Always like the friendly staff and exceptionaly clean rooms. The pool also wasn't overcrowded this time so that was nice.

Stayed here during Stampede (the last weekend) and I must say! This is one of the the best hotels I ever stayed at! The staff were VERY friendly and accommodating to us and helpful. We loved the pool/hot tub and fitness area. We had supper at Little Chief and the food was excellent with excellent service by the staff and compliments to the cooks as well for a great meal. Our Room was clean and the beds were super comfy it was like sleeping on a cloud, had a good sleep. Upon check out we did not want to leave and are already counting the days to our next stay cause we will definitely be back soon! Be sure to check out the Grey Eagle Hotel and Casino on the beautiful Tsuut'ina Nation.

Far from the city, great service at the restaurants and bars and buffet. Keep in mind there is an indoor smoking area so the smell naturally spreads so if you're not a fan of the smell then you probably shouldn't be there. This was my case so I probably wouldn't come back but nonetheless I did have a great time.

The buffet advertised a promotional breakfast buffet over Stampede from 8am to 10:30am. We went on the final Sunday. We got there 90 minutes before closing and were told we weren't able to get in. Lots of people rejected. Someone said people started lining up before 7am. A successful promotion to get people in the door for those that made it. But a lot of people got turned around as well and were upset. Can't review the food because we never got in! I wouldn't go again if there was a dining promotion on so save your time and go elsewhere. Obviously not able to accommodate large crowds. I have had similar experiences (with long waits) when there is a concert/event on so plan accordingly and eat elsewhere.

Awesome staff, very helpful and polite. We enjoyed the prime rib buffet which we easily booked a table for using the OpenTable app. Quality of the food was excellent, great options, very tasty.
We stayed and had fun with the good variety of slot machines. We enjoyed playing bingo in a previous visit - it was our first bingo experience. Staff walked us through purchasing and figuring out the games, they were great - very polite and sweet. The snacks were good too.
Our only issue was the smoke. Great for smokers but not so great for non. Despite the smoking section, smoke travels. Our clothes and hair smelled of cigarette smoke when we got home. So as much fun as we had there, as great as the staff is, I had to drop one star for this.

We stayed at this resort several times and it was always a good experience. They often provide venues for concerts for which we come from Edmonton so it's convenient to be in one place. Rooms are fresh and clean. Always a good experience to spend the night at their hotel. Fairly reasonably priced too. Also it is always good to spend a bit of time in the casino for fun. The only downside is it is truly a "resort" in a sense that it is not a walking distance to anything interesting so if Grey Eagle itself isn't your destination you do have to drive for everything else.

The hotel rooms are really clean and really very nice. The best part about this hotel are all the amenities. Free freshly baked cookies at the front desk every afternoon. Different flavored waters daily. They have an extremely convenient little store that's open 24/7 right by the front desk as well. Room service is quite good but more on the expensive side for sure. The casino was fun. Hands down the best part of the hotel or casino is the buffet. Their daily lunch buffet for 18.99 is unbelievable hands down one of the greatest selections I have ever seen in a buffet. The quality of the food is superb. Everything is made fresh. The cooks there go above and beyond. The dessert selection is massive. They always have a carving station that changes daily. Multiple soup options. The seafood night is also incredible

Went for the buffet dinner here on March 13/2023 with a group of 4 adults for a birthday celebration. Mondays are “Chefs choice buffet” and the east-Indian/Chinese items were delicious! The flavours were balanced perfectly and nothing was overpowering, and the food tasted freshly cooked/not bought in bulk from a wholesaler and scooped into buffet trays. A really good price and we definitely will come back for Mondays or other buffet days!! Great service from our waitress as well!!
