We are event presenters, and had a conference here. That very same night that there was a massive flood at the hotel due to crazy weather and city water pipe issues. Arrived on 18/2/22 and left 24/8/22. On 19/8 reported to the reception that the Coffee machine was NOT working. It was NOT replaced. I was given a kettle to make my hot drinks. I had to ask on a daily basis for tea bags.

Overall I am very happy with my stay. Aya, James, Stephanie, Karina, Manuel and Yvon were all pleasant to deal with and talk to and worked quickly to try to resolve issues. I like that the hotel has made an effort to keep their most frequent members happy. They were quick to acknowledge a mistake and compensate for it. Really nice experience at this hotel, staying in one of their condo/studio rooms. It felt really private, with not many rooms on each floor and good sound proofing. I’m a member of the private gym downstairs. Have been for a few years. I’ve been in the lobby a handful of times, sometimes waiting for my session, and have heard the staff deal with an array of situations. The first room they have its was next tho the maintenance room and smelled like smoke, it was cramped and generally not nice. Staff was great and upgraded us to another room which was great. Comfortable beds, decent location. Note that parking is a challenge, as it is in most cities, but fortunately we were able to score street parking without too much difficulty.

Best hostel I've stayed at in Montreal. The staff felt like family, specifically my dude CB who was in charge of hostel events. Bingo night and beer pong were both great hostel activities hosted when I was a guest there, that made it easier to meet other travelers. As a place to sleep for the night, it is perfectly adequate. I felt safe, and the staff was mostly curtious. The room was well made when we arrived, and mostly met our needs. The hotel building itself, though, was extremely outdated. The elevator was incredibly cramped and moved extremely slowly. Rooms were clean and nice for the price. Breakfast was ok (avoid the egg thing and get the pancakes). The elevators are tiny and terribly slow. I highly recommend you get a room on the lower floors or you’re going to be waiting a long time for an elevator (that has room for you). Especially if you visit during a time when the bell centre is hosting a big event. Lower floor, take the stairs.

Service and location were perfect - within walking distance of Mount Royal and Old Montreal and right next to a metro station for easy access to other neighborhoods. Stayed three nights. Perfectly situated across from Metro and just down the street from McGill University and the Underground City. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. Standup shower was roomy with great water pressure. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The breakfast staff were friendly and very efficient. I will definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience at the hotel. It's really, really clean. Well maintained. Comfortable beds and good breakfast. Great location. One comment, the hotel is in perfect condition, but I don't understand the chairs situation. They need to be refurbished.

The best place to stay in Montreal for a short or long stay. In the heart of downtown Montreal, accessible by metro and bus. Near to Rue St Catherine where the shopping centers, restaurants, cinema and arcades. The room is spacious, with a kitchenette where you can cook quick and easy meals. Breakfast is included, too. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely go back here.

Popped into the Starbucks for a coffee and bagel and day in the Hotel Le Crystal's lobby. Was really modern. Loved the crystal chandeliers.

Enjoyed our stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain! The only issue we had during our stay was the workers strike happening at the time, which meant we weren’t getting our rooms cleaned every day. The customer service was on and off during our stay. I loved that this hotel was walkable to all the places we wanted to get to. Overall, I loved the stay and would return!

The hotel was located in a good spot, near many attractions in downtown Montreal. The service is friendly and the rooms are nice. The gym was fantastic. However, you can hear clear as day with the room attached to yours. This is very disruptive at night and all throughout the day having to listen to someone cough and sneeze all day...

This lobby is so beautiful, and the rooms did not disappoint either.
