This is 2 stars hotel. Old rooms, very small and old swimming pool, good spa. Bad location near the train, the hotel need to be closed for some period and fully renovated. But the worst is the dirty swimming pool. I was so surprised when I saw how the responsable Guy is cleaning the swimming pool. With sponge for plates only the walls where is visible but the sole is very very dirty. The water labyrinth in the spa is extremely dirty too. Bad smell in the bathrooms. No more than 2 stars for this hotel. It's a pity with this good spa.

Wonderful mineral water and facilities. Few things showing age but kept clean and functional overall (important). Lovely place for a family vacation in mountain air and amazing mineral water source.

The place is perfect for couples or families . We had a really good time during our stay. The rooms, food and service were very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, taking care of everyone. We spent a lot of time in the spa area because our kids loved it and had a lot of fun there . I Do recommend the place. We will be back again.

Daily Cleaning service.
Complementary tea and coffee.
Clean sheets and comfortable beds.
Breakfast and dinner have variety of daily fresh food.
They always refill the food containers immediately and
you will never lack of food selection.
Plenty of tasty deserts and fruits.
We would like to thank Mr. Benny restaurant manager for his kindness and endless efforts to satisfy each and every visitor.
Indoor and outdoor thermal heated pools working during all seasons.
Pools are cleaned daily, maintained well and hygiene.
Hotel staff are friendly and very attentive to us visitors.
We highly recommend this hotel for the facilities and service.

I went to Akvatonik from Turkey 7 times.Everything was excellent. Breakfast , employee and nature was perfect. But last time indoor pool water was a little cold and some buttons were not working. We will go again in November. I hope the waters will warm up by then:)

Last visit 5 years ago. Things changes not in a good way. Shabby indoors. Room was not functional. Bathroom clean but old. Shampoo and soap dispensers with cheap products to side. Towels smell old and strange. Pools and spa- disaster. Too much chloride in the water so eyes gets soar and breathing is a bit tricky. Probably issues with the air con system in the spa. 1/2 of the equipment was not functional. Small finish sauna 3-4 people. Small Turkish sauna. All water facilities with timer had 2 minute session so every 2 minutes you have to get up and start again. Food is ok but waiter came to ask us if we want something to drink after we had finished dinner. Dessert was not available 1 hour after the start of dinner.

The hotel is great. It has two indoor pools and one small on the outside. The water is warm and suitable for small children. The spa offers a lot of different things to explore.
Very tasty food in the restaurant for a good price.
Highly recommended for families. On Saturday night they even offered children animation.
Room was clean and maintened every day. The view from our room was great. I'm very happy with my stay here.

Hotel Akvatonik are the wonderful place, amazing fresh food and fruits .Perfect wie. The hotel is near the forest. Compliments to spa therapist Pavel. Amazing service and people.

My mother-in-law with few of her elderly friends stayed at the hotel and two of them had the money they left at the safe stolen.
They have immediately reported this to the management - including the fact that initially they were not able to lock the safe, and then one of the hotel's employees they suspected brought them a key, which he apparently duplicated beforehand - but the management refused to investigate the matter and claimed there is nothing they can do about it.

The best spa in Bulgaria offering abundance of various thermal facilities and therapies, spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast and the dinner are served at block table proving options for different tastes and people with allergies and food intolerance like me can find more than one gluten-free and lactose-free meal. The service is also great - we asked and had our wet spa bath robes changed 3 times for 24 hours. And George is amazing massagist - thank you once again for the lovely wine spa therapy! Thank you all, we'll definitely come back!
