The reason I got this hotel and paid 500 a night was because it stated, high floor city view, we got the 19th floor but the only views you see are other apartments.
The room was modern but kinda small.
I am very disappointed, I asked to be switched to a city view and was told they no longer have any due to all the buildings around them, THEN TAKE IT OUT OFF YOUR DESCRIPTION, no discount offered for false advertisement and not meeting the requirements.
You pay extra for parking, extra for breakfast.
For a 4 🌟 hotel, sure doesn't live up to it.
I will definitely not be coming back
However, the bar tender was amazing and the drinks were super delicious, I highly recommend the Sangria.

Staff positive interaction, courtesy, response; starting from Front Desk, Floor service staff, every one. All of them were very helpful and ready to support.

The hotel is in a great location but feels like 400 a night was a ripoff especially when the pool was closed in the middle of August on a weekend with no explanation or compensation. I also don't know why our bathroom in our room would have a full length window in it so nobody ever gets any privacy.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Hyatt in Toronto. The hotel is a little hard to find,but once there, everything went smoothly. We booked a room with 2 queen size beds,and because the hotel was not allowed to bring us a roll-over extra bed, we were offered 2 connected rooms to better accommodate our family of 5. The hotel manager was very helpful and eager to resolve the issue. The rooms were comfortable,but there wasn't any interesting city view. However, our kids enjoyed playing in the lobby and feeding the koi fish in the pond.
Finally, Starbucks in the building is a definite bonus when you crave a nice coffee in the morning!

Hard to find from the street and check in is entry from a back door. Once inside and checked in, it is very nice. Our high floor room was very nice. Not a fan of the glass wall for the bathroom though. Overall our stay was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location. Many very good restaurants out the front door.

Great service. Great oatmeal. The table at breakfast was wobbly so they came over and fixed it without even being asked. They were extremely nice. Food was great. Rooms had a very comfortable bed, the headboard however had a space in between it and the bed. But the rooms were very nicely designed. The suite was big and spacious. The bathroom is alright. It has a shaving/makeup mirror which is very helpful. The hotel was overall a great stay and not just a place to put your head down at the end of the day.

Room was clean and tiday.. coffee machine and bottled water provided.. Close to CN tower, a 5 min walk, and about 10 mins from Union Station.. Did not use facilities, only stayed the one night. Check in good, fast and helpful

Dated hotel with limited services. Decent for the price (got it for under $200 on a Saturday night). They need to get valet though; and their parking lot underground is very tight for SUV+vehicles

Good location. Clean room that’s fairly well laid out. Lots of restaurants around and a Starbucks connected to the lobby area if you like that. Staff were friendly at check in. Complimentary waters in your room. Nice little work desk with easy access to plug-ins (always a plus). Price was more reasonable than many other nearby hotels as well (but still expect to pay a fair bit)

This was the perfect hotel for us! The rooms were very clean and stocked nicely with essentials. You cannot beat the location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. However, the highlight of this place is the staff. Everyone was SO nice and helpful. We are returning to Toronto in a few months and will definitely be staying here again. Thank You!
