The St. Regis Toronto, Toronto1 / 50

Toronto, 325 Bay Street 🧭 Map
Spent a night at the St. Regis in celebration of my partner’s birthday and my experience felt like home. The staff were extremely welcoming which made the check in/out process easy. The cleanliness of the room was amazing; I loved the details and design of the guest room we stayed in, in addition to the lovely downtown Toronto view. Not only this but the butler team at the St. Regis is exceptionally...
Staff were excellent. Professional, courteous, responsive, thoughtful. I stay in a lot of hotels and this what distinguishes the best from the rest.
Stayed here about a week ago with my family. While driving up we were amazed at how nice the parking area and front desk area was. We were floored when we found out our two queen room was upgraded to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite for free. We have never seen anything like this before. The staff was absolutely amazing. We went up to the pool area and it was stunning. Room Service was quick and the...
This was extremely nice hotel. Everything was very clean and very elegant. The bathroom had a TV in the mirror. It also has a tub and a separate shower with a rain shower head. There were automated settings the lights and the curtains that could be controlled on a device on a night stand. My only knock on this place was the price for extras like the mini bar or snacks. A bag of chips for $12,...
This hotel was very well organized. We did not need to wait for the mandatory valet or the baggage. Suit cases were brought up to our rooms. Room was very classy with heated bathroom floors and touch pads for light selection based on time of day. Room service was delightful. Hotel staff friendly and prompt. Had an issue with a very rowdy neighbor at 3am, called security and they dealt with it within...
The location of this hotel is great! Like a block or 2 away from Cactus Club Cafe, which is one of my fav places to go in the city for drinks and socializing. Doorman was very courteous and literally opened the door for me every time I exited or entered the building. I loved the decor of the room. Very upscale! The lights and drapes were controlled by a remote/keypad located on both dressers next to...

I wanted to amend my review and improve it, upon relection. Loved this hotel and would highly recommend. Thank you to the RC. We stayed at this hotel and it’s pretty nice. Considering the pricing it should be though. We got a club room which gives access to the club lounge which is totally worth it since you get basically all meals if you want. The food was definitely above average. There were a lot...
Cool hotel with the friendly staff you'd expect. Only major qualm was the quality of the room service. The food was at the level of a 3 star hotel. One dish arrived completely cold. Ordered multiple times hoping to find something good, but was left disappointed every time. Foodies beware!
We stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We thought this would be a nice way to relax and enjoy the perks of the Ritz but honestly it wasn’t worth it. I firmly believe our room wasn’t cleaned fully before we arrived, there was a rug laid in front of the shower and the extra bed pillow was shoved into the TV stand. After room service came thru and cleaned the next day, that...
Obviously upscale, the rooms have upgrades where you don’t need them, but lack in areas that you often look for in your room when you travel. While marble is beautiful, I would rather have places to put my own things in the bathroom and have real privacy while I’m in there. The real luxury of this hotel lies in the service you receive in club level. Oana, Emma, and Olga were exceptional in their service...
There is completely nothing wrong with this hotel from the wonderful reception we had at check in from Audrie very pleasant thank you to the wonderful little treat we got for our 10 year anniversary surprise on behalf of the office staff a big thank you my wife was super surprised. The room was amazing so clean super fresh smell as you walk in the door so many cool futures with the automatic sensor...
Pretty great, though I expected more from THE premier 5 star hotel of Toronto. Everything was great, but not excellent. To be honest, it felt like a 4 star hotel. No complementary drinks, had to request bathroom supplies like a toothbrush and toothpaste. Also the concierge was not picking up the phone for ~1 hour between 3pm and 4pm. They did honour our requested early check in and late check out...

We stayed for one night, booked a King room and were given a queen—fine, however, if you book something and think that’s what you’re getting-that’s what you should get. Pool was disgusting, to say the least. It was so dirty, hairs and dirt around the pool deck. Also feels like a dungeon as it’s so dark and no music or anything playing. Parking garage is very tight and signage to elevators is horrible...
The bedrooms were spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. The location was very close to Younge and Dundas. St Patrick’s subway is nearby which goes to Union Station.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Ryan greeted me (he as new lol) and was able to book me into a room earlier than expected. Housekeeping was quite pleasant and very easy to approach when we needed something. We requested a microwave as we were staying 5 days and they were very much able to accommodate us. I do only wish there was a continental breakfast included as $28 for the breakfast buffet...
Had an enjoyable 2-night stay. Checked in earlier than their posted check-in time but room was available right away. Free welcome cookies was very appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient. Close to transit and many points of interest within walking distance. Parking available on location but not very economical (which is to be expected in this part of town).
Such great staff! Clean rooms for a great price. Right downtown so it was within walking distance to everything we needed. Ryan was so kind and helpful to get us an early check in. Thanks again!
We stayed at the Double Tree this past weekend. Rooms were very clean. Bathroom was a bit small, but very clean as well. The cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. They offered complimentary bottled water daily, which was really nice. Location is close to attractions, Yonge & Dundas Square, Eaton Centre, etc. There was a very long line-up for check-in. Took over half an hour, so that was a bit...

We had outstanding experience staying in Shangri-la for our wedding day. Everyone in the team made sure we are happy and enjoying the moment, stuff did their best to accommodate our requests and be respectful to our timing.( early check in, store our cake, deliver flowers, etc) It was lovely to receive the compliments with champagne and dessert. As well as we enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant downstairs...
This property has a great lobby, nice spacious rooms, and one of the better pools I have seen at a hotel. But just be aware not to enter the stairs here as you won't be able to get down as you need a room key for your floor. They also may have events here from time to time at the hotel, so be aware the 3rd floor balcony may be rented out occasionally. They seemed to not want us on the floor when an...
From the moment we walked thru the doors I was immediately in love with this place!! From the men at the valet , the amazing front desk workers and every staff we encountered we were treated to the highest standards!! The details all over the rooms, lobby, and health spa were impeccable! Stayed 2 nights and they even gave us a late check out . I would definitely recommend this place before any other...
My sister, mother and I had a wonderful time at the Shangri-la. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The lobby bar is spectacular and they serve a high tea. The pool, hot tub and sauna was so relaxing. We stayed in a king suite which was nicely kept, room service was quick and the food/drink was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here as I will definitely be returning here!!
We were just there. All aspects were EXCELLENT. Would highly recommend if you are staying in toronto. excellent location. Very high quality service. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and our experience. Very much a "white glove service" hotel. Excellent!!
3 night stay commencing Monday 26 September, Robert from front desk team. Roberts very welcoming reception and subsequent attention to detail, did not go unnoticed by my wife and I. He behaved as an ambassador for both the hotel and Toronto, Jason & Christine Taylor, East Sussex, England

Amazing hotel and amenities. Service team went above and beyond to make the stay memorable.
Basically I really liked the weekend at the Bisha hotel. The welcome was very good. My only negative point was at the level of housekeeping. When I arrive I find that several towels were stained, the chairs dirty and some furniture badly cleaned. But for the comfort, it was very good. I realy like the look of my roomand the balcony.
Bisha Hotel is one of THE best places I've stayed in my years of travel. The level of attention to detail that went into creating the space was seen and appreciated. The humans who work there elevated the experience for me as well. I felt welcome each and every time I exited and entered the hotel. Johnathan was very kind in getting me squared away in my room, and he was helpful in recommending the...
I just stayed here for the first time with my fiance a few days ago and we both agree that this has been our best stay at any hotel by far. The staff were all amazing and checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We received an upgrade on our room and it was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be returning.
This is meant to be a luxury hotel, but despite the big bucks you pay for this, and the luxury feel, it is not comfortable. There is no place for the guests to chill or hang out. There are pictures of the rooftop and the pool when you book, but the reality you are faced with is that the rooftop is actually a restaurant (an expensive one), and they don’t really like the hotel guests to just go there...

I really enjoyed my stay at W Toronto. The room was very modern and I liked the vibe of the hotel. The hotel is a bit far from downtown Toronto (CN Tower, Harbourfront, etc.) and more east making it not as walkable, but you can easily find transportation to the Core. I didn’t order any food at the hotel. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy, nice shower, generally quiet (aside from sometimes...
Overall, my wife and I had a great time during our stay at the hotel. The hotel offers a boutique-style experience with high-level of service the Marriott umbrella of hotels provides. The rooms are chic with a modern look. The lower rating was due to the service we had at the top floor restaurant. Although the atmosphere was nice, the menu didn’t have many vegetarian options. The service was also not...
Wow! I'm so impressed with the W Toronto! Excellent service at the front desk, concierge, Public House, and Skylight Rooftop Bar. Check in and check out was seamless. The absolute best hotel experience I’ve had in a while. From checking in to room services, everything is well thought of. The decor is amazing and I loved ever piece. We would like to thank the W Hotel staff for their excellent service and special attention. After the wedding, my wife and I stayed at a hotel. During my stay at the hotel from August 16th to the 20th, I was truly impressed by the spaciousness and quality of the rooms. Lovely hotel in the heart of Toronto. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. Great for a business trip as I could work comfortably from my room at the desk. There’s also a gym that includes: a few free weights that go up to about 50lbs, cables, treadmills, elliptical machine and a stationary bike along witha few mats and accessories. There’s a small putting floor next to the gym too.
Room was large and well appointed with nice amenities
Service was great. Room was nice, seem to be newly renovated - clean and well appointed. Room service was excellent! Lots of construction around, but that is Toronto right now - sound did not affect our sleep at all. Bed was very comfortable. Will be interesting to go back when construction is complete to see the hotel again. Very close to theatre and shopping. Metro Hall is half a block away.

Rooms could have been cleaner, Bobby pins on floors so I don’t think it was vacuumed. Hot tub was out of order when we went to use it. Disappointed as we were expecting more. They did give us breakfast on the house for the hot tub disappointment and it was pretty good.
What a great stay. We are here 17-19 August and the room and staff were so nice. Karla V. took care of our room and was wonderful. The staff at Cafe Nicole in the lobby were so very helpful and kind with great service. Everything is clean and well taken care of.

After hearing about how this building was left after the homeless phase was done, one was skeptical of how well they did on this Reno and if this would be a successful stay. Well appointed room with excellent views (38th floor). Good room service. Bed, chairs, safe, ensuite etc all as expected. Friendly, helpful staff. The central location means that much of downtown Toronto is within easy walking helped by the hotel having a direct link to the city's underground walking network.
A long feedback but addresses a long-stay here! I came here for a longer therapeutic stay before starting my new role & after many years of no vacation. Sheraton is a phenomenal luxurious and absolutely fascinating view and location; however, some aspects were quite disappointing to me. Lovely place, with a great view. Friendly, accommodating staff and housekeeping cleaned daily which was a nice change (a lot of places don't for shorter stays now). Have stayed here in past, and had a similar experience to what we found this month -- nice hotel, great location, good service. My stay there was very good. They treated me and my family very well front desk and hotel cleaners and that are very well mannered. The pool was nice the song it was nice. The only thing is the Jacuzzi wasn’t working but I understand things happen but overall, it was an amazing stay.
Great and clean hotel, the staff is welcoming and very responsive; I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room I called them and 5 minutes later the receptionist came. The room is clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend. And the breakfast service is well provided
Only stayed one night, and reason why I deducted one star is because we needed the pull out couch and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. A nice foam topper would have made a huge difference. Also hot tub wasn't on, that would have been nice. Pool was great, nice and warm but the room was a bit too chilly. Room was nice and clean, service was good. Would stay again.
Pretty much what you should expect for 3 stars right next to the highway. Good value, but pretty beat up and a little dirty. Rooms clean, but dusty and banged up elsewhere. Pool was partly out of service when we were there. Breakfast was free and great variety. Friendly staff. We would stay here again.
This is a nice hotel. Quiet, clean and has all the amenities that you would need. Staff were fantastic too.
A very good hotel with a great room. The breakfast area was under reno but the room set aside to serve breakfast was a very nice layout and served us well. The location was convenient and close to the 401 yet quiet. The internet worked great. Staff were very welcoming and always had a pleasant "hello". Top location for good value. My room was big with a kitchen, but yet the queen bed was on the smaller end. I'm glad I traveled alone. Very central in walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and the Union Station. My room was viewing the patio on the inside and therefore very quiet.

Absolutely loved the hotel staff. All of the concierge who I’ve met were super nice and friendly. Room service was also good. Location is prime. It’s located at the financial district. This hotel is quite expensive and by best means mediocre. The room was very old (renovations have been ongoing) and it was also not serviced well. It`s not too pricey and relatively clean... But no one mentions it`s on top of an active strip club. Which it is. I don`t personally mind the business model, but you can hear everything until closing time. But if you are at the club, then the hotel part is pretty convenient.

For the expense of this historical hotel, you'd expect the rooms to be perfect. Instead, our room had no working air conditioning. We had to switch rooms and we're pretty sure we were given a smaller room for the same rate. Nothing complimentary to make up for the inconvenience. The location is really the best part of the hotel. The lobby is beautiful but doesn't make up for the cost. If you want to...
I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. The location is good, it is in the financial district so don't expect a super lively atmosphere, but it was really quiet at night which helped us get some good rest after the long days. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent, it had all the fixings and there was...
We were married at the Royal York Hotel this past May, and had nothing short of a FANTASTIC experience. We were married in the gorgeous Imperial Room. We picked this room due to it's incredibly rich music history, knowing we wanted a live band for entertainment. The venue was beautiful, the food was incredible, and the staff were extremely professional. The staff at the Royal York supported us with...
Luxurious. Classy. Lively bars. A real treat. Expensive but worth it.

As we only had an overnight stay we enjoyed the central location and a walk down to the Harbour. The reception and staff were excellent and helpful
The service at the concierge lounge need improvement. The tables are not cleaned up after guests leave. We stayed in Niagara Falls Marriot and Montreal Marriot these facility are diligent with cleaning the tables after guests leave. Therefore there are plenty of table available and the area is welcoming when it is clean. The room here is good in size and the cleaning service for the room is very...
If you are coming to Eaton Center, Dundas Square, Nathan Phillips Square, or even the City Hall then this location is the perfect one. From my experience, this hotel is very expensive for what it's offering. There was a line-up for check-in and it was only one staff at the front desk. My room was full of dust and the towels were dirty. Not mentioning how noisy it was. Every time someone opens their...
Was put up at this hotel during a conference this May. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location is ideal in terms of being right downtown, and its proximity to the Eaton Centre was a definite plus. Overall, a gorgeous spot. Definitely on the pricier side, but a price I believe is justified for the quality of the hotel, its amenities...
I have never had such incredible service at any hotel I've been to. Everybody was very friendly and helpful without feeling too stuffy either. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Location is excellent as well. I also felt very safe here, which is important. As a female smoker, I'm often outside alone which can feel uncomfortable depending on where you are. Here, the smoking section was across...
Loved it! I was there for one night and I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from when I checked in until when I checked out. The location, you can't get better than being in the heart of downtown. With the Eaton Centre around the corner plus a variety of restaurants, movie theater, it's such a great spot! My room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable and...

New, beautiful building and amazing, spacious, bright rooms! The location couldn't be any better. Right where all the cafes, restaurants and bars are! The contactless check-in was so great... super smooth! We definitely want to come back here! (tip: book in the Sonder app and you'll get a lot better rate than on any other website)
I have mixed feelings about this place. It’s in a convenient location so that’s a plus. The rooms have bath tubs so that’s a plus. But if you end up with a room on the back side of the building your view is another building which will soon be occupied by humans so there is ZERO privacy if and when the window blinds are up. The rooms are loud but they give you ear plugs and a white noise machine which...
The Sonder the Slate is located quite perfectly in the middle of the city. Its quite convenient, rooms were clean. But, it does not have room service, nor bath utensils. I think you can order a room service. There is no reception - sometimes there are Sonder team members around, very friendly. Its is very very loud though. not only you hear everything from the streets, but also from the other rooms...
Only con is pricing but it is located in Toronto an expensive city. The hotel is for you if you rely on self-check in. The self check-in process was on the Sonder app, there were staff working that greeted us at the entrance. If you needed extra items restocked you can request it via the app. Comfortable and clean location and central location. People did complain about noise on past reviews, there...
Amazing experience! We’ve stayed here twice and both times were a 10/10. The location is perfect, easy access to many streetcar lines and walkable distance to downtown and more. The room is clean, comfortable and aesthetic. Big bathtub with 2 shower heads. The view is great, the beds are comfy and the elevators work great. The app and checkin is easy to use and very intuitive. We always got approved...

Staff positive interaction, courtesy, response; starting from Front Desk, Floor service staff, every one. All of them were very helpful and ready to support. Special thanks to Mr Avinash (I hope I spell the name correctly), who was very supportive during our check-in.
We are very satisfied with our stay at Hyatt in Toronto. The hotel is a little hard to find, but once there, everything went smoothly. We booked a room with 2 queen size beds, and because the hotel was not allowed to bring us a roll-over extra bed, we were offered 2 connected rooms to better accommodate our family of 5. The hotel manager was very helpful and eager to resolve the issue. The rooms were...
Hard to find from the street and check in is entry from a back door. Once inside and checked in, it is very nice. Our high floor room was very nice. Not a fan of the glass wall for the bathroom though. Overall our stay was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location. Many very good restaurants out the front door.
Great service. Great oatmeal. The table at breakfast was wobbly so they came over and fixed it without even being asked. They were extremely nice. Food was great. Rooms had a very comfortable bed, the headboard however had a space in between it and the bed. But the rooms were very nicely designed. The suite was big and spacious. The bathroom is alright. It has a shaving/makeup mirror which is very...
Room was clean and tiday.. coffee machine and bottled water provided.. Close to CN tower, a 5 min walk, and about 10 mins from Union Station.. Did not use facilities, only stayed the one night. Check in good, fast and helpful
This was the perfect hotel for us! The rooms were very clean and stocked nicely with essentials. You cannot beat the location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. However, the highlight of this place is the staff. Everyone was SO nice and helpful. We are returning to Toronto in a few months and will definitely be staying here again. Thank You!
