The rooms are small and nothing special. The pool isn’t very clean, almost everything is old and needs renovating. And a lot of the attractions don’t work or are stopped at some point for no reason. The spa is terrible and dirty. The staff is rude and not helpful. No service at the outside pool! You can only bring drinks in plastic cups by yourself! If you ask for something they yell at you!

Rooms: small and low quality
Bathrooms: very low quality, very old shower cabins, mixer and mirrors
Air-conditioning: hardly or not functioning in many rooms
Pools: DIRTY!!! Disgusting! Literally pieces of dirt and dead animals floating around. Nobody from the staff cares about it! Even after complaining, they just ignore the guests with"it's an outside pool". CLEAN IT!
Definitely not a 5 star place.
