Sheraton Montreal Airport Hotel, Dorval1 / 50
8.9
Dorval, 555 Boulevard McMillan 🧭 Map
The room is big enough and the facilities are OK, but the safe kept ringing. Fortunately, I was too sleepy and fell asleep quickly. It is very convenient to travel to the airport, with a shuttle bus every half an hour.
The bedding is comfortable, the location is central, the lotion has a pleasant aroma, members can go to the club to register for free meals, free parking lot but need to get Exit card every day; the paid restaurant has large portions!
The room facilities are a bit old. At first, I was assigned a room on the first floor, which was a bit damp. I went to the front desk to communicate in English, and they were very friendly and changed me to a room on the third floor. The comfort level was greatly improved! The GYM is great, with many treadmills and spacious space.
Great hotel with great location, shuttle was easy
The hotel is very new and I like the room very much! The location is very close to the airport and the train station! Except for some airplane noises, everything else is OK! I will book this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.
The room was fine, though. I thought the tile floor was a bit odd. Everybody at the front desk was super nice. The restaurant was fine. If I hadn't been tired. I might have gone out and tried something different though. The shuttle to the airport was a little disappointing. It left 5 minutes early, and two passengers had to race for it. The driver never asked where we were going and just dropped us...

Marriott Montreal Airport In-Terminal Hotel, Dorval1 / 50

Dorval, 800 Place Leigh Capreol 🧭 Map
The location is perfect, right inside the airport. The ambassador lounge and breakfast were amazing, my room was nice, high ceilings big windows, but it was extremely humid. The bed sheets were almost sticky! That was uncomfortable and disappointing.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Montreal Airport Marriott In-Terminal Hotel on 11 May 2023, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This hotel offers a convenient and comfortable stay for travelers. The location of the hotel within the airport terminal is incredibly convenient. After a long flight, it was a relief to be able to access the hotel directly from the airport without...
This hotel was one of the cleanest, most comfortable Marriott properties I have ever stayed at, airport hotel or otherwise. The room was immaculate, as was the gym and pool. Small extra amenities, towels and headphones in the gym, extra bottles of water and pool side towels go a long way. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly, I would stay here even if I wasn’t traveling from the airport...
Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. The guest rooms are spacious with plenty of room for luggage and other bags...
The guest rooms are spacious with plenty of room for luggage and other bags. Of special note is the restaurant which, for an airport hotel is surprisingly excellent. The food is delicious, nicely prepared and presented. The wait staff is particularly pleasant and accommodating. Parking just below the hotel is clean, well lighted and convenient.
We, a family including a kid from India, who don't speak or understand French and not knowing the place, Montreal, was confused thinking where to stay. Even the extreme cold weather was new for us.. When we got to know that this hotel is inside the airport itself we were really happy and booked it right away. Though the charges are on upper side we were so happy that we got a room here. Very close to the airport and convenient. Our stay was comfortable, the bed was great, room was warm as well and shuttle bus from the airport was at departure gate 8 and they drop you at the hotel. My only complaint will be the young guy working the reception. All the receptionists were great but this young guy was so rude. We tried to talk to him a few times, but he ignored us, he seemed to be very...
The rooms are very clean and well maintained. But what makes it special is the staff. You couldn't find more pleasant, friendly, helpful people anywhere on earth. They're great - and Avo in the restaurant deserves a medal of some sort. He is unique, and makes a trip to the hotel's resteraunt special.
Over all location and rooms are fine for a hotel close to the airport. We got a voucher from Air Canada due to a delay. Included were 2x 15 CAD vouchers we used for the worst breakfast I ever had in any hotel and that for ~27 CAD incl. TAX. 1 cheese, 1 sliced sausage, 3 fruits, packed fresh cheese and jam/chocolate etc., cold scrambles eggs that were fairly hard, cold potatoes, small croissants that...
The room and the bed was absolutely amazing and comfortable.
Start with the good. The breakfast was great. Bad The airport shuttle driver wasn't friendly though. I was told I had to much luggage, get a taxi. Get rid of this guy. When i entered the hotel, there was a guy behind the desk who did not care much about us because we were booked via aircanada, our flight was canceled, and there was no interest in helping my family in any way. I'm not sure how this...
First review here but not the first time staying here. This is my go to when flying out of Montreal. Great location and well set up to accommodate short stays for those flying out. Long term parking and free airport shuttles to make life easy.

We usually stay on the ground floor because of my husband's wheelchair but when we got to the motel we realized it wasn't wheelchair accessible. The kind manager and the maintenance man literally built a temporary ramp for us. The service was great. The rooms are clean and quiet. Worth the money
Cheap please to stay. Looks squished because of new building infront. Could use some work but inexpensive
Nice little room. No bugs or anything else weird that others have posted about. Not 5 stars but good enough

The hotel was in an excellent location! There were nearby restaurants, gas stations and the highway was easily accessible. My requests were honored, room was spacious and was cleaned twice during our three day stay. I would definitely book again!
Stay out of the south wing it’s old and need of updating The rest is nice roomy and clean Fast elevators and a great gym
I had a great time at Ruby Foo's. They have a great pool and gym. Everything was clean as well. No complaints
The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, and there are almost all kinds of chain restaurants. There is also a "Chuan Yue Xuan", which is actually a Cantonese dim sum and tea restaurant. We met Shanghainese people twice when we went there for dinner, and they were all locals.
The parking lot is large and you can park anywhere. There are no facilities. The coffee machine in the room does not work and you need to pay for it in the lobby. Like most hotels, no toiletries were provided.
Snug room that the hot shower and warm air were all working in severe winter in Montreal.  Perfect location with 5 mins walk from the metro station. Also the hotel provides plenty parking lots which suitable for driving visitors. Staff are always friendly and answerable!

Wow! Outstanding value. 5 rooms (bedroom, walk in closet, kitchenette, sitting area, bathroom). Complementary laundry with soap provided. Good location. Off street parking for only $20 per day plus tax. Restaurants and grocery store on the same block. Metro station a short walk away.
Terrace Royal in Montreal was a great choice for our family. Its convenient location, close to the subway, restaurants, and a farmers' market, made exploring the city easy. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.
I've stayed at the Hotel Terrasse Royale a few times and had only very positive experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is incredibly convenient. I'll be back!
Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful, well maintained apartments. Fully equipped. Step out the main door you have, at your convenience, a small outdoor market, grocery and a great selection of eateries close.
Very clean room and entire hotel, helpful and pleasant staff (all of them!), spacious unit, well-insulated---no noise from other rooms---well-equipped kitchen, availability of washer and dryer, location
Our family is extremely satisfied with this hotel! The whole experience was beyond my expectations! Great hotel near restaurants and public transportation. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Very friendly front desk very good experience
I was stunned that such architecture exists in the hotel sector. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly - I believe he was Morrocain. Once I got to the room, it was clean and ready with all what a room should have. The breakfast was pleasant and the kids liked the variety of cornflakes and eggs, truly wonderful. Two incidents I'd like to report, one the balcony situation could have made my...
We will definitely be returning when we need to travel on business again. The king suite was absolutely worth the minor fee to upgrade! Breakfast was a generous spread of scrambled eggs, multiple different breads and a good selection of bagels to toast. There was also many choices of spreads (jam, peanut butter, cheese spreads, and even cream cheese)... waffles, fruit bowls and cereals.
Very central location, close to several services. Correct reception without more. No mention of hours of service included breakfast. In the rooms also no documentation on the lunch, the locations of the vending machines or the ice machine. In addition, the vending machine was empty, so in the early hours of the morning the only option was to serve it in the mini-bar at a high price. The front bedrooms...
I stayed for three weeks and it wasn't cleaned for a few days. Part of the hotel has to use another elevator, which is a bit inconvenient. There is a handsome guy at the front desk who is very helpful, I like it. Other aspects are not bad. There is a place to eat and a supermarket not far from the hotel, which is still convenient. There is a bus stop downstairs, but they have never been used.

Best Hotel I’ve ever experienced and was very pleased with, the receptionist and the room service. Very clean and lovely. I will definitely recommend this Hotel. My fiancée and I loved it.
The location was very convenient, close to everything you would need. The room we got, the key pass would not work (Room 128). Even after getting the master key and numerous keys from the front desk, it still didn't open. We wasted more than 30 minutes trying to get in with a hungry and cranky baby. I was quite disappointed. Hotel room is nice, but watch out for weather. If heavy rain, this hotel will be flood with water. Your car will be a total lost and ruin your vacation. When I went in, the reception told me hotel got flood and no elevator and internet available. I kept calling...
We are event presenters, and had a conference here. That very same night that there was a massive flood at the hotel due to crazy weather and city water pipe issues. The staff was incredible, solicitous and cool under pressure. This is when you really see the measure of an organization! And our event was beautiful, and the rooms were excellent.
The staff here does not like Americans. So mean and grumpy. But rooms are very nice and comfortable. I understand that I don't speak French but damn.... I still love the holiday inn.
Easy access to all things family visit related and to the highway. I didn't have any issues with parking or getting in or out of the area. The staff was excellent, and the service was exemplary. The hotel was centrally located between 5 family members and their homes; the location made this trip a breeze.
Location great. Nice staff. Size of my room and bed The TV selection simple but enough .
Handy location. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Very good, but simple breakfast. Serving staff were wonderful! Couldn't open windows in room. Pool and hot tub out of order the whole week we were there.
Arrived on 18/2/22 and left 24/8/22. On 19/8 reported to the reception that the Coffee machine was NOT working. It was NOT replaced. I was given a kettle to make my hot drinks. I had to ask on a daily basis for tea bags.

Overall I am very happy with my stay. Aya, James, Stephanie, Karina, Manuel and Yvon were all pleasant to deal with and talk to and worked quickly to try to resolve issues. I like that the hotel has made an effort to keep their most frequent members happy. They were quick to acknowledge a mistake and compensate for it. I leave the hotel with a very positive impression and look forward to coming back
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel, and I must commend their commitment to cleanliness – the hotel is always impeccably clean. However, it's worth noting that while the rooms are comfortable, the style feels a bit dated. Nonetheless, the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness make it a solid choice for a comfortable stay.
The Sheraton Hotel truly stands out following its recent renovations. The transformation has infused the hotel with a fresh, modern elegance, elevating the entire guest experience. We had our Christmas party at this hotel, and it was really enjoyable. The buffet offered a variety of delicious options. Beautiful accomodations. Lovely part of town. Woman who runs the B&B is very dedicated and passionate. Clean and comfortable. Snack station with tea, coffee, water, and cookies 24 hours. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of fresh ripe fruit :)
What a fabulous place to stay! Jo, the hostess made you feel as if you were part of her family. The house and sleeping quarters are immaculate. Service was lovely. Everyone was helpful, kind, and had wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Public transit was convenient and valet service meant we were able to park for the entirety of our stay and not worry. I’m a member of the private gym downstairs. Have been for a few years. Went to the hotel for a professional event. The staff were amazing and respectful. Every room/place i went were perfectly clean anfld cozy. Very nice place.
My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights at the Hotel Le Crystal during our visit to Montreal. The location is great - walking distance to public transportation and in less than 20 minutes you can make it to the historic old town area right by the water. Nearby to the hotel are a ton of restaurants, shops, cafes, and a popular shopping Street so there are Endless Options for things to do in the immediate...
Beautiful suite! Very clean with friendly staff who speak both French and English. Very lovely luxury hotel close to pubs and many nice eating establishments.
A really fantastic experience in downtown Montreal. Well be better when they complete construction across the street
Pool area has great coffee in the morning. Nice area to relax. Hotel is good but not 5 star. 4 for sure though.
Beautiful hotel in fabulous location in Montreal! Right in the middle of the city, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Old Montreal, etc… Super comfortable bed with soft, cooling sheets. Sparkling clean! Lovely, welcoming staff!

It has a great location and the single room with private bath is luxurious. The bedsheets were high quality and the bed was soft, yet firm. The room was obviously well-maintained and cleaned. We didn't get much of a chance to meet Julie or David because it was a holiday weekend and we spent most of our time exploring Montreal, but the moment we did chat, they seemed friendly enough.

Enjoyed our stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain! The only issue we had during our stay was the workers strike happening at the time, which meant we weren’t getting our rooms cleaned every day. The customer service was on and off during our stay. I loved that this hotel was walkable to all the places we wanted to get to. Overall, I loved the stay and would return!
The hotel was located in a good spot, near many attractions in downtown Montreal. The service is friendly and the rooms are nice. The gym was fantastic. However, you can hear clear as day with the room attached to yours. This is very disruptive at night and all throughout the day having to listen to someone cough and sneeze all day...
Very nice hotel, quiet despite being downtown and close to a very busy hockey arena. The room was clean and comfortable. One thing to mention is the access to the tub/shower. Access is via a sliding door...and although I am not handicapped (my mobility is restricted due to hip arthritis and was extremely tough to enter/exit the shower. This could be an anomaly because my stay was booked through my...
This is one of those places where you can spend a lot or not, depending on what you want. The double suite was amazing! Great views, modern room (super cool toilets!), tons of space. The meal options are a fresh change. Lots of variety for breakfast and an evening tapas type offering for a couple of hours with a main dish changed each day. For instance, yesterday there was smoked meat and today...
This lobby is so beautiful, and the rooms did not disappoint either. The staff was exceptional, from the moment our car pulled in and unloaded luggage and had a warm greeting, to the extremely polite and professional front desk team. The rooms are modern spacious and so inviting with their modern decor, and the arched window with beautiful views were lovely. Very clean, and everything was very nice...
Considering it was a last minute thing. everything filled our needs.

Breakfast was good, but sometimes crowded. Room had a kitchen Central location to downtown 24 hour reception. Close supermarket for any food requirements and beverages Reasonable value for money
Basically a whole apartment with all the necessities for the price. $2 for laundry and $3 for dryer. Pool is small but nice touch. They are close and walkable to many areas. Also very walkable for the metro or bus and we were able to take a bus back to the airport from here. They can hold your bag if you check out early free of charge. Friendly staff. The only thing is the elevators take a long time...
Had a great 5 day stay at L’Appartement. They let my adult child check in when we were late arriving, which was so helpful. The daily housekeeping was excellent- non-intrusive as we were sleeping late due to jet lag, everything perfectly supplied and clean, they even brought a rollaway bed once they noticed we were using the sofa bed as well as the main bed. The suite was spacious with a city kitchen...
We stayed in 2 bedroom suite. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh with many cold protein options to choose from as well as cereals and assortment of breads. Walking distance to everything including Metro station.
We stayed for a day at the hotel and had a great experience. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient location in Downtown Montreal and we had to walk only about 20-25 minutes to get to some of the tourist destinations in the City. We really liked the room and the amenities. We had a kitchen with all the utensils, microwave, a big study table, etc. There was...
This hotel is right in downtown Montreal, making the location ideal for folks who don't want to drive and be stuck in Montreal traffic. There's a metro station within 5 minutes walk. Room was a bit dated, but was clean and service was good. Not sure if I'd recommend the underground parking as spots are really tight and there's a parking space right across. Breakfast is alright, but could be better...
