We had outstanding experience staying in Shangri-la for our wedding day. Everyone in the team made sure we are happy and enjoying the moment, stuff did their best to accommodate our requests and be respectful to our timing.( early check in, store our cake, deliver flowers, etc)
It was lovely to receive the compliments with champagne and dessert. As well as we enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant downstairs.

This property has a great lobby, nice spacious rooms, and one of the better pools I have seen at a hotel. But just be aware not to enter the stairs here as you won't be able to get down as you need a room key for your floor. They also may have events here from time to time at the hotel, so be aware the 3rd floor balcony may be rented out occasionally. They seemed to not want us on the floor when an event was occurring. I'm not sure what that was about, but the people doing the wedding event were very off-putting and strange about us entering the floor. It was a strange experience.

From the moment we walked thru the doors I was immediately in love with this place!! From the men at the valet , the amazing front desk workers and every staff we encountered we were treated to the highest standards!! The details all over the rooms,lobby, and health spa were impeccable! Stayed 2 nights and they even gave us a late check out . I would definitely recommend this place before any other in Toronto !!!!! Thanks for setting those standards and can’t wait to return 😍

My sister, mother and I had a wonderful time at the Shangri-la. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The lobby bar is spectacular and they serve a high tea. The pool, hot tub and sauna was so relaxing. We stayed in a king suite which was nicely kept, room service was quick and the food/drink was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here as I will definitely be returning here!!

We were just there. All aspects were EXCELLENT. Would highly recommend if you are staying in toronto. excellent location. Very high quality service. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and our experience. Very much a "white glove service" hotel. Excellent!!

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Thursday night in the lobby lounge is THE place to be with live music and amazing vodka martinis. And a wicked fireplace!

The hotel is simply beautiful! The rooms look amazing! They are spacious and clean!
The food from room service tastes really good, small portions but the quality was great!
There is no buffet for breakfast but again the food was excellent!
Service is great!
There is an amazing smell throughout the hotel!
The swimming pool and gym are amazing, super spacious and beautiful!
There also is a sauna and hot tub!

Went as a guest of somebody staying there. The food was delicious and the servers at the restaurant were so polite and kind. Everything is very luxurious and polished. The pool and change rooms were very clean and it was clear it was very well kept. Very beautiful hotel even the hallways and lobby were very well designed and aesthetic.

Let me start off by saying that this hotel is beautiful. The decor is outstanding and the bed was very comfortable. What I did not like at all about this hotel was the customer service. I visited this hotel in the beginning of October for my 1 year wedding anniversary. Instead of holding approximately $300 dollars for incidentals, they held $2900! I spoke to customer service and was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait for the following week for the money to be reimbursed. I asked to speak to the manager and asked if there was anything they could provide for this inconvenience. I was told that my valet would be free and they would give me a $50 credit to use at the hotel. That was it. I did not receive my money back until the end of the next week, and they still charged me for my valet. I will never stay here again. Taking almost $3000 from a couple on vacation in another country and providing no real inconvenience amenities is absurd!
