The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto

The location is good but they don’t clean the room everyday. And they charge of $346.20 without any cost.

Booked with my daughter 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and sightseeing. Wow the room was amazing. Large, great amenities. Fabulous view of lakes. Lovely touch of wine and goodies acknowledging my birthday. Reception staff really helpful with reduced price tickets for local attractions and maps. We will return. Thank you

Location: The hotel is not connected to the PATH, that you can walk completely indoor from lakeshore all the way to Dundas street, with access to loads of restaurants and shops. The southest connected building is one street across the hotel.
The room was newly renovated, yet it was not in a modern way: the room lights were not turn on by slot in the room card at the entrance (actually there's no such upgrade in the room at all!). I have turn on every single light when I go into the room and turn them off before I sleep. There's at least 6 of them!
Do not disturb sign still required to hang out the tag on the door handle, which fell off everytime you open the door!! super annoying
The lobby bar food were good and especially the staff were very friendly.
House keeping service were slow - I have to call to remind them to bring my items.

It was really good. The front desk workers were so kind and helpful.
The included breakfast was really good and the workers were nice too.
I would visit this place again not only because the employees were kind but also the location was great and the view was great, and the facility was great, too. Thanks!!!!

Perfect location (I even met Arnold Schwarzenegger at the front of the hotel 😅)

Just the price for parking is crazy high ..
If I book a hotel mentioned „parking available“ I do actually think it’s for free and not 55 CNY a day.

The service at this hotel was impeccable.
I unexpectedly needed assistance in the middle of the night and the staff was all hands on deck and diligently followed up the next day.
The pool area is clean, spacious, and very relaxing.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. The lake view is gorgeous. The hotel is extremely accessible to everything. The valet system is super efficient. Everyone was so kind, caring, and thoughtful that I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or stay here again in the future.
