AMAZING VIEWS, AMAZING NATURE, LOVELY LOCATION, LOVELY CLEAN BEACHES. A little bit overpriced was “Noir beach” by Green life. But I highly recommend!

Nice concept - lavish greenery and the pathways are nice and clean, the resort is stroller/handicap friendly which is a big plus. Unfortunately not all areas are well maintained - see photos of the toilet by the round pool and trash cans overflowing. The toilet is in horrific condition. It smells really I mean really bad, there is dirt smeared even on the walls, the door does not even close let alone...

Best place I've been in Sozopol! The resort is amazing, this place brings comfort in every corner and removes the need of always being in a hurry. With an amazing location - just above CAVO beach bar - it's hard to beat this piece of Eden.

A nice apartment in a well-maintained complex with many swimming pools, sport facilities and child playground. Although the apartment wasn’t very big, there was plenty of storage space for our luggage. There were some amenities missing in the kitchen, but the stuff were extremely nice and brought us everything we needed.

Great place to relax, even out of season (excluding the nearby complex). The gym needs updating! The apartments are clean and spacious, and the rooms, although small - cozy! It has almost everything you need for a vacation!

You have pretty much everything you need inside the premises for a good relaxing vacation. Shop, restaurant, fitness and many pools are at your disposal for free. The resort is across the street from the beach and around 5km (15min) with car from Sozopol Old Town.

Very nice clean hotel, nice pool area and very convenient to the local beach, approx 300m. It's around 4km outside Sozopol the nearest large town and sea resort. There was a little bit of detail missing in the hotel, such as the kettle which is listed and no sheets, which I'm sure would have been easily resolved, but as a stop over we didnt. Staff very helpful, and friendly.

Very nice place with a great location. Ver clean, the personnel is polite. Great premises, 5 min walk to the beach. On the downside they can fit the rooms with door nets as there are mosquitos at night and also the soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. I recommend this place. This place is a bit out of the way, but nice. Don't come out of season though because nothing is open. The pool is nice and everything is clean. The facilities are OK and the lovely beach is over the road. There is also a small play ground for babies.

This hotel corresponds to 3 stars, simple breakfast, the room had a small failure, but the staff removed them

Nice place for family vacation. It is well maintained. The personal is mostly friendly. The beach is too small though and is not part of the complex, but the pools are great. There are mainly Russian tourist and families Germans and British, are seen too.

A place with an excellent position. You need only couple of minutes to reach the beach. There are two pools inside, shower and spa. There is a small café-restaurant where you can order coffee, drinks or food and eat near the pool. Drinks with fruit juice and soda are so delicious. We liked literally everything about the property - perfect location, extremely friendly staff who are there for their guests for whatever they might need, cozy rooms, fully equipped and perfectly clean. I did the booking in the very last minute - my friends and I were planning on throwing a surprise show-up for our birthday girl. Quiet and clean hotel with a great breakfast and easy access to the local beaches. Reception were so friendly and helpful. Will come again.

Not the greatest location. The road you have to take to the hotel is horrible, especially for an S class. It has a small free wild parking lot. Rooms: not great, not terrible. It is relatively clean. Big minus - no noise isolation. You can hear everything surrounding your room as it is in your bed. Newly built, on the edge of tow. The rooms are although well equipped are relatively small. The pool is very small and only a child could swim.

Room standard is good, everything is new. Peaceful except for some dog barking and chicken noise. Terrible area in the midst of bushland, rubbish and construction ruins. Only dirt roads leads to the hotel, so it is difficult to walk. Unlit sections of the road makes this even worse after sunset.

Stayed for a week in June. The room was great, towels and bedding were changed frequently. The balcony was quite small. The staff were friendly and helped organised airport transfers. The hotel is located in a developing area and at the time of our visit the infrastructure was not in place, a cinder path or dirt track. It is a new middle-class hotel with very helpful staff surrounded by big weed field. At the last day clients can stay in the room till 11am but it wasn't a problem to leave our luggage there till midnight. I'll recommend that hotel for travellers who whant stay there just for bedtime.

Perfect at all. The location is amazing and it's a very nice place. The restaurant is excellent. The staff is polite and friendly. The facilities are very good.

Me and my family spent an amazing week at the property. The rooms were very clean, well maintained , the beds were super comfy. The hosts were friendly and tried to make our stay even more pleasant with giving us great recommendations with places to visit or dine out. We will definitely be back again next summer and will tell about this gem to all of our friends.

We stay here for a second year and it was amazing. The hotel is brand new, the location is great, right to the beach, the rooms are big and furnished with everything you need with great view, the cleanliness was excellent. The owners are so hospitable and we felt like home there. We definitely recommend this place and we’ll return next year.

My wife and myself stayed at the hotel for seven days - from July 9 - 16 2022. We had had the best experience ever and we met the most hospitable owners you can imagine. The touch to every detail and especially the attention to every guest make you feel at home. The rooms are clean, very spacious and very well decorated. The hotel and the studio were very clean. The studio was furnished with new furniture and everything you may need for a pleasant stay. Very warm welcome, nice people, nice terrace and pool, and very comfortable bed. The beach is 300m away from the hotel. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality!

Quiet and peaceful place. Clean and tidy, kind and responsive hosts. Convenient parking. The pool is crystal clear. The beach is at your fingertips. I highly recommend! I'll be back!

We loved this place , we had great time with the family. Everything was spotless , brand new furniture, close to beach and room with amazing view and the owners are great. Highly recommend to anyone. We will be back for sure.

Great place. Amazing view. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are plenty nearby. There is a parking. The beach is like 10-15min away. You can get the card for a nice and cheap taxi driver at the front desk. Really a nice place to relax

The private pools are good, the penthouse's balcony is big. But the table tennis wasn't working. Rooms are cleaned every two days. The sea and the Lidl is near. We was feel good here.

Nothing special about this place- relatively clean, has a big swimming pool, but there was bad smell in the room that didn't go away the whole stay. Also the wifi isn't really working.

We were 5 girls in a maisonette and it was amazing! Very comfortable, clean and the view was just breathtaking! The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Strongly recommend.🙃

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the lady owner. We needed accomodation, asap, after a booking screw up at 9 in the evening. They were the only place with space, and we were very pleasantly surprised. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in general. The hygene is stellar, the room was excellent, the staff is extremely friendly and polite. The hotel had an amazing view of the sea and super cute garden with spots to sit and relax. The rooms are good size and the location was perfect for our needs. The ladies were so polite and friendly. They were very kind with our dog and even put an extra bed in our room for my dad. I am planing to visit the place again and highly recommend it.

A wonderful and clean place, meters from the beach. Nice communal garden. Something small but rare was that there were paid cable sports packages in the room :) The hosts were very polite and smiling. They even allowed us to use the laundry in the hotel.
