The location is perfect, right inside the airport. The ambassador lounge and breakfast were amazing, my room was nice, high ceilings big windows, but it was extremely humid. The bed sheets were almost sticky! That was uncomfortable and disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised by this roomy apartment. The bath was renovated beautifully, the bed super comfy, check in was extremely easy and friendly. Close to the airport but not crazy airport hotel expensive. After a long flight, it was a great relaxing place to decompress.

We will definitely be returning when we need to travel on business again. The king suite was absolutely worth the minor fee to upgrade! Breakfast was a generous spread of scrambled eggs, multiple different breads and a good selection of bagels to toast. There was also many choices of spreads (jam, peanut butter, cheese spreads, and even cream cheese)... waffles, fruit bowls and cereals.

Great hotel, very impressed with the room, it's location to Bell Place, and the breakfast. Maids are prompt in the morning so leave the sign out 'do not disturb' if you are there to relax in the morning. Would definitely be back next time I'm going to a late show at the Bell Place.

We are a party of 4 and had visited this amazing Hotel this weekend for a wedding. Antoine ( hope I spelt it right) was a very pleasant young man, very courteous helpful. The hotel was absolutely fantastic, great ambience and decor, clean and a good breakfast. It was very centrally located with many options for shopping and restaurants to choose from.

Very quiet which I was looking for, and the pool was very clean ( beyond clean) workers/servers were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room is nice, but watch out for weather. If heavy rain, this hotel will be flood with water. Your car will be a total lost and ruin your vacation. I was lucky to check in a day after a storm coming thru last week. I wonder why Canadian can't park their car straight in the parking lot. We are event presenters, and had a conference here. That very same night that there was a massive flood at the hotel due to crazy weather and city water pipe issues. The staff was incredible, solicitous and cool under pressure. This is when you really see the measure of an organization! And our event was beautiful, and the rooms were excellent.

Arrived on 18/2/22 and left 24/8/22. On 19/8 reported to the reception that the Coffee machine was NOT working. It was NOT replaced. I was given a kettle to make my hot drinks. I had to ask on a daily basis for tea bags.

Overall I am very happy with my stay. Aya, James, Stephanie, Karina, Manuel and Yvon were all pleasant to deal with and talk to and worked quickly to try to resolve issues. I like that the hotel has made an effort to keep their most frequent members happy. They were quick to acknowledge a mistake and compensate for it. The hotel has gone some renovations and has a fresh feel all over the place. It is ideally located and offers good service. The gym is well equipped and the hotel offers free parking.
