The location is excellent. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle pick up and drop off from the airport. Friendly staff at the front desk facilitated a seamless check-in process and were very accommodating in addressing my inquiry due to delayed flights. We are hopeful to stay with them again in the future.

Close to the airport, convenient

When I checked in I was given a Ground Floor Room which I never take being a woman and security conscious. The Room smelled of cigarettes. When I asked for another Room I was treated like a sub-standard customer by the front desk supervisor because I had booked through Expédia!

Great Stay! Staff were great, especially in the restaurant. Room was spacious the bed was very comfortable. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We usually stay on the ground floor because of my husband's wheelchair but when we got to the motel we realized it wasn't wheelchair accessible. The kind manager and the maintenance man literally built a temporary ramp for us. The service was great. The rooms are clean and quiet. Worth the money

The beds are not comfortable at all. I had a hard time sleeping as my back hurts the entire time. I stayed 2 nights. The coffee machine did not work. Location was perfect for where I wanted to go. The biggest problem was the bed otherwise clean and convenient hotel.

Terrace Royal in Montreal was a great choice for our family. Its convenient location, close to the subway, restaurants, and a farmers' market, made exploring the city easy. I didn't like walking out of the property as much, the small section without a sidewalk wasn't very safe. By car, the hotel is easy to reach, with sufficient parking and convenient exits.

This property is beyond amazing!! Staff are very friendly and it is truly such a welcoming and stunningly beautiful building! The ambience of this hotel is spectacular. I particularly loved sitting in the lounge restaurant with the fire and comfy chairs. All the star were very friendly and the roofs were clean. The hotel was nicely decorated with a bit of a "Renaissance" feel. I would definitely stay here again.

We are event presenters, and had a conference here. That very same night that there was a massive flood at the hotel due to crazy weather and city water pipe issues. The staff was incredible, solicitous and cool under pressure. This is when you really see the measure of an organization! And our event was beautiful, and the rooms were excellent.

Service was lovely. Everyone was helpful, kind, and had wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Public transit was convenient and valet service meant we were able to park for the entirety of our stay and not worry. My only complaint was our room was very warm and even though it was 6°C outside, we had the AC on.

The first room they have its was next tho the maintenance room and smelled like smoke, it was cramped and generally not nice. Staff was great and upgraded us to another room which was great. Comfortable beds, decent location. Note that parking is a challenge, as it is in most cities, but fortunately we were able to score street parking without too much difficulty.

Best hostel I've stayed at in Montreal. The staff felt like family, specifically my dude CB who was in charge of hostel events. Bingo night and beer pong were both great hostel activities hosted when I was a guest there, that made it easier to meet other travelers. Everything was amazing. The room was big, the bed was super comfy and there was a bathtub. One disappointment was the spa was closed - that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff said it would be closed until the weekend.

Enjoyed our stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain! The only issue we had during our stay was the workers strike happening at the time, which meant we weren’t getting our rooms cleaned every day. The customer service was on and off during our stay. Had a great 5 day stay at L’Appartement. They let my adult child check in when we were late arriving, which was so helpful. We stayed in 2 bedroom suite. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh with many cold protein options to choose from as well as cereals and assortment of breads. Walking distance to everything including Metro station.

This hotel is right in downtown Montreal, making the location ideal for folks who don't want to drive and be stuck in Montreal traffic. There's a metro station within 5 minutes walk. Room was a bit dated, but was clean and service was good. Not sure if I'd recommend the underground parking as spots are really tight and there's a parking space right across.
