Very nice and cosy hotel with very tasty food in the restaurant. The rooms are wide and clean. The SPA center and the pool are too small.

The hotel is located in a very nice and quite place right next to a park. The view from the hotel is amazing - pine trees and the park itself. The room was very nice, however the pillows were not comfortable at all. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The pool and the jacuzzi room were okay.

Great rooms, great food and friendly staff on top of multiple services. We were surprised by the room sizes and design. The staff was extremely friendly and some of the restaurant employees even switched to Spanish when they noticed my parents speaking it. The jacuzzi was great and laying near the swimming pool in a sunny afternoon was a nice experience. The breakfast is great, but on top on that...

Everything you could expect from 4 star hotel. The rooms are incredibly nice plus large balconies. The personnel is really polite and friendly. I was there on new year's eve and it was perfect.

We are guests, in the town of Velingrad, of the cozy Spa Hotel "Holiday", from 01.08.to 05.08.2021. We were greeted and accommodated with respect and attention, even at a different time than agreed. Great family hotel at a very good price. It has indoor and outdoor pools for complete relaxation. 500 meters from the iconic lake Kleptuza

It's definitely not worth the four stars category. Rooms are OK, but nothing special. The main disadvantages - SPA is one of the worst I have ever been. The pool is so small, practically you can only stand still there if more than 5 person are in at the same time. The sauna is also very small and it's only dry with no watering. The food is simply not good at all. Very poor quality.

Dangerous stairs in wet/cold weather. Good hair stylist.

BH Velingrad is a very peaceful and romantic place. The staff is very friendly and smiling. Even at the reception they greet you with a smile, the colleagues from physiotherapy are great professionals, Rumen has golden hands, he does magical massages. It's good that there is also a lye. It is kept clean, the staff from the restaurant is also on a level. I recommend this place to relatives, friends...

The rooms are terribly small, those facing the Balkans. The procedures are very messy and you have to keep track of the hours every day, and when you have a bath and then other procedures, it's a lot of running.

It is very nice - service, atmosphere, food, procedures and a clean pool.

Wonderful place next to a pine forest, with beautiful views and warm mineral water, very good service, great place to relax.

I like everything in this hotel especially the food, service, SPA and there is such a beautiful park almost in the front of the hotel as also in 10min walk you reach the centre

It could be better actually... Not really good place for holiday and to spend your time. Missing small but important things like hairdryer, water jug and etc and very low quality bath accessories. Double bed instead of one large.. But most important was the lack of place to hang out at the evenings after dinner like playing room where you can spend your time. Spa is ridiculously small and so crowded...

Excellent and very clean hotel, excellent food, smiling and polite staff. The only downside is that there is no outdoor pool, but the positives are many and make up for the shortcomings. We will visit it again.

A wonderful place with incredibly good owners - smiling, hardworking, warm-hearted! The house has wonderful, spacious, clean rooms. Huge dining room, equipped with everything you need, grills and barbecue. There is a jacuzzi, a gazebo, a children's corner. Live here all summer and you won't get bored! Peaceful and superb vacation spot! We will gladly come again!

Very cool place. It has everything - nice bar-like kitchen with all the stuff you will ever need, big hall for gatherings, well equiped rooms, all with private bathrooms.

One of our best vocations. We've spent one of our most careless times ever. The hosts were very, very hospitable. The place was warm, although out of the season and cosy. It is run by two brothers and the wife of one them. It is really a place You can say that You feel home. We will surely go there again :)

The staff was quite responsive, even from the restaurant downstairs they brought us food and drinks to the pool. The food is very tasty in general we tried different foods and they were all delicious. Overall the place was quiet and peaceful. We had no problems with the room and the complex. The pool was cleaned every morning, there are plenty of parking spaces.

We had a lovely evening with a lot of delicious bulgarian food and wine (generous portions!). A slight language barrier has been handled with super friendly service! If you’re staying in the hotel, the camping nearby or in the area definitely go by! :)

the place is quiet, next to the forest and just outside the town. The restaurant service was poor though

It's cheap, so don't expect too much for the price. Rooms are clean and warm (even with daily power outages). The breakfast will remind you of kindergarten and spa itself is a bit of a joke. It's not bad, but hard to recommend for real relaxing experience.

I was there with my girlfriend for the weekend, looking for a place to take a break and relax. Everything was good until we visited the spa centre .. The fitness and the jacuzzi were in the same room, the humidity where the swimming pool was is too high and the water wasn’t so clean, without a doubt the spa centre could be improved tremendously, after all it’s 4* hotel. If we leave that aside everything...

Very nice and pleasant staff. Excellent restaurant. Expected more spacious swimming pool, but even though spa installations are comfortable.

Located slightly away from the centre of the town in a quiet little street The hotel provides a range of bathing experiences which are included in the hotel prices and other massages and treatments which are extras. We had the half board option - unfortunately we stayed midweek when the food options were a la carte from a very limited menu and the food was rather 'bland'. At the weekend the choice...

Very clean and very well maintained place. I think it is very quiet and good looking hotel. Profesional service and nice staff. The pool was very clean, also there no any chlorine they use only filters and flow of healthy natural mineral water that was really great. I love it! The location is very good, peaceful and quite with amazing view. Rooms are big enough with king size bed and personally our terrace was HUGE. There is also a lovely spa with two pools and a great masseuse (I definitely recommend to try one of their massages). The restaurant was good the breakfast was fantastic really it was just awesome. Diners were good/satisfactory but its personal opinion...

Nice hoster, nice area, great simple bulgarian brekfast at the dinar velow the rooms; i recommend the sweet toast with jam and cheese. The homemade wine is good as well. A couple of days before we got to the guest house we 'upgraded' our room from 2 beds to 3 and a bigger room. The room was hilarious- small wooden squeaky stairs, and short ceiling! I had to band over in order to use the toilet to pee...

Love this place. Charming, old style, rustic and attractive. The courtyard is beautiful and there are kittens playing. The restaurant downstairs is affordable, healthy and delicious. The room has lots of wood and it has a good feeling. It's GREAT value for the price.

No person at reception desk we had to look for the reception person.Was same at checkout. They did not provide all of the welcome information...

There is a restaurant in the pine forest, there is a variety of food, alcohol and good service. It's worth the trip, even for an operative

Although Stelia is only a guesthouse and not a hotel, it is more charming and comfortable than a lot of hotels. Great location- near shops, fast food, restaurants, hotels with thermal swimming pools and Kleptuza Park, but on a very quiet street. Totally nice and supportive owners. A very welcoming guest house with very kind hosts. Guests can use the jacuzzi in the courtyard with mineral water. There is also a city beach across the street with many pools and a bar, and the city center is only a 5-6 minute walk away. I recommend!

The hotel is 15 mins walk from the center, the owners are welcoming and warm, very well heated in winter, nice view on the hill and a source of hot mineral water just in front of it. Jacuzzi work just in summer. Clean, but was a bit of dust and post soviet atmosphere. Can be good for a weekend stay

It's up and down, but there's more to be desired! It seems a bit expensive for the quality of the services offered!

Good place for just one night. It was disinfected minutes before check-in and smelled very strongly of chlorine. The shower door was broken. There is no parking space. The price of the night is like at the sea in high season. In a word, nothing special. I don't recommend.

We are very satisfied with Guest House London. The apartment where my husband and I stayed had everything we needed, we were impressed that it was clean and tastefully arranged. The owners are extremely kind and noble people. We were on holidays with them. We want to thank them for their hospitality and warm welcome. They welcomed us into their home like their own children. We would come back again...
