Don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!So bad service and not a good food at all! Do not recommend it at all! Never go back to that hotel again! So small spa and not to much room for more people!no good hotel at all

Must be improving in all areas especially in breakfast so badly prepared 🥹 Wi-Fi so slow not good at all. Spa very small. Room so old. Not good enough for staying at this hotel! Must be improving……..

The good: good location in the old part of town and the spa is just ok, although the sauna had broken benches.
The bad: breakfast is horrible just horrible, hotel maintenance is very bad, overall the hotel is dirty, the staff is rude and lacks basic soft skills. Room cleanup during the day was very bad, the bathroom was not touched. During the night, the heating system broke down so we were cold.
My verdict: this hotel is not worth any sort of money. NOT RECOMMENDED! I wanted to have a nice spa weekend and this hotel nearly destroyed everything. Nearly....

Big rooms with a terrace. The spa and the pools are great, with a mineral water. 2 indoor pools plus a jacuzzi, turkish bath, sauna, relax room and a gym, plus outdoor pool. It's a bit far away from the centre, in a peaceful area. We've been here with a 4month old baby and enjoyed it. I recommend it!!

Not even three stars. There was no WiFi in the room, no cooling system as well.

We are more than disappointed we thought we are going to relax but all pools were so small and dirty. There were some white pieces in the water and dead spiders. The sauna was very small and not hot at all, the warm chairs were cold.The worst was that I cut my foot in the pool because the first step wasn't secured. The woman there knew about it and laughed at me.

The hotel itself is OK, but it is strange to be in a hotel that pretends to be 4* and the sheets on the bed and the towels to be changed once in a week.
