Very nice, comfy bed, clean, location is good , friendly staff
Good hotel with good breakfast, it’s table service or deliver to room so you may need to allow time but worth the wait.
The location is good, the staff is nice, the facilities are modern, the view is nice.
Nice and comfortable stay. Good location
I like this hotel. I had booked it 2 times. Service good. Clean very comfort

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were really helpful arranging for a late checkout
Swimming pool is small. Gym is great. Service is good. I like the location.
Convenient location, friendly stuff, good services and will recommend to everyone
Great clean hotel. Great customer service just disappointed that the mens and ladies steam rooms were both out of service.
Room was clean, staff upgraded the room for us free of charge. Stay was pleasant. Hotel itself is beautiful and so lively. The location is perfect.

The location is good but they don’t clean the room everyday. And they charge of $346.20 without any cost.
Booked with my daughter 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and sightseeing. Wow the room was amazing. Large, great amenities. Fabulous view of lakes. Lovely touch of wine and goodies acknowledging my birthday. Reception staff really helpful with reduced price tickets for local attractions and maps. We will return. Thank you
Location: The hotel is not connected to the PATH, that you can walk completely indoor from lakeshore all the way to Dundas street, with access to loads of restaurants and shops. The southest connected building is one street across the hotel. The room was newly renovated, yet it was not in a modern way: the room lights were not turn on by slot in the room card at the entrance (actually there's no such...
It was really good. The front desk workers were so kind and helpful. The included breakfast was really good and the workers were nice too. I would visit this place again not only because the employees were kind but also the location was great and the view was great, and the facility was great, too. Thanks!!!!
Perfect location (I even met Arnold Schwarzenegger at the front of the hotel 😅) Friendly service Just the price for parking is crazy high .. If I book a hotel mentioned „parking available“ I do actually think it’s for free and not 55 CNY a day.

Great location, clean room. It would be better if breakfast was included as well.
What you’d expect for a Hilton. Clean, good service and good location downtown close to everything
All was fine except The Market, the supposedly 24hr shop in the lobby for snacks etc., was not open at all during our stay. Missed this a bit as there are no mini-bar offerings in the room.
Check in was easy, room was big, clean, and comfortable. Sauna and gym added lots to the stay. Would recommend to anyone!
Nice hotel in the centre of Toronto . Walkable to shopping and financial district.
I start with the good things. Everyone was friendly and the room was large with a very nice view of the CN tower. The hotel accommodated my request to change from a double bed room to a king size bed room on a upper floor. However, there were many issues with my stay. First, the pool area is in poor condition and the inside patio area has a very dirty rug and the furniture is beat down. The rug and...

Good location, metro station 200 mts away. restaurants near by.
Upmarket hotel in the city center within easy walking of St Lawrence Market, restaurants and entertainment. The room was fairly luxurious, with good views of the city and quick access to the hotel’s amenities and dining outlets. The vastness of the hotel made service somewhat impersonal.
Rooms was VERY warm, asked about AC and it was a non issue. I was told I would get a Fan brought up. Waiting till about 230am before calling it. For the price I would definitely just book somewhere newer.
We recently stayed at this hotel as part of a family vacation. This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Toronto. It is within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel is not only very clean but has a wonderful modern feel. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Our boys were very impressed with the room saying " this is the fanciest hotel ever", but we're less impressed that...
Located in the heart of everything. Had the fastest elevators I've ever taken. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The pool is open from 6am -10pm so it was great to go for a swim before breakfast. They stored our items after check out so we could still enjoy the day.
Beautiful hotel and very clean. Friendly service with quick check in. Underground parking with the option for valet service. The location is prime and you can walk anywhere or take transit. The view from our room was spectacular overlooking Lake Ontario, the Rogers stadium and some parks. The pool/spa is lovely. Can’t say enough good things about this place - worth the cost

The location is awesome, basically next to cn tower and Ripley's, walking distance from some good restaurants
The hotel room was great! The views were good, and getting to where we needed to go was easy because of it’s convenient location. Definitely a hotel people should consider when staying in Toronto. I also liked the little table with complementary samples of food and drinks (one day it was popcorn and one day it was fruit drinks). The food at the restaurant was also really good.
We've just stayed at Delta Downtown Toronto and we're absolutely blown away by this hotel! The location has been absolutely perfect for our mini family vacation - close walk to the PATH, Aquarium, CN Tower, and the Harbor. We arrived and were greeted so warmly, like we were returning VIP guests. Prior to check in, notified concierge via email that we were celebrating my son's birthday and he was ecstatic...
The facilities and location are great, very accessible. Rooms are renovated (at least mine) hallways not renovated which is not important. Not the best gym, but can serve the purpose. However!! Front desk staff can be more professional and proactive!! Not Marriott standards in terms of customer service.

A very comfortable, clean place to stay. Ideal location in the city to get everywhere on foot or by public transport. Very helpful, friendly and polite staff. All the amenities needed for tourists
I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was well-maintained, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best things about this place is its location — it’s in a perfect spot that’s close to major attractions...
Bed sheets had random small pieces of dirty things on them but that’s it
The room is a bit small. But, given the location is convenient, it is still ok to have a short stay.

I stayed at this hotel and while the room and location were fine, I’m very disappointed with the handling of my deposit. I hope the management takes this seriously and resolves the issue, as this is not the level of service...
Nice hotel. Very busy but room was great and bed was comfortable
Great little hotel and in a good spot if you have to be at the airport quick.
Room is OK clean. Doesn't give toothbrush and slippers. Location-wise there is only few restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle was late for 30 mins.
Was only in late at night and left by nine in the morning. I thought parking was an extreme price for only 12 hours. I could not find a spot and it was full of snow. Perhaps keys could be left when people park there for aipork so they could clear it out. So much snow and ice that had not been cleared from storms a week ago...it was very hard to get to front entrance. Everything else was great
Be warned parking is not included, even for the night of your hotel stay! They have a power gate arm that is glitchy just to get on the property. When I finally did get in, the parking lot was so packed I was lucky to get the last spot. There was nobody around for quite a while at the front desk. The guy looked like he'd been partying when he finally did come. Then you had to negotiate how much...

We are very satisfied with our stay at Hyatt in Toronto. The hotel is a little hard to find, but once there, everything went smoothly. Hard to find from the street and check in is entry from a back door. Once inside and checked in, it is very nice. Our high floor room was very nice. Not a fan of the glass wall for the bathroom though. Overall our stay was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location. Many very good restaurants out the front door.
Great service. Great oatmeal. The table at breakfast was wobbly so they came over and fixed it without even being asked. They were extremely nice. Food was great. Price of the facility is pretty good but they have to do some improvements on the accessing side, you can’t open the door if you leave the pool for washroom, etc.
Although the location is quite close to the DVP, the room was quiet. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff pleasant and professional. The room was clean and spacious and the view off the balcony was beautiful (a nice green space with autumn colours). We got back quite late (almost 1am) and the bistro/bar was just closing up. Not accessible at all, staff weren't very helpful with the exception of a few associated with room service. Two fake nails were randomly found in a drawer. Not a huge deal, but still pretty gross
Convenient location but a little pricey for rooms that are a bit dated. Pillows are insubstantial synthetic puffs, bring your own. :-) Really nice indoor pool that our son loved. Great breakfast buffet and reasonable parking rates for Toronto.
The room we were in was renovated and exceptionally tidy. The elevators were in need of repair as sometimes they wouldn't come, and other times the door wouldn't close. The service was lacking as checking in was a one minute conversation to get us in without briefing us on when checkout was. When checking out on a Sunday morning, the front desk was unattended for 10-15 minutes as people gathered and...

It is walkable to CN Tower and the main train station. The room is spacious but there is no safe.
Right next to CN Tower, Roger Center, the location is very convenient ~ The hotel facilities are very new and clean ~ There are many restaurants and shopping around
Good hotel for family, I will go,again
As pros, the location is really perfect. It's right next to the CN tower and get to the Union station in around 10 minutes through sky walk. As cons, room cleaning may not be enough. We were staying in three people, but the amenities were only for two people during our stays (if we asked, it was coped).
The hotel is located below the Toronto Tower and is integrated with the Rogers Centre, but the rooms facing the stadium can only watch softball games, so those who want to attend Taylor Swift's December concert don't have to consider it.
The location was close to downtown and is walkable to the aquarium and some sightseeing places.

The front desk staff was awesome - super helpful whenever I needed anything. I was also really happy with the housekeeping - no waiting around for rooms to be serviced, it was done every day nice and early. This hotel has everything you might need: bar, restaurant, coffee, pool, hot tub, gym, convenience store, small spa. Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street
Excellent customer service! The pool is lovely and has a whirlpool and sauna. There are table tennis, tennis and other activities for fun. There's a small gym. The restaurant inside is good. The room was nice, but the curtains don't close all the way, so it was bright at night and in the morning. The location is great. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.
Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street. Access to the subway is at the mall as well, very convenient. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey but very very good. If we had started more than one night we would probably return. Many many options, even for Celiac people! We were stuffed by the time we left.
I loved the amenities like the pool and common areas. My only concern was that some rooms overlook the common areas and it can be very noisy which is to expected. The common areas do close at ten PM so the hotel does enforce quiet hours. The beds in the room were comfortable and staff was pleasant.
This was the nicest Holiday Inn I've been inside of. Right across Yorkdale mall, it's a great spot, indoor salt water pool adjacent to the dining area; very reminiscent to a hotel resort set-up). Would highly recommend if it fits the budget.
Used this Holiday Inn for an off-site meeting. Affordable, scalable for different groups and phenomenal staff. Cool hotel with the friendly staff you'd expect. Only major qualm was the quality of the room service. The food was at the level of a 3 star hotel. One dish arrived completely cold. Ordered multiple times hoping to find something good, but was left disappointed every time. Foodies beware!
We stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We thought this would be a nice way to relax and enjoy the perks of the Ritz but honestly it wasn’t worth it. I firmly believe our room wasn’t cleaned fully before we arrived, there was a rug laid in front of the shower and the extra bed pillow was shoved into the TV stand. After room service came thru and cleaned the next day, that...
Obviously upscale, the rooms have upgrades where you don’t need them, but lack in areas that you often look for in your room when you travel. While marble is beautiful, I would rather have places to put my own things in the bathroom and have real privacy while I’m in there. The real luxury of this hotel lies in the service you receive in club level. Oana, Emma, and Olga were exceptional in their service...
