The room was stunning, beautiful designer-feeling touches, modern fixtures, great integrated entertainment. The bed was so comfortable and the automatic blinds great for keeping the room dark. The communal areas were immaculately kept and the staff were super helpful - they were happy for us to leave our bags for a while on our departure day. Location wise we were able to walk everywhere, it was perfect.

Great experience! Nice and clean room, although on the smaller side. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The valet parking was easy. Great location! Close to everything! We didn't use the restaurant or the bar, but it looked nice from the outside. Really enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time in Montreal as we were attending a convention. We chose this location as it looked very nice and it was extremely close to the congress center.
We were disappointed by the actual size of the rooms, as they appear much bigger in the photos. We also encountered some issues with the cleanliness of the room. The sheets had orange stains on them, and the pillows had brown dirt/dust that could be wiped off. The carpeting was hard, and slightly sticky as well.
The bathroom design was average, however the shower knobs need to be changed to handles as it's impossible to turn them when wet. The pocket doors are also not a great idea as they don't block any sound at all, which is fine if you're alone, but not fine if you're staying as a couple. I suppose this is just a side effect of having such a small room - regular doors aren't plausible.
The location is amazing, it's extremely convenient for what what we were doing, and it's very close to a lot of amazing Cafes and restaurants in probably the nicest part of Montreal.
I don't know if I'd stay here again in all honesty just because of the price/value and cleanliness. Next time we're in Montreal we will likely try another hotel.

Shared a room here for Otakuthon 2023 and it was great, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
It's right next to the convention center (and therefore the metro), cleanliness is top notch and the everything is very modern feeling.
The room is smaller than what you'd usually expect in a hotel but I don't feel it was cramped with two people. The space is used very efficiently.
Shower pressure and the temperature control was on point, better than my shower at home.
Staff are also very friendly and helpful.
The highlight of this was when waiting to check out, a helpful staff member plucked us out of the line to do the check out at the kiosks to the side, and also stored our luggage for us without having to do a thing.
The only hole I felt was that there was no airport shuttle.

This hotel is well situated and the valet service is awesome. You know your car is safe. The cleaning service however still needs some

Changed for the first two days we stayed and were left hanging wet on the hook. We stayed for 3 nights and the shower gel
Was not refilled at all. We had to use the soap given to wash our hands near the sink as we had no more shower gel. Everything else is great.

Dean at the front desk made our stay pleasant. I truly believe in the first encounter, it gives a sense of the vibe a certain place has. Dean was very welcoming and friendly upon checking in and checking out. It is because of him and the cleaning staff that this place is 5 stars in my books. The location is decent as well. Valet parking is $35 .

Our 3rd time visiting this hotel. The best of Montréal and our favorite. Superb and courteous staff, best suite size, fantastic breakfast, fantastic 24h valet parking service.

Its so so basic and bare minimum. Every where and everything is basic. It maybe ok if you need a place to crash, but then why would you pay so much. Don't come for view or service.

The Beds were super comfy, the rooms were clean and modern, small but perfect for 1 person. The views were great. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is great. Next to the convention Centre, old Montreal. St. Catherine's st, the waterfront. The secret gem was the terrace it was a lovely place to unwind with colleagues at night. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone.

Christopher from the desk could not be more friendly and nice, he went above his task to help me and meet my requests. Hotel's breakfast was so delicious and satisfying. Hotel may seems small but tbh it gives more focus to the staff to provide more quality service. The room was so calm and enough for two person, we enjoyed our two night stay there.
