It is walkable to CN Tower and the main train station. The room is spacious but there is no safe.

Right next to CN Tower, Roger Center, the location is very convenient ~ The hotel facilities are very new and clean ~ There are many restaurants and shopping around

As pros, the location is really perfect. It's right next to the CN tower and get to the Union station in around 10 minutes through sky walk.
As cons, room cleaning may not be enough. We were staying in three people, but the amenities were only for two people during our stays (if we asked, it was coped).

The hotel is located below the Toronto Tower and is integrated with the Rogers Centre, but the rooms facing the stadium can only watch softball games, so those who want to attend Taylor Swift's December concert don't have to consider it.

The location was close to downtown and is walkable to the aquarium and some sightseeing places.

Just okay. The staff were all very nice, very polite. I just expected more for a hotel that's $500/ night. The view from my room was a cement wall. There were chips in the bathroom counter, and the shower door didn't close properly, so the floor got all wet. Everything in the hotel just felt really dated, that nothing has changed or been updated since it was built. The breakfast buffet included cold scrambled eggs, a toaster that didn't work, and very few choices for the price.
Parking was a disaster. No information on their website about where it is. When I finally found it, I was informed that it was closed as there was a Blue Jays game going on. What? Why wasn't any of this information provided when booking? Really disappointing to splurge on an expensive hotel for a great location and not much else.
