Had an enjoyable 2-night stay. Checked in earlier than their posted check-in time but room was available right away. Free welcome cookies was very appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. Basically I really liked the weekend at the Bisha hotel. The welcome was very good. My only negative point was at the level of housekeeping. When I arrive I find that several towels were stained, the chairs dirty and some furniture badly cleaned. But for the comfort, it was very good. I realy like the look of my roomand the balcony.

I just stayed here for the first time with my fiance a few days ago and we both agree that this has been our best stay at any hotel by far. Lovely hotel in the heart of Toronto. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. Great for a business trip as I could work comfortably from my room at the desk. There’s also a gym that includes: a few free weights that go up to about 50lbs, cables, treadmills, elliptical machine and a stationary bike along witha few mats and accessories. There’s a small putting floor next to the gym too.

Rooms could have been cleaner, Bobby pins on floors so I don’t think it was vacuumed. Hot tub was out of order when we went to use it. Disappointed as we were expecting more. They did give us breakfast on the house for the hot tub disappointment and it was pretty good.

Only stayed one night, and reason why I deducted one star is because we needed the pull out couch and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. A nice foam topper would have made a huge difference. Top location for good value. My room was big with a kitchen, but yet the queen bed was on the smaller end. I'm glad I traveled alone. Very central in walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and the Union Station. My room was viewing the patio on the inside and therefore very quiet.

Thin walls and you can hear everything everyone else is doing. Bed sheets almost felt like vinyl. Otherwise room was nice and clean. Front desk staff are very helpful. It`s not too pricey and relatively clean... But no one mentions it`s on top of an active strip club. Which it is. I don`t personally mind the business model, but you can hear everything until closing time. But if you are at the club, then the hotel part is pretty convenient.

Someone said that it was Bizzare and it felt like you were walking into the backrooms which is absolutely accurate. The room was interesting it felt like a small apartment rather than a typical hotel room. Very cozy. Stayed here before, the location is perfect to explore Toronto, nice big room and a good choice at breakfast. The bar area was small but good.

Hotel was able to offer early check in and late check out. The welcome treats delivered to the room were also especially nice - even if a couple days late.

Hard to find from the street and check in is entry from a back door. Once inside and checked in, it is very nice. Our high floor room was very nice. This was the perfect hotel for us! The rooms were very clean and stocked nicely with essentials. You cannot beat the location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. However, the highlight of this place is the staff. Everyone was SO nice and helpful.
