Sheraton Montreal Airport Hotel1 / 50

The location is excellent. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle pick up and drop off from the airport. Friendly staff at the front desk facilitated a seamless check-in process and were very accommodating in addressing my inquiry due to delayed flights. We are hopeful to stay with them again in the future.
The front desk staff are so kind and helpful. Definitely appreciated after a long day of travelling. Thank you!
Very good hotel, new and large rooms, clean and well managed. It is perfect for transit or even short stays as its just 20 minutes drive from Montreal downtown.
Great location, friendly staff and decent price. Overall very happy with hotel.
Easy check in, great location and beds super comfortable
Good, clean hotel very near the Montreal airport. The shuttle is very convenient and runs every 30 min. Parking is a bit expensive ($25).

The room is large, the hotel has its own paid parking lot, and is within walking distance to the nearby church. There is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient for buying food.
Traveling with friends, a large suite on the last day, a king-size bed room and a twin bed room to meet different accommodation requirements. Especially the large kitchen and dining room, you can also have a small gathering
Very good serviced apartment with complete surrounding facilities and convenient transportation. Full marks💯
Wow! Outstanding value. 5 rooms (bedroom, walk in closet, kitchenette, sitting area, bathroom). Complementary laundry with soap provided. Good location. Off street parking for only $20 per day plus tax. Restaurants and grocery store on the same block. Metro station a short walk away.
Terrace Royal in Montreal was a great choice for our family. Its convenient location, close to the subway, restaurants, and a farmers' market, made exploring the city easy. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.
I've stayed at the Hotel Terrasse Royale a few times and had only very positive experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is incredibly convenient. I'll be back!

Five months stayed with them in comfort inn every thing it’s good condition I really enjoyed my time with them
Best Hotel I’ve ever experienced and was very pleased with, the receptionist and the room service. Very clean and lovely. I will definitely recommend this Hotel. My fiancée and I loved it.
The location was very convenient, close to everything you would need. The room we got, the key pass would not work (Room 128). Even after getting the master key and numerous keys from the front desk, it still didn't open. We wasted more than 30 minutes trying to get in with a hungry and cranky baby. I was quite disappointed. Also, when booking with CAA website, always make sure the price you booked...
I was there a month ago, and I forgot to give review! It was very clean room, I got the king sized one bed. Very quiet which I was looking for, and the pool was very clean ( beyond clean) workers/servers were very friendly and helpful. Only one thing it wasn’t what I expected is the breakfast bag, it was very cheap small bag! Management: you could do better on the breakfast. Definitely will be back...

Hotel room is nice, but watch out for weather. If heavy rain, this hotel will be flood with water. Your car will be a total lost and ruin your vacation. I was lucky to check in a day after a storm coming thru last week. I wonder why Canadian can't park their car straight in the parking lot. When I went in, the reception told me hotel got flood and no elevator and internet available. I kept calling...
We are event presenters, and had a conference here. That very same night that there was a massive flood at the hotel due to crazy weather and city water pipe issues. The staff was incredible, solicitous and cool under pressure. This is when you really see the measure of an organization! And our event was beautiful, and the rooms were excellent.
The staff here does not like Americans. So mean and grumpy. But rooms are very nice and comfortable. I understand that I don't speak French but damn.... I still love the holiday inn.
Easy access to all things family visit related and to the highway. I didn't have any issues with parking or getting in or out of the area. The staff was excellent, and the service was exemplary. The hotel was centrally located between 5 family members and their homes; the location made this trip a breeze.
Location great. Nice staff. Size of my room and bed The TV selection simple but enough .
Handy location. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Very good, but simple breakfast. Serving staff were wonderful! Couldn't open windows in room. Pool and hot tub out of order the whole week we were there.

Overall I am very happy with my stay. Aya, James, Stephanie, Karina, Manuel and Yvon were all pleasant to deal with and talk to and worked quickly to try to resolve issues. I like that the hotel has made an effort to keep their most frequent members happy. They were quick to acknowledge a mistake and compensate for it. I leave the hotel with a very positive impression and look forward to coming back
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel, and I must commend their commitment to cleanliness – the hotel is always impeccably clean. However, it's worth noting that while the rooms are comfortable, the style feels a bit dated. Nonetheless, the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness make it a solid choice for a comfortable stay.
The Sheraton Hotel truly stands out following its recent renovations. The transformation has infused the hotel with a fresh, modern elegance, elevating the entire guest experience. From the luxurious lobby to the updated guest rooms, every aspect of the hotel now reflects a refined sophistication. The attention to detail and the enhancements in comfort and style are immediately noticeable, making...
We had our Christmas party at this hotel, and it was really enjoyable. The buffet offered a variety of delicious options. There were two choices for the main course, and I opted for the fish, which was truly spectacular. The drinks were decent but not the best. The music was pleasant. However, the presence of other parties in nearby large halls with loud music became too noisy since our area also had...
Such a great experience at this hotel, staff are so accommodating and sweet. ( especially with our children) Francoise the manager from the restaurant downstairs really topped off our stay by providing the best service. ( the brunch on Sundays are great, highly recommend) The hotel is very very clean and decorated beautifully. We love the 24hr cafe downstairs also!

We've stayed here before and love this place. Great facilities, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Thanks for another great stay. We'll be back.
This is a lovely clean hotel with very friendly reception staff. Our was very spacious and comfortable. 4* because the room (108) is below ground floor room it is a bit damp and has a damp odor. With the AC on fan this soon clears the air. This Best Western has the nicest breakfast are that we have seen in a long time. Very good breakfast as well. the staff made the stay great, they were friendly and extremely helpful. the property was kept clean at all times. the location was great for getting around the city. the breakfast was perfect and pleantiful.
Stayed here for 3 nights. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location . Breakfast was disappointing, dried hash browns also not my options to choose from. Pool was closed 2 days out of our 3 day stay. Bit disappointing considering we choose this location because of the pool .
Hotel staff are nice and friendly, we booked this place because it has a swimming pool and breakfast is included. What they don’t have is hot tub… there’s a mini fridge, coffee machine but no kettle and no microwave, there’s one microwave in the hall to use. Gym is not big but good enough, breakfast includes juice, coffee, tea, hot water. Eggs, bacon/sausage, hash browns, boiled egg, yogurt, cereal...

No complaints! We would like to thank Cynthia who has been very polite and gave us an amazing customer service. On our second day she gave us an option to move to a junior suite because there was a construction on our floor. It was such a great upgrade. Rooms are 10/10 clean. No carpets which is awesome! Service was lovely. Everyone was helpful, kind, and had wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Public transit was convenient and valet service meant we were able to park for the entirety of our stay and not worry. My only complaint was our room was very warm and even though it was 6°C outside, we had the AC on.
Stylish room, comfortable bed, excellent location, but what stood out most was the level of service from employees. I stayed here for three days and every single interaction with staff was 5-star-hotel caliber -- genuine, friendly, super helpful and professional. The hot water took a long time to arrive in the room but it didn't bother me. Really great hotel!
Top notch! Loved this hotel and all of the staff we encountered, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were super clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable! It was our second time at this hotel and since the second time is often the test, I am happy to write this positive review. The beds are quite nice but the pillows are really comfortable. They did not have what this website offers to book. No 2 king beds. Signed is horrible. Nice rooms otherwise. Huge and very kind staff
The hotel location is good but the cleanliness and room services were not good No curtain blocks the sun
Overall nice staying at the hotel. The only inconvenience is the self laundry at the adjacent block and require coins to operate. Will be good if the front desk can reserve some coins for exchange with guests who need to use the self laundry service
Good location and convenience to go everywhere. Room is very clean with daily cleaning service.
Efficient and friendly service at the front desk. I got a room right by the elevators, which wasn't great, and it sounded like someone was bouncing a soccer ball against the adjoining wall for most of my stay, but the room itself was clean. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Served scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, and a variety of bread/bagels with cream chees in the breakfast room. As a place to sleep for the night, it is perfectly adequate. I felt safe, and the staff was mostly curtious. The room was well made when we arrived, and mostly met our needs. Had a great three-night stay here. Service and location were perfect - within walking distance of Mount Royal and Old Montreal and right next to a metro station for easy access to other neighborhoods. Minus one star for the poor elevator situation. Three tiny elevators that hold max 5 people (fewer with luggage) for 20+ floors, so was an endless wait going to and from room. It was really nice and service was really good
Everything was amazing. The room was big, the bed was super comfy and there was a bathtub. One disappointment was the spa was closed - that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff said it would be closed until the weekend.
Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Nice kitchen counter for making small snacks, sink, fridge, kettle and plates but no cooktop. Indoor pool was nice but no chairs on the outdoor balcony. Parking on the premises much too expensive at 70$/day - needed to park in a different building for less than half.
The hotel is modern and clean. Love the size of the bed. It is a prime location of downtown.
Very good, I've stayed there several times

Good location to access university. More flexibility for food as it had a Kitchen
The front desk staff were patient and friendly, helping to resolve issues. The hotel's breakfast was plentiful, but the room facilities were a bit dated. Overall, though, it's still highly recommended.
Located near McGill, walking distance (10-15min) to the center of Montreal.  The building looks as if it has been there since 80’s, though the facility worked perfectly fine. Our room had a small kitchen with small dining table. There’s coin operated laundry & small indoor swimming pool upstairs, and free breakfast was a nice addition to our stay.
I have stayed many times at the Square Phillips, a hotel owned, I believe the same group. I assumed that the Appartement Hotel would be similar. I was disappointed however. Although this one night stay was okay, the room carpet is in need of refreshing. My travelling companion felt that the bathroom was not adequately cleaned. In short, the price made the one stay acceptable, but I certainly would...
All the receptionists were very friendly and I had a pleasant stay. I checked out and returned two days later to stay the night, so I asked if they could keep my suitcase, which they gladly accepted. Thanks to this, I was able to travel to another town and stay there with only my hand luggage. The room was clean and had a stove and pots, so I could cook a lot, which was very convenient.

The hotel is an old castle-like building, next to a church. There's an escalator leading to the underground central train station, and several restaurants offer 24-hour dining. I was very satisfied with everything.

I was a little skeptical of this place when I saw its exterior integrated with a wallpaper shop. That all quickly changed once I saw the inside: the apartments are spacious with full-on kitchenettes, and quite comfortable. The front staff are very lovely and eager to help. I would definitely come back here again.
Great value, friendly staff. Might look a little undesirable on the outside, but is nice inside. Walkable neighborhood. The parking is tucked behind the building, so it's best to drop off your bags before parking.
It's a pretty good hotel with fairly spacious rooms and a balcony. It's in an old building with no elevators though. Location is pretty convenient. However, please note, the street has many homeless people right outside and a strong stench of marijuana in the air. ...
Room was clean and large enough for our family. Didn't love the "extra" charge for my kids. But affordable rooms for a family of 5 are not easily found. Front desk was kind and helpful. The parking area is a little sketchy at night.

We just returned from our 25th anniversary trip to Montreal. King bed was nice and comfortable. Room on the smaller side. Customer service was lacklustre - made it feel more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star.
Reception at check in was totally robotic, the lady had no intention to service. The room was claimed to 22sq.ft but actually felt smaller, like a 18sq.ft.. The shower and tap water was terribly weak. Breakfast offers almost no choice, only continental breakfast available.
