I visited this hotel after 6 years, before I visited this hotel in September 2018, then now. I liked the location of this hotel because it is close to the University of Montreal. So we booked this hotel for 5 days. But this time, I don't like the hotel staff's way of dealing. Actually I warm up the food in the microwave and that makes some yellow food stains on the counter of the kitchen in the hotel. In the evening, one of the staff members came to the room and I opened the door, he came straight into my hotel room and searched for something. Then he said you damaged the hotel property. I was shocked because I don't know what happened. Then he showed the food stains and told me you have to pay 100 dollars for extra cleaning of these stains. And after that we asked him if we could clean those stains, then he said no, don't touch them because the counter Marvel is very expensive, you will damage more. He was speaking very rudely.
I don't think this is the right way to handle this situation. It's not about money, but he treat us very badly. I don't expect this kind of behaviour from the hotel staff.

Wow! Outstanding value. 5 rooms (bedroom, walk in closet, kitchenette, sitting area, bathroom). Complementary laundry with soap provided. Good location. Off street parking for only $20 per day plus tax. Restaurants and grocery store on the same block. Metro station a short walk away.

Terrace Royal in Montreal was a great choice for our family. Its convenient location, close to the subway, restaurants, and a farmers' market, made exploring the city easy. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

I've stayed at the Hotel Terrasse Royale a few times and had only very positive experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is incredibly convenient. I'll be back!

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful, well maintained apartments. Fully equipped. Step out the main door you have, at your convenience, a small outdoor market, grocery and a great selection of eateries close.

Our family is extremely satisfied with this hotel! The whole experience was beyond my expectations! The rooms are newly renovated and every single detail is well thought of to ensure that you have the most comfortable stay. The night before we checked into this place, we have stayed at another hotel, much more expensive and more prestigious than this one, but our experience wasn’t nearly as good as the one we received here! The kitchenette has all you will ever need to make you feel like home. It is fully equipped with all necessary stuff, which makes it so easy and enjoyable. I am always bugging hotel staff with different types of requests when I travel, because there is always something missing for me to have a comfortable stay. Here I found everything I need and didn’t bug anyone even once;) The beds are extremely comfortable, we all slept like babies. The shower is very spacious, freshly renovated and very clean. The staff is highly accommodating, very friendly and efficient. My kids didn’t want to leave this place when it was time to go home.
The location is a real jewel. Everything is “next door”, the restaurants, grocery store, liquor store- just a few steps away. And of course a beautiful cafe downstairs next to the lobby- real treat. Will definitely come back here more than once. Highly recommended!

My stay at Hotel Terrasse Royale was great! The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The location was also great, with multiple food options and a grocery within walking distance. The front desk staff was also accommodating and spoke English and French, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience.

Best view Hotel . Big Giant room. Perfect location for your early morning vacation. Booked over call seamlessly. Check in was a breeze. Front desk people were fantastic. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. Lots of cafes nearbuy to explore the local Cuisine. Thanks for starting our vacation off well rested and stress free!!
