Hotel Blackfoot

During our arrival at the reception desk, we were not greeted warmly or offered any assistance. The staff member simply asked if we were there to check in without providing any further information or assistance. We noticed that there were no slippers provided in our room, and when we inquired about them, we were informed that they were not available for our room type. The room itself was not thoroughly cleaned, with dust on various surfaces and the bed sheets. Additionally, there was a broken lamp in the room, and water from the shower leaked into the main room area.

The breakfast provided was quite basic and limited in options. However, I would like to express my appreciation for Jil, who demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and friendliness during our stay. Unfortunately, there was an oversight at the front desk where we were not provided with a breakfast coupon initially. When we inquired about it, the staff member questioned whether breakfast was included in our room rate. After checking, they did not offer any apology for the inconvenience caused.

Upon checking out, the staff member simply requested the room keys and informed us that our statement would be emailed to us. There was no friendly exchange or even a simple farewell. This type of behavior from the front desk staff was quite disappointing and unprofessional, as it lacked basic courtesy and respect.

Considering the overall quality of our stay, the service provided by the staff, the price we paid, and the location of the hotel, I would not recommend this establishment to others. There are numerous other hotels that offer better value, service, and amenities at similar or even lower price points.
