Toronto, 100 Front Street West 🧭 Map
Hotel was able to offer early check in and late check out. The welcome treats delivered to the room were also especially nice - even if a couple days late.
Very easy access from airport via the train, literally across the road from the station. Grand, impressive and with friendly service. Nice pool and hot tub. Clockwork bar did great cocktails. Convenience store just around the corner for extra water and snacks, the minibar prices are as outrageous as you'd expect!
For the expense of this historical hotel, you'd expect the rooms to be perfect. Instead, our room had no working air conditioning. We had to switch rooms and we're pretty sure we were given a smaller room for the same rate. Nothing complimentary to make up for the inconvenience. The location is really the best part of the hotel. The lobby is beautiful but doesn't make up for the cost. If you want to...
I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. The location is good, it is in the financial district so don't expect a super lively atmosphere, but it was really quiet at night which helped us get some good rest after the long days. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent, it had all the fixings and there was...
We were married at the Royal York Hotel this past May, and had nothing short of a FANTASTIC experience.
We were married in the gorgeous Imperial Room. We picked this room due to it's incredibly rich music history, knowing we wanted a live band for entertainment. The venue was beautiful, the food was incredible, and the staff were extremely professional. The staff at the Royal York supported us with...
Specifically loved Bobby at checkin. He was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, including an exceptionally early check-in that we weren’t expecting. We had just asked to store our bags as it was early morning and Bobby was quick to offer our room early. We appreciated his thoughtfulness and will be back! Also had great service at breakfast in Reign by Jesus (amazing server...

Well appointed room with excellent views (38th floor). Good room service. Bed, chairs, safe, ensuite etc all as expected. Friendly, helpful staff. The central location means that much of downtown Toronto is within easy walking helped by the hotel having a direct link to the city's underground walking network.
A long feedback but addresses a long-stay here! I came here for a longer therapeutic stay before starting my new role & after many years of no vacation. Sheraton is a phenomenal luxurious and absolutely fascinating view and location; however, some aspects were quite disappointing to me. Let me mention the positives first: The reception is a great venue actually even for leisure and business meetings...
The room was a little dated and the bathroom was very hard to navigate. the hotel didn't have any laundry facilities so we had to pay $85 for a service. All that being said EVERYTHING else was top-notch. The service was impeccable ---You could find hep anywhere without waiting, the Concierge floor (43rd) level was one of the best I have been to and we have traveled all over the world. Full Breakfasts...
Lovely place, with a great view. Friendly, accommodating staff and housekeeping cleaned daily which was a nice change (a lot of places don't for shorter stays now). It was slightly annoying that the shampoo bottle was missing out of the shower and no one bothered to put one there in its place. Furthermore, the pool is so nice but the amount of people acting insane was ridiculous. Obviously, the hotel...
Have stayed here in past, and had a similar experience to what we found this month -- nice hotel, great location, good service.
I upgraded to the "Cabana" King which is a third-floor room with a small patio that overlooks the pool area. There are patio chairs and a lounger available for use, which is a nice spring/summer option for adding space to the room. Otherwise, the room is standard -- just...

This location was perfect for touring Toronto. Just a couple minutes walk to the streetcar station, and 20 min ride down to the Ex. Very close to the CN tower!
The staff here were all friendly; valet, front desk, luggage storage. All great. The lady who was checking us out even gave a great recommendation for a cute breakfast place.
However, the room that we stayed in did not match the room pictures...
This hotel is quite expensive and by best means mediocre.
The room was very old (renovations have been ongoing) and it was also not serviced well.
On the day I arrived, another room had their room-service leftovers placed outside in the hallway. (as usual)
It was still there 24hrs later!
My room was serviced on one day only AFTER 7 in the evening. But I left in the morning at 9, only to find it still...
We loved this hotel! The service was among the best we’ve had. Everyone was so kind; they really went above and beyond. The views from the lakeside rooms were amazing. The hotel location next to the ferry is great for getting out to Toronto Island (a must!!!), and it’s a 10min walk to City Hall and other points of interest downtown. It happened to be my daughter’s birthday during our stay. They sent...
The service at this hotel was impeccable.
I unexpectedly needed assistance in the middle of the night and the staff was all hands on deck and diligently followed up the next day.
The pool area is clean, spacious, and very relaxing.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. The lake view is gorgeous. The hotel is extremely accessible to everything. The valet system is super efficient. Everyone was so kind, caring...
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have a good location with acceptable service. However, I must say that it fell short of my expectations for a supposed 4-star establishment. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and on the very first day of our visit, we faced a problem with the bathtub being clogged. Another drawback was the consistently long wait for the elevators, despite the presence...
Stayed at the Westin recently for a mini stay cation for my partners birthday. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the check in and out process was seamless. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The lounge was a nice place to grab a drink and a bite to eat. The best part was that they prepared a special birthday treat for...

Inspite of ongoing renovations, the staff were upbeat and friendly, which made for a pleasant experience. There is access to The Path from the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and we had a really comfortable stay at this hotel.
This was my second time staying here.
It’s in a great location. The rooms are updated. As a cleaner myself, I noticed a lot of details were not cleaned, but I’m pretty particular about cleanliness.
The pool is really nice. It’s starting to be in need of repairs though, all of the walls are cracking.
My first stay here was much better because the lobby wasn’t under construction. I really wish I had...
Enjoyed our stay even though it was short. Visually clean and the scent was fresh. The room was spacious with an enjoyable view of the city. Great customer service, super accommodating and polite. Didn’t make it to the pool but it looked fun! Location is very busy but it is downtown. Check in is at 4pm which is a bummer. Check out was easy and fast. Would definitely visit again sometime!
Great location. Spacious room. Easy check in and check out.
However, the place requires serious renovations in terms of door access, car drop in and pick up and facilities like the gym and the swimming pool.
We had to wait for relatively longer times waiting for an elevator to show up despite having 5 elevators.
Overall very good if you like to stay in a Hilton; otherwise, if you need more modern...
Absolutely my new go-to hotel in Toronto, and I've stayed in about a dozen, including most of the major hotels downtown. It's one of those rare properties where all the important aspects are done right. Our room was genuinely relatively large, immaculately clean, and updated with great features like sliding shower doors that don't leak onto the bathroom floor, a bigger-screen TV, expansive windows...
Stayed here before, the location is perfect to explore Toronto, nice big room and a good choice at breakfast. The bar area was small but good.

Upmarket hotel in the city center within easy walking of St Lawrence Market, restaurants and entertainment. The room was fairly luxurious, with good views of the city and quick access to the hotel’s amenities and dining outlets. The vastness of the hotel made service somewhat impersonal.
Rooms was VERY warm, asked about AC and it was a non issue. I was told I would get a Fan brought up. Waiting till about 230am before calling it. For the price I would definitely just book somewhere newer.
We recently stayed at this hotel as part of a family vacation. This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Toronto. It is within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel is not only very clean but has a wonderful modern feel. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Our boys were very impressed with the room saying " this is the fanciest hotel ever", but we're less impressed that...
Located in the heart of everything. Had the fastest elevators I've ever taken. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The pool is open from 6am -10pm so it was great to go for a swim before breakfast. They stored our items after check out so we could still enjoy the day.
Beautiful hotel and very clean. Friendly service with quick check in. Underground parking with the option for valet service. The location is prime and you can walk anywhere or take transit. The view from our room was spectacular overlooking Lake Ontario, the Rogers stadium and some parks. The pool/spa is lovely. Can’t say enough good things about this place - worth the cost
Great location. Modern, sleek design. Clean room with city view and great amenities. Not too crowded or busy. It was so nice to stay here in November and all the Christmas decorations were up. So beautiful! The bed was was comfortable to sleep in but was pretty high off the ground so it was harder to get on and off the bed as a shorter person. 😆 The valet parking attendants were very nice and helpful...

We stayed for one night, booked a King room and were given a queen—fine, however, if you book something and think that’s what you’re getting-that’s what you should get. Pool was disgusting, to say the least. It was so dirty, hairs and dirt around the pool deck. Also feels like a dungeon as it’s so dark and no music or anything playing. Parking garage is very tight and signage to elevators is horrible...
The bedrooms were spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. The location was very close to Younge and Dundas. St Patrick’s subway is nearby which goes to Union Station.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Ryan greeted me (he as new lol) and was able to book me into a room earlier than expected. Housekeeping was quite pleasant and very easy to approach when we needed something. We requested a microwave as we were staying 5 days and they were very much able to accommodate us.
I do only wish there was a continental breakfast included as $28 for the breakfast buffet...
Had an enjoyable 2-night stay. Checked in earlier than their posted check-in time but room was available right away. Free welcome cookies was very appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient. Close to transit and many points of interest within walking distance. Parking available on location but not very economical (which is to be expected in this part of town).
Such great staff! Clean rooms for a great price. Right downtown so it was within walking distance to everything we needed. Ryan was so kind and helpful to get us an early check in. Thanks again!
We stayed at the Double Tree this past weekend. Rooms were very clean. Bathroom was a bit small, but very clean as well. The cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is awesome, basically next to cn tower and Ripley's, walking distance from some good restaurants
The hotel room was great! The views were good, and getting to where we needed to go was easy because of it’s convenient location. Definitely a hotel people should consider when staying in Toronto. I also liked the little table with complementary samples of food and drinks (one day it was popcorn and one day it was fruit drinks). The food at the restaurant was also really good.
We've just stayed at Delta Downtown Toronto and we're absolutely blown away by this hotel! The location has been absolutely perfect for our mini family vacation - close walk to the PATH, Aquarium, CN Tower, and the Harbor.

The facilities and location are great, very accessible. Rooms are renovated (at least mine) hallways not renovated which is not important. Not the best gym, but can serve the purpose.

Dining was great. Parking is tricky to get in and out of. Entrance to underground parking lot is very tight. Room was fabulous. The staff is top notch. Great stay
Very good customer service. I wish I could remember the young man who checked us in. (Dez? Dom? Ben?) He took very good care of every detail he had control over, without being asked. Small rooms in comparison to other Holiday Inns but it IS downtown TO so to be expected. Hallway needs to be updated to match the room updates. Would go back again. Convenient location. Enjoyed our stay.
Room was a moderate size - we were staying for only one night so it worked great for us. Washroom was nice and the whole room was clean. The buffet breakfast was great and a reasonable price. Parking was available but for a fee, which is typical for downtown Toronto. Overall it was a good stay and we would for sure go back.
Fairly nice hotel in downtown Toronto. All the standard conveniences of a city hotel in North America. Centrally located with a great convenience/gift store. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Washing is not done on Sundays or public holidays which can be frustrating.

Tried this hotel after our flight was canceled from Toronto. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. The king suite room was basic compared to the holiday inn ones but very comfy.
Only suggestion would be to add mats in the tub...quiet slippery
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. My flight was cancelled and I had so much going on that morning really making me stressed. But I was able to book this hotel on such short notice. Excellent service! Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived (Platinum) so we were offered a coffee, our bags were stowed, we were given our room pass and went out. In our absence they delivered our luggage to our room. Rare touches in this day and age!

Just okay. The staff were all very nice, very polite. I just expected more for a hotel that's $500/ night. The view from my room was a cement wall. There were chips in the bathroom counter, and the shower door didn't close properly, so the floor got all wet. The front desk staff was awesome - super helpful whenever I needed anything. I was also really happy with the housekeeping - no waiting around for rooms to be serviced, it was done every day nice and early. This hotel has everything you might need: bar, restaurant, coffee, pool, hot tub, gym, convenience store, small spa. Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street
Excellent customer service! The pool is lovely and has a whirlpool and sauna. There are table tennis, tennis and other activities for fun. There's a small gym. The restaurant inside is good. The room was nice, but the curtains don't close all the way, so it was bright at night and in the morning. The location is great. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.
Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street. Access to the subway is at the mall as well, very convenient. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey but very very good. If we had started more than one night we would probably return. Many many options, even for Celiac people! We were stuffed by the time we left.
I loved the amenities like the pool and common areas. My only concern was that some rooms overlook the common areas and it can be very noisy which is to expected. The common areas do close at ten PM so the hotel does enforce quiet hours. The beds in the room were comfortable and staff was pleasant.
This was the nicest Holiday Inn I've been inside of. Right across Yorkdale mall, it's a great spot, indoor salt water pool adjacent to the dining area; very reminiscent to a hotel resort set-up). Would highly recommend if it fits the budget.

Cool hotel with the friendly staff you'd expect. Only major qualm was the quality of the room service. The food was at the level of a 3 star hotel. One dish arrived completely cold. Ordered multiple times hoping to find something good, but was left disappointed every time. Foodies beware!

Obviously upscale, the rooms have upgrades where you don’t need them, but lack in areas that you often look for in your room when you travel. Lovely hotel in the heart of Toronto. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. Great for a business trip as I could work comfortably from my room at the desk. There’s also a gym that includes: a few free weights that go up to about 50lbs, cables, treadmills, elliptical machine and a stationary bike along witha few mats and accessories. Absolutely love this hotel. It is my favorite spot to stay in Toronto. The space is welcoming, cozy and beautiful. The new lobby bar is fantastic and love the decor. The team is so friendly and helpful. We loved breakfast in the restaurant...delicious and peaceful. The rooms are amazing! Spacious, luxurious and so comfortable. Every touch from the sheets, to the coffee, to the glassware in the room...

My Dad and I stayed at one king west for the first time. We had an amazing experience filled with great service. Matthew was our concierge and he truly made our experience. He was so kind, genuine and giving. He went above and beyond our expectations! Matthew greeted everyone with a big smile on his face:)
Justifiable pricing. Affable front-desk staff. Room was spacious, clean, quiet. The lobby is lively and impressive. Has a nice bar area. Would recommend.
Our wedding at One King West, with wedding specialist Angela De Buono, was a flawless and delightful experience. Angela was always easy to communicate with and provided a wealth of expertise. The venue's historic charm and modern amenities provided an elegant backdrop, while Angela's expert guidance ensured a seamless and memorable day. The food was superb (thank you chefs!), the staff attentive, and...
Overall, we had a good experience at One King West. Good location, impressive lobby. Staff at the check-in desk were efficient.
Special mention to the porter/concierge Mathew, who is a legend and was super charming and helpful to us.
Rooms are fairly tired and need some updating, particularly the bathrooms. The air conditioning was very noisy, so I did not sleep particularly well. We found it helpful...
Be prepared for a small room, even a smaller shower. Nice to have small appliances, even a washer/dryer if you are staying a bit. I just don't care for the crunchy sounding and feeling linens, not comforting to me. Towels were also not soft, which I guessed would be at this price point. The rest of the room was nice.
I would probably pay extra for the valet parking if I visit again, as my phone did...
Our recent stay at One King West was fabulous!! From the valet attendants to
Matthew that handled our luggage and settled us in our room. Girls at the front desk we friendly and accommodating and informative. Our room was very spacious, fully equipped kitchen , lovely livingroom/ bedroom was nice and comfortable. We had a great view of the city from our room in the historic tower. There is a great...

We had outstanding experience staying in Shangri-la for our wedding day. Everyone in the team made sure we are happy and enjoying the moment, stuff did their best to accommodate our requests and be respectful to our timing.( early check in, store our cake, deliver flowers, etc)
It was lovely to receive the compliments with champagne and dessert. As well as we enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant downstairs...
This property has a great lobby, nice spacious rooms, and one of the better pools I have seen at a hotel. But just be aware not to enter the stairs here as you won't be able to get down as you need a room key for your floor. They also may have events here from time to time at the hotel, so be aware the 3rd floor balcony may be rented out occasionally. They seemed to not want us on the floor when an...
From the moment we walked thru the doors I was immediately in love with this place!! From the men at the valet , the amazing front desk workers and every staff we encountered we were treated to the highest standards!! The details all over the rooms, lobby, and health spa were impeccable! Stayed 2 nights and they even gave us a late check out . I would definitely recommend this place before any other...
My sister, mother and I had a wonderful time at the Shangri-la. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The lobby bar is spectacular and they serve a high tea. The pool, hot tub and sauna was so relaxing. We stayed in a king suite which was nicely kept, room service was quick and the food/drink was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here as I will definitely be returning here!!
We were just there. All aspects were EXCELLENT. Would highly recommend if you are staying in toronto. excellent location. Very high quality service. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and our experience. Very much a "white glove service" hotel. Excellent!!
3 night stay commencing Monday 26 September, Robert from front desk team.
Roberts very welcoming reception and subsequent attention to detail, did not go unnoticed by my wife and I.
He behaved as an ambassador for both the hotel and Toronto,

Rooms could have been cleaner, Bobby pins on floors so I don’t think it was vacuumed. Hot tub was out of order when we went to use it. Disappointed as we were expecting more. They did give us breakfast on the house for the hot tub disappointment and it was pretty good.
What a great stay. We are here 17-19 August and the room and staff were so nice. Karla V. took care of our room and was wonderful. The staff at Cafe Nicole in the lobby were so very helpful and kind with great service. Everything is clean and well taken care of.
I was in room 503 on Monday and Tuesday ( August 14,15) my friend arranged everything, we were supposed to be seeing Madonna’s concert but she had to postpone her concert in Toronto. But weren’t able to cancel our stay at your hotel because she would have lost her money so we came and enjoyed our stay with you. Our room and services were absolutely was perfect. Margaret who we have met in the hallway...
Great location. Very clean hotel. Room was very modern, spacious and very clean. Bed comfortable.
I didn’t like the customer service at the evening check in. (Morning check out was quick and pleasant)
I called the customer service with a question from my room in the evening, they were rude.
I also didn’t like they had no lotion and shower cap in the bathroom and did not provide any.
They door are...
After hearing about how this building was left after the homeless phase was done, one was skeptical of how well they did on this Reno and if this would be a successful stay. Overall they did a good job on their interior spaces and materials. The rooms were modern with nice elements however there was too much space. There was a 25sqft space next to the bed of nothing. The bathroom toilet had a 2.5’...
Everything was amazing. Also the location was so convenient, a little market like 20 seconds walking then the keg right across the street.
Bed super comfortable, pillows nice, VERY clean. Nice bathroom, pretty big, refrigerator. Overall, it was really nice. Everything smelled clean from the moment we got inside. Room was super clean. Everyone was very pleasant. Only spoke to the front desk person while checking in though.

Stayed for 5 days for a family event. The manager, Dominic Chiu, was kind enough to facilitate & accommodate our large group.
Rooms were super clean, had a little kitchenette complete with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker & stove, even pots & pans for when you feel like staying in & just chill. Included breakfast had a lot of healthy choices.
Location wise, the hotel is walking distance...
I love staying here. Great rooms, comfortable, spacious, great kitchen. Beds are actually really nice here, firmer, nice on my back. Pillows are great too, soft with great support. Front desk had my room ready for 11am because I had arrived in the city earlier than anticipated. Breakfast was awesome in mornings. Room was spotless clean, everything I needed in kitchen was there. Hotel is in a great...
Got an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite on check-in, which was awesome and extremely helpful when travelling with small children. Hotel pool was well used. Free breakfast buffet makes a huge difference to the budget when travelling with a family, and it’s well stocked with lots of choice.
Location can’t be beat, 1 block from the CN Tower and Ripley’s Aquarium. We will come back next time we’re in Toronto...
Very good location with many diverse restaurants around. Delicious breakfast for the whole family to enjoy every morning. Friendly staff who cater to our needs, and very practical but comfortable rooms. The most satisfying thing was the TV in the room with various streaming channels such as Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+. Overall, an incredible experience and would definitely come again.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Located on the promenade, the hotel's location is perfect—not too crowded, yet conveniently close to all the attractions.
The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious. The cleaning staff does an excellent job, ensuring...
Super convenient location and the buffet breakfast was awesome. Family-friendly - I loved the fact that the rooms come with a kitchenette with stove as it allowed me to prepare meals for my baby. The king studio was also spacious; we stayed for 25 nights and was able to fit in a playpen where I could safely leave my baby while doing some work or preparing her meals.
Staff were also helpful and courteous...
