My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and we were blown away by how much we enjoyed it. We are well-seasoned travelers and this was our first experience at this Hotel and I am already booked to be back for 4 days next month. Everything from the front door staff, check-in, concierge services and the room itself were fantastic! We have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and this is among our favorites anywhere. It was a great Atmosphere, quiet location and met all of our needs and more. Looking forward to staying here many more times in the future!

During my stay at the hotel from August 16th to the 20th, I was truly impressed by the spaciousness and quality of the rooms. One standout aspect of the hotel was the surprisingly lower guest count, which turned out to be advantageous for us. The ease of accessibility in and out of the hotel was highly appreciated. The staff at the front went above and beyond, exhibiting exceptional courtesy and helpfulness. The hotel's location near popular tourist attractions, combined with a wide range of dining, transportation, and shopping options, made it a convenient choice. Notably, the proximity to the hop-on-hop-off bus service, just a brief five-minute walk away, added to the overall convenience. Moreover, landmarks like the CN Tower, the Toronto Blue Jays stadium, and a museum were conveniently close by.
Only cons were the room was too dark and didn’t have adequate lighting as well as my shower the water wasn’t going down quick enough

Lovely hotel in the heart of Toronto. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. Great for a business trip as I could work comfortably from my room at the desk. There’s also a gym that includes: a few free weights that go up to about 50lbs, cables, treadmills, elliptical machine and a stationary bike along witha few mats and accessories. There’s a small putting floor next to the gym too.

Went to the bar to meet my friend for drinks before we went to the TIFF opening party around the corner at TIFF Bell Lightbox. Great environment, fabulous decor and the staff were friendly and the service was prompt. Will absolutely be back again soon!

What was a red-brick warehouse is now a boutique hotel that’s in the heart of the entertainment district. It’s within walking distance of the CN Tower and the theatre district.

We have stayed in most of the 5 star hotels i Toronto and usually go that route, with this weekend being in such high demand because of TIFF being on we ended up as our second choice at this Hotel. We were so pleasantly surprised at the ease of getting to it, its perfect proximity to everything, the electric atmosphere that surrounds it all time, the pleasant and extremely helpful staff (all areas) and the spacious clean well laid out rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in T.O.

Beautiful and quaint hotel. I took my team here for a meeting and stayed 2 nights; the meeting room had a homey cozy yet professional feel to it.
Ray was our dedicated host throughout our stay in the meeting room and was fantastic. He made sure we had everything we needed, kept an eye on the room for water and snacks, and made sure our lunch was ready on time. We truly appreciated Ray and his excellent support throughout our stay. Ray also took out feedback and made adjustments where needed, in the utmost professional manner.
The bar and restaurant were very nice with delicious options for drinks and food. I Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a beautiful boutique hotel.

Service was great. Room was nice, seem to be newly renovated - clean and well appointed. Room service was excellent! Lots of construction around, but that is Toronto right now - sound did not affect our sleep at all. Bed was very comfortable. Will be interesting to go back when construction is complete to see the hotel again. Very close to theatre and shopping. Metro Hall is half a block away.
