Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Downtown / Entertainment District

Like this hotel but the last people who stayed set alarm and ruin our morning. Way too early! The alarm ran 3 times! I tried to tell the front desk but it seems like they didn’t understand.

Room was very spacious

Amazing place to stay for thr entire family. We had so much fun at this location . The breakfast is nice. The only downside is absence of room service

Stayed for 5 days for a family event. The manager, Dominic Chiu, was kind enough to facilitate & accommodate our large group.
Rooms were super clean, had a little kitchenette complete with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker & stove, even pots & pans for when you feel like staying in & just chill. Included breakfast had a lot of healthy choices.
Location wise, the hotel is walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenient stores, coffee shops, etc.
We had a wonderful experience & will likely be coming back. 👍👍

I love staying here. Great rooms, comfortable, spacious, great kitchen. Beds are actually really nice here, firmer, nice on my back. Pillows are great too, soft with great support. Front desk had my room ready for 11am because I had arrived in the city earlier than anticipated. Breakfast was awesome in mornings. Room was spotless clean, everything I needed in kitchen was there. Hotel is in a great location, short walk to great restaurants (my fave JZ’s pizza), rabba foods, corner convenience, lcbo, phoenix cannabis on King Street, dog park, TTC subway, union station, Scotia bank arena, Roger centre, waterfront, Prince of Wales Theatre, Roy Thompson Hall, among many others. Delivery times here are fantastic. Big shout out to all the associates at the residence inn, from front desk to breakfast crew, valet guys to maintenance and housekeeping, and the sales manage who I spoke to in passing, thank you so much for another incredible stay, as always I will return.

Got an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite on check-in, which was awesome and extremely helpful when travelling with small children. Hotel pool was well used. Free breakfast buffet makes a huge difference to the budget when travelling with a family, and it’s well stocked with lots of choice.

Location can’t be beat, 1 block from the CN Tower and Ripley’s Aquarium. We will come back next time we’re in Toronto.

My only complaint is the window coverings let in too much light. They need to put in a double-set of black-out curtains wider than the window. Kids were up with the sunrise 🤷‍♂️

Very good location with many diverse restaurants around. Delicious breakfast for the whole family to enjoy every morning. Friendly staff who cater to our needs, and very practical but comfortable rooms. The most satisfying thing was the TV in the room with various streaming channels such as Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+. Overall, an incredible experience and would definitely come again.
