The hotel is good in terms of price and quality. The staff is nice. But I am most fascinated by the manager and the doctor. They are true professionals. But I can't say anything good about the two receptionists. The two women treated me very rudely throughout my stay and managed to ruin my vacation. I really hope the management takes measures and there are no more rude people. After all, they are the face of the hotel. I can't believe that such an attitude towards a sick person exists these days.

BH Velingrad is a very peaceful and romantic place. The staff is very friendly and smiling. Even at the reception they greet you with a smile, the colleagues from physiotherapy are great professionals, Rumen has golden hands, he does magical massages. It's good that there is also a lye. It is kept clean, the staff from the restaurant is also on a level. I recommend this place to relatives, friends and patients.

Very good impressions! A quiet place for prevention, rehabilitation and relaxation. Kind, responsive, kind staff! Food, procedures, mineral water, everything at a level. We would love to visit again!

The rooms are terribly small, those facing the Balkans. The procedures are very messy and you have to keep track of the hours every day, and when you have a bath and then other procedures, it's a lot of running.

I want to express my outrage at the smell of naphtha that wafted into the room and bathroom. I kept the door to the terrace open all day, but the smell did not go away. Adjacent rooms had the same problem. I shared with the front desk clerk and she said she had no idea what it smelled like. She knew of a room on the first floor, but it was locked. Please take the necessary measures so that no other customers of the hotel will be disappointed.
