I wanted to amend my review and improve it, upon relection. Loved this hotel and would highly recommend. Thank you to the RC. We stayed at this hotel and it’s pretty nice. Considering the pricing it should be though. We got a club room which gives access to the club lounge which is totally worth it since you get basically all meals if you want. The food was definitely above average. There were a lot of children at this hotel to my surprise. Sorry but to me that’s a negative, but it might have been due to the weekend and the Comic-Con being on, and the jays being in town, neither of which we attended.

Cool hotel with the friendly staff you'd expect. Only major qualm was the quality of the room service. The food was at the level of a 3 star hotel. One dish arrived completely cold. Ordered multiple times hoping to find something good, but was left disappointed every time. Foodies beware!

We stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We thought this would be a nice way to relax and enjoy the perks of the Ritz but honestly it wasn’t worth it. I firmly believe our room wasn’t cleaned fully before we arrived, there was a rug laid in front of the shower and the extra bed pillow was shoved into the TV stand. After room service came thru and cleaned the next day, that’s when we realized the room had never been reset. The lobby was full of construction and the drilling was so loud. We had room service a few times but even that wasn’t a show stopper or worth raving about. Something as simple as the Caesar Salad was over priced and the leafs were so big you kinda had to pick them out and dip it into the dressing. The salad at the bar downstairs was way better. After two or three days you ran out of things to order off the menu unless you reordered the same thing. The staff was nice but it never felt like anyone was actually happy to see us or just say hello. When checking out, the front desk guy seemed confused as to why I was at the front desk and didn’t use the app to check out. I had better customer service from the rental car company when returning my car than this. I’ll spend my money elsewhere next time. For me to spend $5k+ on a hotel, I expected A LOT more. Toronto is awesome and a great place to visit, just don’t pick the Ritz.

Obviously upscale, the rooms have upgrades where you don’t need them, but lack in areas that you often look for in your room when you travel. While marble is beautiful, I would rather have places to put my own things in the bathroom and have real privacy while I’m in there. The real luxury of this hotel lies in the service you receive in club level. Oana, Emma, and Olga were exceptional in their service and made you feel as if any request wasn’t too crazy. We didn’t ask for much, but they were so attentive to us and made us feel so relaxed at the end of our busy days. Club level is worth it, especially when these individuals are present.

There is completely nothing wrong with this hotel from the wonderful reception we had at check in from Audrie very pleasant thank you to the wonderful little treat we got for our 10 year anniversary surprise on behalf of the office staff a big thank you my wife was super surprised. The room was amazing so clean super fresh smell as you walk in the door so many cool futures with the automatic sensor under the bathroom cabinet the separate toilet the light swith from beside the bed to turn on the hallway light just luxury at its finest. All the staff where very nice from the bell men in the driveway opening the door when we walked in to the front desk staff saying hello have a good day when we walked by. Yeah I would for sure recommend the Ritz-Carlton as a place to stay I really can't thank the hotel for everything for sure made our anniversary a success. Oh and the bed wow completely amazing so soft I sank in like quick sand.

Pretty great, though I expected more from THE premier 5 star hotel of Toronto.
Everything was great, but not excellent. To be honest, it felt like a 4 star hotel. No complementary drinks, had to request bathroom supplies like a toothbrush and toothpaste. Also the concierge was not picking up the phone for ~1 hour between 3pm and 4pm.
They did honour our requested early check in and late check out, which was nice.

One night stay currently here still
Moved from one suite to the other because not cleaned properly hair on laundry bags floor dirty see pics moved to another suite club level however no access to Club. Beds very uncomfortable hard. Surprise tea service very nice and informative. Would I stay again maybe but not any time soon

Absolutely incredible service. The staff bent over backwards for us from the moment we came in! They even left a plate of desserts and a bottle of sparkling wine in ice with a happy anniversary balloon as they knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Room was beautiful definitely worth every penny. Thank you Rose and Olga for making us feel special!
