Sheraton Montreal Airport Hotel, Dorval1 / 50
8.2
Dorval, 555 Boulevard McMillan 🧭 Map
The room was fine, though. I thought the tile floor was a bit odd. Everybody at the front desk was super nice. The restaurant was fine. If I hadn't been tired. I might have gone out and tried something different though. The shuttle to the airport was a little disappointing. It left 5 minutes early, and two passengers had to race for it. The driver never asked where we were going and just dropped us...
Ian gave us incredible customer service! My mom and I had such a horrid day, full of mishaps and we were so exhausted when we arrived at the hotel. Thank you for your kindness and paying attention to our needs. Our beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Only downside was the water didn't get very hot in our shower.
I can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel. We had been traveling for 12 hours already. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 at night only to realize that we had booked our room for the day before by accident and it’s a long weekend. The front desk staff automatically went to the manager without our prompting to see what could be done. She found us a beautiful room and honoured our prepaid room...
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Montreal Airport, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for travelers, just minutes away from the airport, which makes early flights or late arrivals stress-free. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is a great perk, ensuring hassle-free transportation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well...
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Rooms are awesome and modern, also a little more spacious than the average room due to the angled window. The exterior is a little dated, but you don't stare at the outside of the building when getting a good nights sleep. I'm a plane buff and I love that I can request a room with a view of the runway and sit there watching planes like a happy kid. Not...
Perfect property to stay in being so close to the airport. Fabulous having the free shuttle. Keeping luggage after check out all hugely appreciated. Bed wonderfully comfortable!

Dorval, 800 Place Leigh Capreol 🧭 Map
The location is perfect, right inside the airport. The ambassador lounge and breakfast were amazing, my room was nice, high ceilings big windows, but it was extremely humid. The bed sheets were almost sticky! That was uncomfortable and disappointing.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Montreal Airport Marriott In-Terminal Hotel on 11 May 2023, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This hotel offers a convenient and comfortable stay for travelers. The location of the hotel within the airport terminal is incredibly convenient. After a long flight, it was a relief to be able to access the hotel directly from the airport without...
This hotel was one of the cleanest, most comfortable Marriott properties I have ever stayed at, airport hotel or otherwise. The room was immaculate, as was the gym and pool. Small extra amenities, towels and headphones in the gym, extra bottles of water and pool side towels go a long way. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly, I would stay here even if I wasn’t traveling from the airport...
Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. The guest rooms are spacious with plenty of room for luggage and other bags...
The guest rooms are spacious with plenty of room for luggage and other bags. Of special note is the restaurant which, for an airport hotel is surprisingly excellent. The food is delicious, nicely prepared and presented. The wait staff is particularly pleasant and accommodating. Parking just below the hotel is clean, well lighted and convenient.
We, a family including a kid from India, who don't speak or understand French and not knowing the place, Montreal, was confused thinking where to stay. Even the extreme cold weather was new for us.. When we got to know that this hotel is inside the airport itself we were really happy and booked it right away. Though the charges are on upper side we were so happy that we got a room here. We didn...

Very close to the airport and convenient. Our stay was comfortable, the bed was great, room was warm as well and shuttle bus from the airport was at departure gate 8 and they drop you at the hotel. My only complaint will be the young guy working the reception. All the receptionists were great but this young guy was so rude. We tried to talk to him a few times, but he ignored us, he seemed to be very...
The rooms are very clean and well maintained. But what makes it special is the staff. You couldn't find more pleasant, friendly, helpful people anywhere on earth. They're great - and Avo in the restaurant deserves a medal of some sort. He is unique, and makes a trip to the hotel's resteraunt special.
Over all location and rooms are fine for a hotel close to the airport. We got a voucher from Air Canada due to a delay. Included were 2x 15 CAD vouchers we used for the worst breakfast I ever had in any hotel and that for ~27 CAD incl. TAX. 1 cheese, 1 sliced sausage, 3 fruits, packed fresh cheese and jam/chocolate etc., cold scrambles eggs that were fairly hard, cold potatoes, small croissants that...
Start with the good. The breakfast was great. Bad The airport shuttle driver wasn't friendly though. I was told I had to much luggage, get a taxi. Get rid of this guy. When i entered the hotel, there was a guy behind the desk who did not care much about us because we were booked via aircanada, our flight was canceled, and there was no interest in helping my family in any way. I'm not sure how this...
First review here but not the first time staying here. This is my go to when flying out of Montreal. Great location and well set up to accommodate short stays for those flying out. Long term parking and free airport shuttles to make life easy.
My wife and I needed a place to stay the night before we flew out on our trip down south. We also stayed here 7 days later when we returned from our trip. The hotel is nice and clean, nothing fancy. The room was a great size and very clean. Very nice clean bathroom with a great shower and bath products. The location was about 10 or 12 minutes from the airport by shuttle. I was pleasantly surprised by this roomy apartment. The bath was renovated beautifully, the bed super comfy, check in was extremely easy and friendly. Close to the airport but not crazy airport hotel expensive. After a long flight, it was a great relaxing place to decompress.
Great service wit the front desk, Janeth! He was an absolute pleasure. Affordable price and definitly coming back !!!
There is no reception but a phone, our room was clean and big except for the bed. The sheets had stains on them and lots of black hairs. 😷😷

We usually stay on the ground floor because of my husband's wheelchair but when we got to the motel we realized it wasn't wheelchair accessible. The kind manager and the maintenance man literally built a temporary ramp for us. The service was great. The rooms are clean and quiet. Worth the money
Cheap please to stay. Looks squished because of new building infront. Could use some work but inexpensive
Nice little room. No bugs or anything else weird that others have posted about. Not 5 stars but good enough

Very nice hotel. Went with low expectations but it amazed me. Very clean. Very nice. Only thing I asked for a king and got 2 queen and when I inquired, they didn't really care. Customer service can definitely be a little better, but still overall great hotel. Pool was closed so didn't get to experience it. Loved the layout of the hotel, very different than others. Would definitely stay again.
Definitely room for improvement. The rooms need to be cleaned better as the cupboards and the table next to to the door in the room provided was not properly cleaned.Decor can definitely be updated at some point as well. Also behind the bed and night stand was pretty dusty and it's clear to say under the bed had not been properly vacuumed in a long time. The gym while good because it had pretty much...
Our experience at Hotel Ruby Goo’s was wonderful. Front desk was very friendly. Although the hotel itself has been around for years but our room was very clean. Lobby was spacious and clean (forgot to take photos). You’ll check in and be provided with access cards for your room and a ticket for getting in and out of the gate. They’ll also need your license plate for your car. Everything was smooth...
I'm sorry but I was not really excited about that place. Maybe I'm mistaken but I think there are two parts of this hotel. The fancy part and the budget apart. The staff was friendly and parking was free which was very helpful. But our room was so so... We stayed in the new section, so this review is limited to that section. Very modern well equipped room. Great beds (2x queen) and lots of pillows. Very comfortable. The bathroom was also very roomy, with everything you would need. Would definetly return.
I’ve really enjoyed my stays at Ruby Foo’s. It’s true that the hotel is starting to show it’s age a bit and could probably use some investment to freshen things up a bit. But, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the attached restaurants are great and it’s the best you’re going to find in this area of the city. I think my favourite feature is the rolling wall style blind for the windows. It really...

Terrace Royal in Montreal was a great choice for our family. Its convenient location, close to the subway, restaurants, and a farmers' market, made exploring the city easy. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.
I've stayed at the Hotel Terrasse Royale a few times and had only very positive experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is incredibly convenient. I'll be back!
Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful, well maintained apartments. Fully equipped. Step out the main door you have, at your convenience, a small outdoor market, grocery and a great selection of eateries close.
Very clean room and entire hotel, helpful and pleasant staff (all of them!), spacious unit, well-insulated---no noise from other rooms---well-equipped kitchen, availability of washer and dryer, location
Our family is extremely satisfied with this hotel! The whole experience was beyond my expectations! I was stunned that such architecture exists in the hotel sector. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly - I believe he was Morrocain. Once I got to the room, it was clean and ready with all what a room should have. The breakfast was pleasant and the kids liked the variety of cornflakes and eggs, truly wonderful. We will definitely be returning when we need to travel on business again. The king suite was absolutely worth the minor fee to upgrade! Breakfast was a generous spread of scrambled eggs, multiple different breads and a good selection of bagels to toast. There was also many choices of spreads (jam, peanut butter, cheese spreads, and even cream cheese)... waffles, fruit bowls and cereals.
Great hotel, very impressed with the room, it's location to Bell Place, and the breakfast. Maids are prompt in the morning so leave the sign out 'do not disturb' if you are there to relax in the morning. Would definitely be back next time I'm going to a late show at the Bell Place.
We are a party of 4 and had visited this amazing Hotel this weekend for a wedding. Antoine ( hope I spelt it right) was a very pleasant young man, very courteous helpful. The hotel was absolutely fantastic, great ambience and decor, clean and a good breakfast. It was very centrally located with many options for shopping and restaurants to choose from.
Impressive hotel and stuff, beautiful and large rooms. Breakfast has plenty of options. We enjoyed a lot for sure. There is no indoor pool, if you mind.

Best Hotel I’ve ever experienced and was very pleased with, the receptionist and the room service. Very clean and lovely. I will definitely recommend this Hotel. My fiancée and I loved it.
The location was very convenient, close to everything you would need. The room we got, the key pass would not work (Room 128). Even after getting the master key and numerous keys from the front desk, it still didn't open. We wasted more than 30 minutes trying to get in with a hungry and cranky baby. I was quite disappointed. Hotel room is nice, but watch out for weather. If heavy rain, this hotel will be flood with water. Your car will be a total lost and ruin your vacation. When I went in, the reception told me hotel got flood and no elevator and internet available. I kept calling...
We are event presenters, and had a conference here. That very same night that there was a massive flood at the hotel due to crazy weather and city water pipe issues. The staff was incredible, solicitous and cool under pressure. This is when you really see the measure of an organization! And our event was beautiful, and the rooms were excellent.
The staff here does not like Americans. So mean and grumpy. But rooms are very nice and comfortable. I understand that I don't speak French but damn.... I still love the holiday inn.
Easy access to all things family visit related and to the highway. I didn't have any issues with parking or getting in or out of the area. The staff was excellent, and the service was exemplary. The hotel was centrally located between 5 family members and their homes; the location made this trip a breeze.
Handy location. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Very good, but simple breakfast. Serving staff were wonderful! Couldn't open windows in room. Pool and hot tub out of order the whole week we were there.
Overall great hotel. The room is what you can expect of a 3-star hotel. It was pretty clean. The thing about the room is that the AC is a little loud. The beds were clean and comfy. Overall I am very happy with my stay. Aya, James, Stephanie, Karina, Manuel and Yvon were all pleasant to deal with and talk to and worked quickly to try to resolve issues. I like that the hotel has made an effort to keep their most frequent members happy. They were quick to acknowledge a mistake and compensate for it. I leave the hotel with a very positive impression and look forward to coming back
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel, and I must commend their commitment to cleanliness – the hotel is always impeccably clean. However, it's worth noting that while the rooms are comfortable, the style feels a bit dated. Nonetheless, the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness make it a solid choice for a comfortable stay.
The Sheraton Hotel truly stands out following its recent renovations. The transformation has infused the hotel with a fresh, modern elegance, elevating the entire guest experience. We had our Christmas party at this hotel, and it was really enjoyable. The buffet offered a variety of delicious options. Such a great experience at this hotel, staff are so accommodating and sweet. ( especially with our children) Francoise the manager from the restaurant downstairs really topped off our stay by providing the best service. ( the brunch on Sundays are great, highly recommend) The hotel is very very clean and decorated beautifully. We love the 24hr cafe downstairs also!
The hotel has gone some renovations and has a fresh feel all over the place. It is ideally located and offers good service. The gym is well equipped and the hotel offers free parking. The prices have increased tremendously but this is all over in Montreal not just this hotel. Overall good value for money.

Beautiful accomodations. Lovely part of town. Woman who runs the B&B is very dedicated and passionate. Clean and comfortable. Snack station with tea, coffee, water, and cookies 24 hours. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of fresh ripe fruit :)
What a fabulous place to stay! Jo, the hostess made you feel as if you were part of her family. The house and sleeping quarters are immaculate. I’m a member of the private gym downstairs. Have been for a few years. I’ve been in the lobby a handful of times, sometimes waiting for my session, and have heard the staff deal with an array of situations. So I just want to say that everyone is very well spoken, great team rapport and the place is always clean. If I didn’t live in the city, I’d have gladly been a guest.

One of the best hostels I have stayed at, if not the best. Superb location, beautiful historic building, fully renovated, amazing kitchen and common room, super friendly staff, good dorms... I would say new mattresses could be an improvement but I had a great night's sleep anyway so that might just be nitpicking. 10/10 would stay again.
Best hostel I've stayed at in Montreal. The staff felt like family, specifically my dude CB who was in charge of hostel events. Bingo night and beer pong were both great hostel activities hosted when I was a guest there, that made it easier to meet other travelers. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Montreal.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Served scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, and a variety of bread/bagels with cream chees in the breakfast room. Room is small so it is a good idea to come early especially on a weekend . We felt the only downside is the parking. Valet parking is no longer available. We were sent to an indoor parking in an office...
As a place to sleep for the night, it is perfectly adequate. I felt safe, and the staff was mostly curtious. The room was well made when we arrived, and mostly met our needs. The hotel building itself, though, was extremely outdated. The elevator was incredibly cramped and moved extremely slowly. One of the front doors seemed to even be broken and would not close all the way. There were minimal amenities...
We stayed for a week to watch the 3 Montreal Canadian games that were pretty much back to back. The walking distance from the hotel to the Bell Center was great. The hotel is right across from Hurley’s Irish pub, which is 1 of the most popular pubs in Montreal and they have live music daily. Actually there is a row of pubs along the street that the hotel is on and quite a few places to eat just within...
Rooms were clean and nice for the price. Breakfast was ok (avoid the egg thing and get the pancakes). The elevators are tiny and terribly slow. I highly recommend you get a room on the lower floors or you’re going to be waiting a long time for an elevator (that has room for you). Especially if you visit during a time when the bell centre is hosting a big event. Lower floor, take the stairs.
I had a pleasant stay at the Comfort Suites in downtown Montreal. The room was spacious and clean, which was a great start to our visit. The breakfast offered was excellent, and the service we received from the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We did encounter a minor hiccup initially with blankets for the sofa bed having large holes, but the staff promptly corrected this issue. The only suggestion...

Had a great three-night stay here. Service and location were perfect - within walking distance of Mount Royal and Old Montreal and right next to a metro station for easy access to other neighborhoods. Minus one star for the poor elevator situation. Three tiny elevators that hold max 5 people (fewer with luggage) for 20+ floors, so was an endless wait going to and from room. Additionally, the entire...
Stayed three nights. Perfectly situated across from Metro and just down the street from McGill University and the Underground City. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. Standup shower was roomy with great water pressure. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The breakfast staff were friendly and very efficient. I will definitely stay here again.
I had a great experience at the hotel. It's really, really clean. Well maintained. Comfortable beds and good breakfast. Great location. One comment, the hotel is in perfect condition, but I don't understand the chairs situation. They need to be refurbished.
What a great stay. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Always welcomed us coming back for our days adventures. Room was comfy and clean. Always cleaned before we got back. A really great stay overall. Breakfast was tasty too. The cafe staff were very welcoming at 630am. Only drawback would be the small elevators that were a bit slow, but you get used to it and since we were...
It's a residence...nothing too exciting to mention. Rooms are "meh" but not bad. Housekeeping didn't make my bed or actually clean when they came in. Only emptied the sink. That was the big miss that I had
The best place to stay in Montreal for a short or long stay. In the heart of downtown Montreal, accessible by metro and bus. Near to Rue St Catherine where the shopping centers, restaurants, cinema and arcades. The room is spacious, with a kitchenette where you can cook quick and easy meals. Breakfast is included, too. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely go back here.

Popped into the Starbucks for a coffee and bagel and day in the Hotel Le Crystal's lobby. Was really modern. Loved the crystal chandeliers.
Went to the hotel for a professional event. The staff were amazing and respectful. Every room/place i went were perfectly clean anfld cozy. Very nice place.
My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights at the Hotel Le Crystal during our visit to Montreal. The location is great - walking distance to public transportation and in less than 20 minutes you can make it to the historic old town area right by the water. Nearby to the hotel are a ton of restaurants, shops, cafes, and a popular shopping Street so there are Endless Options for things to do in the immediate...
Beautiful suite! Very clean with friendly staff who speak both French and English. Very lovely luxury hotel close to pubs and many nice eating establishments.
A really fantastic experience in downtown Montreal. Well be better when they complete construction across the street
Pool area has great coffee in the morning. Nice area to relax. Hotel is good but not 5 star. 4 for sure though.
Beautiful hotel in fabulous location in Montreal! Right in the middle of the city, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Old Montreal, etc… Super comfortable bed with soft, cooling sheets. Sparkling clean! Lovely, welcoming staff!

It has a great location and the single room with private bath is luxurious. The bedsheets were high quality and the bed was soft, yet firm. The room was obviously well-maintained and cleaned. We didn't get much of a chance to meet Julie or David because it was a holiday weekend and we spent most of our time exploring Montreal, but the moment we did chat, they seemed friendly enough.

Enjoyed our stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain! The only issue we had during our stay was the workers strike happening at the time, which meant we weren’t getting our rooms cleaned every day. The customer service was on and off during our stay. I loved that this hotel was walkable to all the places we wanted to get to. Overall, I loved the stay and would return!
The hotel was located in a good spot, near many attractions in downtown Montreal. The service is friendly and the rooms are nice. The gym was fantastic. However, you can hear clear as day with the room attached to yours. This is very disruptive at night and all throughout the day having to listen to someone cough and sneeze all day...
Very nice hotel, quiet despite being downtown and close to a very busy hockey arena. The room was clean and comfortable. One thing to mention is the access to the tub/shower. Access is via a sliding door...and although I am not handicapped (my mobility is restricted due to hip arthritis and was extremely tough to enter/exit the shower. This could be an anomaly because my stay was booked through my...
This is one of those places where you can spend a lot or not, depending on what you want. The double suite was amazing! Great views, modern room (super cool toilets!), tons of space. The meal options are a fresh change. Lots of variety for breakfast and an evening tapas type offering for a couple of hours with a main dish changed each day. For instance, yesterday there was smoked meat and today...
This lobby is so beautiful, and the rooms did not disappoint either. The staff was exceptional, from the moment our car pulled in and unloaded luggage and had a warm greeting, to the extremely polite and professional front desk team. The rooms are modern spacious and so inviting with their modern decor, and the arched window with beautiful views were lovely. Very clean, and everything was very nice...
The room had a great view and was quite nicely appointed: big, beautiful curved window overlooking the city; chic and useful would describe the rooms decor (I like the sectional sofa with over-the-lap desk). The location is solid, too, with a Macca's down the road and basically every part of downtown Montreal within walking distance. The gym was nice and had a vibe reminiscent of boutique gyms. It...
