Very disappointing stay. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Any questions or requests were met with attitude instead of help. On top of that, the food was very poor quality — bland, poorly prepared, and nowhere near what you’d expect from a hotel. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unpleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I definitely won’t be returning.

Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

This is 2 stars hotel. Old rooms, very small and old swimming pool, good spa. Bad location near the train, the hotel need to be closed for some period and fully renovated. But the worst is the dirty swimming pool. I was so surprised when I saw how the responsable Guy is cleaning the swimming pool. With sponge for plates only the walls where is visible but the sole is very very dirty. The water labyrinth in the spa is extremely dirty too. Bad smell in the bathrooms. No more than 2 stars for this hotel. It's a pity with this good spa.

Wonderful mineral water and facilities. Few things showing age but kept clean and functional overall (important). Lovely place for a family vacation in mountain air and amazing mineral water source.

Good hotel with a good and clean spa. It's a pity that the guy who opens and close thespa is quite rude and want to close before time (one area of the spa works fron 10h to 19h and the big swimming pool from 9h to 20h). The rest of the staff is just polite, don't wait special help or smiles, but correct. The people visiting this hotel is quite old (mostly 70 and more, keep this in mind if you look for something else). Far from the city but very convenient free parking if you get there by car. If the room faces the swimming pool, it also faces the railway wich passes in front of the hotel, but there are very few trains passing by. The breakfast is quite good, with many options.

The place is perfect for couples or families . We had a really good time during our stay. The rooms, food and service were very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, taking care of everyone. We spent a lot of time in the spa area because our kids loved it and had a lot of fun there . I Do recommend the place. We will be back again.

We enjoyed this hotel for the 8'th time we visited it.
Big, comfortable and clean rooms.
Daily Cleaning service.
Complementary tea and coffee.
Clean sheets and comfortable beds.
Breakfast and dinner have variety of daily fresh food.
They always refill the food containers immediately and
you will never lack of food selection.
Plenty of tasty deserts and fruits.
We would like to thank Mr. Benny restaurant manager for his kindness and endless efforts to satisfy each and every visitor.
Indoor and outdoor thermal heated pools working during all seasons.
Pools are cleaned daily, maintained well and hygiene.
Hotel staff are friendly and very attentive to us visitors.
We highly recommend this hotel for the facilities and service.

I went to Akvatonik from Turkey 7 times.Everything was excellent. Breakfast , employee and nature was perfect. But last time indoor pool water was a little cold and some buttons were not working. We will go again in November. I hope the waters will warm up by then:)
