Hotel Le Roberval in Montreal

Room was cold and no heat... I checked in around 7;30 pm and when I got to the room it was very cold, I turned the thermostat up but no heat, I called the front desk and was told told that they would send someone to check it out, but no one came, around midnight I could not take it anymore I went down to the lobby, kept ringing but no one was there, and after a while a guy came from the back, I told him that my room was too cold and I need the heat to be fixed, he gave me a portable heater, when I got to the room and plugged it the control button was broken and loose... I gave up cause I was tired and had to sleep with a lot of layers on. To have that kind of night for the price I paid was not worth it at all.

Hotel staff extremely rude. I booked this hotel for my parents-in-law. The guy at the front desk (his name is Rachid or Rachil BTW) was extremely rude to us. He spoke French with a heavy accent, and we couldn't understand exactly what he was saying. Suddenly he became angry, and saying things like "this is the 4th time I'm telling you". Terrible attitude, and disappointed service.
