Reviews
I didn’t like the customer service at the evening check in. (Morning check out was quick and pleasant)
I called the customer service with a question from my room in the evening, they were rude.
I also didn’t like they had no lotion and shower cap in the bathroom and did not provide any.
They door are not sound proof so we could constantly hear people walking in the hallway and closing and opening their doors.
However, the cleanliness and location was perfect.
I would recommend her as employee of the month that is if you have that going on at your hotel.
- It's just expensive. All hotels in Toronto seem out of control expensive. You're paying $400 for a bed and a toilet...but it seems that's just the way it is now
Individuals begging for money and food in and out of the building. Found out it was a homeless shelter, who knew?
Enjoyed a wonder stay at the Hilton. I
