

I’ll start with the positive. The location is good. You walk out of the hotel and you’re on the beach. The size of the rooms was acceptable. The staff were friendly. Pool size is good. On the other hand, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. No water, no coffee making facilities, the aircon cannot be adjusted to your desired temperature as it kept on going to very low on its own. Really good hotel. I think it's only one that has pools in Sozopol. Services are excellent and location is few meters from the beach. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. Drinks one the pool bar and lobby bar are ok price.

We went at the beginning of September 2019 and we had amazing time staying at this location. Really nice food at breakfast, our room was big and had seaside view. What I didn't like was water in the pool being too cold and I couldn't swim. The beach is really close but sometimes there was red flag. First time visiting Sozopol and we enjoyed our stay.

The great thing about this hotel is its location. To the sea 3 minutes by lift. However, if it's August and the sea turns into a green swamp, it is possible for him not to go. Firstly, I am exceptionally pleased with the service and especially the boys at reception. They greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful during my whole stay. The location, staff and food were okay, but the room was far from properly cleaned.. checking in, we found smudges all over the mirror and someone else’s razor in the bathroom. The staff was polite and helpful. The location is good, the beach is excellent. The pools are always an good option for the kids and adults. Room was good, but go with higher class room if you are with kids. Standard room is not very big, but it's nice and conformable. The food was good and had choice.

The location is more than convenient, great beach and the place is really chill, however half of the rooms are very near the main road, which is the reason you cannot open the balcony while you sleep. What a hidden gem of a hotel. We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive. Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price. The beach and sea was just a minute's walk through the gardens. Spectacular!

The resort is really one of the best on the Bulgarian seaside - the rooms are big, clean, and it is beachfront. We really enjoyed the place. We attended a wedding there. Great view of the sea, large spacious rooms. The food was great. we had no time to check the SPA, but it was also available. We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. Not international standard. Cold food. All inclusive but water only, meat is the cheapest type, almost non edable. Fish is from the freezrer, cheapest type and the list goes on...

Location is top and beautiful with a great beach near by. The base is pretty old though. It's definitely not a 5 star, more like a solid 3-star hotel. Some things are just annoying: - Very short breakfast (7:30-10) and dinner slots (18:30-20:30!!). - having to pay for the coffee machine or the safe in the room..why?! Like I said, 3 star hotel..

One of the best hotels in Bulgaria with blue flag and clean sea. But sometimes the sea could be wavy in that time you must pay attention to the advices of the lifeguards.

Best place I've been in Sozopol! The resort is amazing, this place brings comfort in every corner and removes the need of always being in a hurry. With an amazing location - just above CAVO beach bar - it's hard to beat this piece of Eden.

A nice apartment in a well-maintained complex with many swimming pools, sport facilities and child playground. Although the apartment wasn’t very big, there was plenty of storage space for our luggage. There were some amenities missing in the kitchen, but the stuff were extremely nice and brought us everything we needed.

Great place to relax, even out of season (excluding the nearby complex). The gym needs updating! The apartments are clean and spacious, and the rooms, although small - cozy! It has almost everything you need for a vacation!

You have pretty much everything you need inside the premises for a good relaxing vacation. Shop, restaurant, fitness and many pools are at your disposal for free. The resort is across the street from the beach and around 5km (15min) with car from Sozopol Old Town.

I believe this hotel is new to Jet2 customers and I wanted to let say how good it was. Nice and light large rooms, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The service is excellent, and some minor details can be improved, but overall, for Bulgaria, the service is quite good, and the staff is well trained and accommodating. Automatic curtains are an excellent touch. The open view from/to bathroom/bedroom is interesting but not for everyone. What I would add are bug nets on the windows.

Clean nice new interior. Well maintained close complex with private apartments and nice hotel. The complex has tennis courts and other sports facilities. Several pools and restaurants inside the closed complex. Unfortunately the hotel complex does not have a nice sea beach, but nearby there are some nice beaches. Also for the guests of the hotel there is no good enough parking option in my opinion

We’ve stayed in highlight room - the room had a lot of features (automatic curtains, heated floor, a lot of control of the lights), the terrace was big with very nice view. We stayed there two nights, at the weekend in May. The weather was not so good but we had a good time. We stayed in a sea view room, 209, and the view is amazing. Their door blocks all noise from outside, what was really good because on Saturday night the hotel had a weeding and we did not hear anything from there. Very nice clean hotel, nice pool area and very convenient to the local beach, approx 300m. It's around 4km outside Sozopol the nearest large town and sea resort. There was a little bit of detail missing in the hotel, such as the kettle which is listed and no sheets, which I'm sure would have been easily resolved, but as a stop over we didnt. Staff very helpful, and friendly.

Very nice place with a great location. Ver clean, the personnel is polite. Great premises, 5 min walk to the beach. On the downside they can fit the rooms with door nets as there are mosquitos at night and also the soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. I recommend this place. This place is a bit out of the way, but nice. Don't come out of season though because nothing is open. The pool is nice and everything is clean. The facilities are OK and the lovely beach is over the road. There is also a small play ground for babies.
