True, there is some confusion, but only in terms of which pool to choose today, which dish to give preference to, when there is so much choice!

A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

Overall a great experience, rooms are nice and clean. Lots of swimming pools, beach is nice and lots of activities to attend to. Shows and parties every night (except Sunday)

Superb location on a hill nearby Black Sea. Great facilities, including many pools, bars. Not so great food and servings. For sure, not an ultra all inclusive services and food/drinks, as it is promoted

better bar non alcoholic drinks, more quite public rooms to work on, the loby has quite loud music and it's hard to focus. Waterslides could be open a bit longer with more swimming buoys for the water slide

We had a very pleasant stay there. It is the best place to have a beach holidays with small children, as everything is so closeby: beach, pool , food entertainment, health centre

I attended an amazing party with animators costumed and talented dancers that danced with us too, a fire show and fireworks. A lot of space to walk around

Exceptional from any point of view or needs to be met. Location also exceptional with long Beach and little forest in the back of the hotel. We simply loved being there!

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars

Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive)

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

The free toiletries were of a very low quality and there was no shower cap or conditioner. Only shampoo and body wash was offered which we did not use and had to buy our own. The towels have seen better days

I think it's only one that has pools in Sozopol. Services are excellent and location is few meters from the beach. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. Drinks one the pool bar and lobby bar are ok price

What I didn't like was water in the pool being too cold and I couldn't swim. The beach is really close but sometimes there was red flag. First time visiting Sozopol and we enjoyed our stay

The area around the pool is in urgent need of refurbishment especially the wooden planks on the ground

We went at the beginning of September 2019 and we had amazing time staying at this location. Really nice food at breakfast, our room was big and had seaside view

The area is well-groomed with palm trees and exotic plants. The best children's playground among nearby hotels. During the day the pool is noisy.

Firstly, I am exceptionally pleased with the service and especially the boys at reception. They greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful during my whole stay

The only problem I have here was Sozopol the city its little far the rest is good the boss is very kind person, the food is good, the beach is good ,the staff specially in reception is amazing, the swimming pool is clean , our room was regularly clean I think is pretty good for Bulgaria

The room, which overlooked the sea, was also wonderful. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to relax for a couple days

Cons: - Lack of umbrellas by the sea for all guests, need to take them before breakfast. - Lack of sunbeds by the pool, also need to be taken in time

Nice swimming pool with children's paddling pool. Excellent unspoiled cuisine, hardworking staff. Distance from the sea about 100 metres. Ideal for families with or without children

The pool is really cool and the free beverages from the pool bar are cool as well, however, the pool itself is dirty and is not regularly cleaned

Amazing hotel and lovely hotel manager who is so patient and helps everyone with everything to make you feel at home! Hotel manager welcomed me with parking for my car right opposite hotel that had tons of space (and also many colleagues with normal sizes pets - its nice its sensibly pet friendly) - parking made me feel calm because I'm obsessed with cars, great room, and restaurant has fantastic...

The services and amenities are of very high quality. The location between 2 cities is very practical. The beach side is very nice, clean and with nice beach bars and furniture. With no doubt I will come back

Good place if you like big all-inclusive complexes. Lot of swimming pools and big canteen, but it's crowdy and kind of noisy

Some things are just annoying: - Very short breakfast (7:30-10) and dinner slots (18:30-20:30!!). - having to pay for the coffee machine or the safe in the room. why?! Like I said, 3 star hotel

I really would like to give 5* to the hotel, but an issue with the cleaning of our room explains the 4* only. Maybe it was just bad luck in our case, because they had just opened that day

There is EV charging available and a big parking lot with a lot of capacity. The rooms are also accessible by elevator. I barely had any interaction with the staff, the keys for the room

Great place with a pool! The employees are Russian and very nice. The restaurant had very good prices.

We only went there to visit a friend, but the hotel looked nice with a clean pool and friendly staff.

The hotel pool is only accessible until 7pm which for us was not enough. so great and the waitresses can barely speak English (one of them couldn't even umderstand that we wanted TWO pizzas

Our vacation was very successful. Lacation is close to the beach, we had a great apartment with a wonderful view and good and very good services. I highly recommend it to anyone

We ordered a Greek salad and that was the only thing out of our dinner that was actually “ fresh” The pork ribs were dry and tough and they had a terrible BBQ sauce drowning them, probably used to mask the fact the meat was not fresh

I will give the fries a 10 but the pork ribs made me and my husband sick with diarrhea. The prawns were also terrible! They tasted frozen and the salad greens were old and bitter, they had quite a lot of brown leaves

The room was nice and clean but the bathroom had a terrible moldy smell. We tried to use the vent fan and kept the door open to avoid mustiness from the shower but it didn’t help. The restaurant was disappointing

The waitress was nice and the service was great but the food was awful! The complimentary breakfast was also terrible. The French toast was very spongy and had a weird oily aftertaste

The hard boiled eggs were impossible to open and were undercooked. The croissants looked like they were frozen and reheated but mine were so tough they were very hard to bite or tear

Comfortable rooms, excellent beach nearby, many helpful staff, varied and very tasty cuisine. Previously, my wife and son went here, now the three of us went. I was happy with my choice from the start

Me, my wife and our two sons stayed in this wonderful hotel from 15. 08 and the only downside of our whole vacation was that we actually had to leave. Top notch experience from start to finish

We have been guests of Miramar every Summer since the hotel was opened and it never failed or disappointed. Bright spacious rooms, very comfortable mattresses, quiet and yet very close to the beach

At one of parkings we were told that we can get our car out only after 17h and because the hotel is not near the actual city of Sozopol you need you car during the day to go to the city

The beach is small, but perfect because there are not so many people. Water was very warm (because of the Burgas golf) and the weather was also nice. I recommend this hotel and I would come back if I could

Rooms: The size of rooms is bigger than the accepted standards for hotel rooms. You have a balcony from where you have a beautiful view of the wonderful gardens. The food and the all-inclusive service: It was varied food

Only problem you might encounter is that the toilet is in the shower, but it was not something disturbing. The food was good, but there were not so many options of meat. Anyway, everyday we got enough food to get full

Some guest leave towels on sunbeds to reserve them and in the morning when we get to the beach most of the umbrellas were "reserved" even though the beach was empty. Manegment should not allow this

Holiday complex about 2K from Sozopol. Excellent facilities on site including large pools and restaurants / bars. Short walk from lovely beaches (beautiful sand) which includes both free and paid parasol areas

A nice apartment in a well-maintained complex with many swimming pools, sport facilities and child playground. Although the apartment wasn’t very big, there was plenty of storage space for our luggage

Unfortunately not all areas are well maintained - see photos of the toilet by the round pool and trash cans overflowing. The toilet is in horrific condition

Exclusive hotel with modern rooms, delicious food and friendly staff. The best choice in Sozopol. All pools of Santa Marina can be used, as well as umbrellas on the beach of the complex.

The rooms are very nice, everything is provided completely. The food is delicious. Seafood is ideal. I will stay again when I come to Bulgaria again. My wife liked it too. We were very pleased. Quiet and calm nights.

It's the English couple here, room 301 2. 24 We have just had a fantastic week in Bulgaria staying at the Viva Mare Hotel in Sozopol. I believe this hotel is new to Jet2 customers and I wanted to let say how good it was

The hotel was brand new and the rooms were larger than normal hotel rooms and full of switches for lights, curtains and even one to signify whether we wanted our room cleaned or not - very high tech

Their door blocks all noise from outside, what was really good because on Saturday night the hotel had a weeding and we did not hear anything from there. They pool area is perfect and the service also good

We also went running in the morning, around de cite what was quite nice. Their restaurant is on the Top 10 List in Sozopol. They only need to change their pillows and towels, mine was too old

Extremely clean and tidy - every year I go to the sea several times and go around - I have never received such a clean for such a price! Smiling owners, excellent attitude, very good location 5 minutes from the center and the beach - cleaned every day, you come back from the beach and the room smells fresh! I would gladly repeat and spend!!!

Wonderful clean and comfortable rooms with a perfect location 5 minutes from the central beach and Harmanite beach. The host was very kind and the maid was just great

This place is a bit out of the way, but nice. Don't come out of season though because nothing is open. The pool is nice and everything is clean. The facilities are OK and the lovely beach is over the road

Very nice clean hotel, nice pool area and very convenient to the local beach, approx 300m. It's around 4km outside Sozopol the nearest large town and sea resort

On the downside they can fit the rooms with door nets as there are mosquitos at night and also the soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. Stated in June 2020 at delux studio with wife and baby daughter

There was a little bit of detail missing in the hotel, such as the kettle which is listed and no sheets, which I'm sure would have been easily resolved, but as a stop over we didnt. Staff very helpful, and friendly
