The room itself was good and there was lots of grass and green space around the hotel to walk the dogs, but a number of things did not work properly without the assistance of the staff. They didn't have a luggage cart, so we were told we could park near the patio door to the room to easily unload our luggage. But The patio door would not open, and even when the staff got it open, it didn't work well. So we couldn't use it. The AC unit was set to 18C and the room was very cold, but the unit wouldn't shut off, so the staff person we called just pulled the plug. We plugged it back in, but AC unit didn't operate well so the room was hot and stuffy all night. The room had a microwave oven, but it had a quirky locking mechanism. It took me and my husband 10 mins. to figure how to get the door open. There were no grab bars in the tub/shower which had very rounded sides, no shower mat or anti-slip features in the tub, no soap dish shelf, nothing to hang on to or steady yourself with. I was afraid to take a shower, so skipped showering. Photos of the continental breakfast showed many options, but the actual breakfast we had was pretty limited. Not up to usual Comfort Inn standards I thought.

The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 was because there was a weird sewage/pipe smell whenever the toilet was flushed and the second floor did not have any ventilation. Otherwise, it’s a very convenient location and amazing staff!!

Room not prepared for arrival, sofa bed didn’t have sheets, we had to pick it up from the reception and make it ourselves. In addition the had ”run out of pillows” and there was not enough towels based on the number of people in our booking.

The reservation was disastrous not from the hotel but from *******. I booked a room for five people, but no room in the hotel could accommodate five. ******* made a significant error, and I will never use their services again for anything. We ended up renting a second room. We got a discount from the manager Maradona he was very nice and professioal.

I had the room for disabled and could not take a shower because the floor was too slippy. The toilet almost attached to the sink.

I pretty much like everything in my stay. The fact tv didn't have any intelligent option give me issues with my kids. No guide for tv and no option to use an app like Netflix.
Breakfast was good, but the last day, the poor lady who work in the breakfast area was alone to rule everything alone and a lot of people was there. That lady was awesome,
