Rooms are a bit dated and worn but still clean overall. Location is amazing, just steps away from the Eaton Center, Young Dundas square, and a subway station. I recently stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with my family. My children thought this was the best hotel ever because of the kids check-in, playroom, arcade and toys provided in the suite. Take the UP express from the airport and it's just a short walk to the hotel connected via the link bridge. This was the perfect hotel for us! The rooms were very clean and stocked nicely with essentials. You cannot beat the location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. However, the highlight of this place is the staff. Everyone was SO nice and helpful. Good hotel for family, I will go,again

As pros, the location is really perfect. It's right next to the CN tower and get to the Union station in around 10 minutes through sky walk. As cons, room cleaning may not be enough. We were staying in three people, but the amenities were only for two people during our stays (if we asked, it was coped).

The location was close to downtown and is walkable to the aquarium and some sightseeing places.

Went for a work conference. Very organized and helpful staff. Very clean, modern comfortable rooms. Some people complained that the airplanes landing at the airport (it's directly under the flight path of one of the airport runways) kept them awake at night. I didn't hear it. The rooms come with earplugs to help block the noise.

Nice and comfortable. But i wish room service did not come knock on my door right after 8am. I shouldn't need to hang the do not disturb tab if I'm planning to check out by 9am, but i shouldn't have someone knocking at my door at 8 am either.

I loved the amenities like the pool and common areas. My only concern was that some rooms overlook the common areas and it can be very noisy which is to expected. The hotel is in a great location. Although it is a very historic hotel, it is very well maintained and does not feel old. The room was huge. The decoration style is very classical.
