I recently had a disappointing experience with Comfort Inn Laval. Upon arrival, I discovered that my reserved room with 2 double beds had been changed to one with a queen bed without any prior notification. When I tried to rectify this by calling the toll-free number provided, I encountered further frustration as the representative was unable to assist me and redirected me to another number, leading to a sales call promoting their new line of hotels instead of addressing my concerns. This lack of communication and unhelpful customer service left me greatly dissatisfied, and I hope they improve their practices to better assist guests in the future.

BED BUGS IN ROOM 227, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Stains on couch and bed, tables were dirty. NEVER AGAIN. Only positive was the staff was friendly

Best Hotel I’ve ever experienced and was very pleased with, the receptionist and the room service. Very clean and lovely. I will definitely recommend this Hotel. My fiancée and I loved it.

The location was very convenient, close to everything you would need. The room we got, the key pass would not work (Room 128). Even after getting the master key and numerous keys from the front desk, it still didn't open. We wasted more than 30 minutes trying to get in with a hungry and cranky baby. I was quite disappointed. Also, when booking with CAA website, always make sure the price you booked with reflects with what Comfort Inn has if you decide to pay at property. We got a much higher rate when we got to the hotel. The front desk was nice enough to reduce it close to the price we booked for but it was still a bit higher than what we originally reserved for, which was also another annoying component to the series of events. Lastly, I have emailed the area manager and haven't heard back from him for over a week now. Other than that, it was a safe place with a good location.

Seriously 😡 getting in their parking lot and got a flat. Massive deep hole and NOTHING to warn ⚠️NO PROPER LIGHT.
I go to show them the pictures but need to take their own. As I walk to show them the hole I slip on the I y sidewalk that had no salt hitting my head and hurting my left elbow.
They say that are not responsible AND offer nothing for my new tire nor a sorry for slipping.

I stayed only for 2 days fortunately, It's a place to sleep, is it worth the money, definitely not. Rooms are old, furniture is old, looks like it's falling apart. It's full of security, one in each corridor corner, why? breakfast is terrible.

We requested a few extra pillows, they had no pillows. We asked for extra blankets / sheets, the blankets had bugs in them. The only nice thing I can say about this place was the maid was nice.

Room was fine. Old but relatively clean. NO coffee in the room which just sucks. NO elevator. So the room they gave me was a mile from the lobby where the coffee is. By the time you walk back to the room it's cold. The place has security guards which I guess is good but the one outside my room talked on his phone all night and disturbed me. Also there is no restaurant as they say. I stay in this area quite a bit. But never again at this hotel.
