My favourite hotel in Whistler! - This resort is magic. From the moment you arrive, the hotel and the team are warm and inviting. The guest rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and sure to impress! The views are gorgeous and the food was excellent. Thank you for having us! looking forward to our next visit.

The room was generally nice, but there was a major issue: I found someone else’s hair all over the bath area and the bathtub, which was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant. It’s hard to understand how such a thing could be overlooked by housekeeping. I’ve attached a picture for reference.
On top of that, when I called the front desk for assistance, we were in a hurry and they failed to follow up. Even after calling again out of frustration, they seemed to have forgotten about my request entirely. This level of service is really disappointing.

Amazing location, right on a small lake. Hotel has canoes, kayaks, & paddle boards to reserve (for free). The rooms are BEAUTIFUL! Spa on-site which was lovely! The staff were wonderful as well. Bike trail right off the back of the lodge. Just spectacular. And free shuttle service to Whistler Village (about a 5-10 minute drive). Would love to stay here again.

My family and I had such a great stay at Nita Lodge. We celebrated 3 birthdays and the staff acknowledged them all! The room AND bathroom were excellent. Paddleboarding on the lake was awesome. The small pool was excellent for the kids. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. There was a diner that was walking distance which was delicious as well.
They have a shuttle that drives into Whistler village so you don't have to mess with parking in the village.
Cons were: no microwave and sliding balcony door a little tricky

I’ll start my review by saying that this place is amazing! I’ll break down each point as I feel like certain things need to be improved.
Check-in was a breeze, no issues there. Lobby well decorated with comfy seating, however as someone who is visually impaired, the lighting definitely needs to be improved. It is very dimly lit, and while there are lots of lights, certain areas of the main corridor are quite difficult to see in.
The room was absolutely amazing and we had a view of the lake. Which offers paddle boarding, canoeing, etc. all included the bed was amazingly comfy water pressure was decent in the shower. Big soaker tub didn’t use it, but looked comfy.
The trails around the lodge provide excellent biking hiking and just going for a stroll. The water in the lake is cool and refreshing. They also include bikes that you can use Hey, how you doing? included in your stay.
The all you can eat eggs Benedict on Sunday for $49. The food was delicious. The coffee was amazing, but it does seem a little bit overpriced for what you get.
Right next-door is a bar and liquor store. Prices for both are reasonable. There’s also a shuttle that takes you up to Whistler Village. Very convenient.
Here are a few things that I feel they could do that would certainly improve not only their profits but also overall client satisfaction.
Well, I do have an amenity list. They do not offer any sort of room decoration service for things such as anniversaries, weddings, things of that I personally feel that this should be a service they offer as they could make a lot of profit from it.
They definitely need to improve the lighting as I said earlier.

Amazing! Huge rooms with all the amenities, outdoor hot tubs, spectacular lake and surroundings. Easy 20 min bike to picturesque Whistler village. Super friendly staff! Great off season prices!

If you're planning to pay lots of money to stay in their "mountain view" rooms, don't let the description fool you, it's literally overlooking the parking lot, residential homes with mountains in the back. My wife and I were very disappointed when we got to the suite as we paid a significant amount of money to find ourselves facing the parking lot. We shared our concerns with front desk and then escalated it to the supervisor. He was kind enough to extend complimentary drinks and parking but it didn't make up for the view disappointment. I believe the description on the website is false advertisement and the lodge should add pictures of the view to set realistic expectations. If I'm paying $500 a night, I would've stayed elsewhere that offer better views . You're also better off swimming in your bathtub. The pool and hot tub is a joke so don't keep your hopes up!
On the other hand, the suite is nice, the restaurant and our servers were great - great food. My wife and I sat outside that overlooked the lake and it was so relaxing. I can see how the lakeside view rooms can be amazing to stay at.
Would we visit again.... not too sure. It was a big disappointment as we were really in need for a serene getaway.
