The Novotel Toronto Centre is steeped in our city's history and is just steps away from the St. Lawrence Market-the heart of the city's culinary identity for more than a century-legendary architecture, fabulous shopping and other must-see attractions. Afterwards, unwind with a glass of wine or a classic cocktail at Café Nicole Bar + Bistro, then retire to a recently renovated room for truly urban rest and relaxation.
Hotel opened in 1979, renovated in 2006.

The hotel is within easy walking distance from Union Station and that is a plus for any traveller. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and had all necessary amenities. Although we only stayed there one night we would certainly return for longer next time.

Front Desk personnel particularly Alejandro assisted us very well. Norma from cleaning dept is amazing. Maintenance service was great.
The people from the breakfast area are helpful, kind, and great customer service.
Our only concern was we are asked to give 100CAD depo and we have checked out at 1pm today. But the revert of deposit was not yet credited to my son. The didnt even gave us a receipt or voucher. Can you please help us to follow up the revertdeposit.

Had an excellent one night stay at this hotel - family of 4. Location was a short walk from Union Station & therefore very handy if using the UP express shuttle from the airport into Toronto centre. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble! We only had 3 towels in the room, despite 4 guests, but we spoke to reception and an extra towel was immediately provided.
The breakfast was absolutely brilliant - the choice of both hot and cold food was impressive, including french toast with strawberries rotated with waffles and pancakes plus sausages and bacon, eggs, etc. Lots of choice of fruit - fruit medley pots, ones with greek yoghurt, fruit smoothies, etc. A great selection of pastries too.

Great stay. Super comfortable beds and great customer service! Well worth the price to be in DT Toronto. 5mins walk to Union Station and 15mins to SkyDome.

We arrived late at night at Union Station and then walked with our luggage to the Novotel. Check-in was quick and the morning breakfast buffet was wonderful, though I'm still not sure why we had to sign a receipt at the end. Some signage inside Union Station might be helpful in allowing us to stay inside as much as possible before exiting towards the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent – conveniently situated near key attractions and public transport, which made getting around the city very easy. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which added a nice personal touch to the service.
The room was clean and adequately equipped for a short stay. However, the main downside was the poor soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking in the corridor, as well as the frequent noise of doors opening and closing, which affected the overall comfort, especially at night.
Despite that, it was a decent stay with good service and a great location. With some improvements in sound insulation, it would be a much more comfortable experience.

Great location. Easy to get to if taking the UP from the airport (short walk from Union Station). Easy check-in and friendly staff. Close to loads of places for food. Room was a great size. Only down side was the shower didn't always have hot water. It was warm

Novotel Toronto Centre has an excellent location- 8 to 10mins walk from Union Station, St Lawrence market, 5 mins to Berczy park. No Frills is also just next to the hotel, very convenient to get urgent stuff or snacks. There is also a whole stretch of restaurants and pub just right opposite of it.
Staff are friendly, amenities are complete. The room is rather spacious, modern, clean, and with enough lighting. I especially like their shower stall (I'm not a bathtub person) with good water pressure for both the rain shower and shower head..

Great location, good restaurant and helpful staff. We booked two adjacent rooms for us and family and had comfortable space in the rooms for chatting. Taxi drivers found it easy to park.
