Very good impressions! A quiet place for prevention, rehabilitation and relaxation. Kind, responsive, kind staff! Food, procedures, mineral water, everything at a level. We would love to visit again!

The rooms are terribly small, those facing the Balkans. The procedures are very messy and you have to keep track of the hours every day, and when you have a bath and then other procedures, it's a lot of running.

I want to express my outrage at the smell of naphtha that wafted into the room and bathroom. I kept the door to the terrace open all day, but the smell did not go away. Adjacent rooms had the same problem. I shared with the front desk clerk and she said she had no idea what it smelled like. She knew of a room on the first floor, but it was locked. Please take the necessary measures so that no other customers of the hotel will be disappointed.

We are very pleased with our stay at the hotel! Starting from entering the hotel (makes a pleasant impression), we go through the amazing staff at the reception - smiling, polite, they make you feel like a welcome guest! We have excellent reviews for all staff at the procedures, at the bar, in the restaurant. Great food, very tasty and plentiful. Regarding the pool clean, warm water. An ideal vacation. We recommend.
