Very, very nice. The rooms are very good and functional! The staff is very friendly. I loved the high tech elevator and had never seen anything like this.

We had a light dinner at Mosaic restaurant. It was quite good.

The only disappointment was the wine list at the bar. They feature wines from BC, but nothing from the premiere wine areas.

Real nice downtown hotel. Mostly business travel type hotel but it is a nice location. The staff is all very friendly and professional. There is a small pool/hot tub and gym here. They upgraded me as a globalist member to a bi-level suite which is amazingly nice.

My Dad and I had a wonderful time--the view was FANTASTIC, and the staff members are exceptional. The service level was amazing! I especially wanted to point out that Ben was very helpful to us during our trip. He answered several questions for us throughout our stay and gave us some wonderful recommendations that were really helpful in making our vacation so memorable.

Our room was immaculately clean with a gorgeous view. The beds were sooooo cozy that it was hard to leave. We were incredibly comfortable and both of us left raving about how nice our stay was.

The building has a lot of floors, so the elevator was really cool to me. It synchronizes drop offs and pick ups and tells you which elevator to get on so you don't have to wait so much. I've never seen that before, but it was a really nice feature.

The hotel is really well located downtown. There are a ton of shops and restaurants close by, and it's a very short uber to places like Stanley Park or Granville Island. The guest services desk is extremely helpful with answering any questions you have about where to go or what to do.

I highly HIGHLY recommend staying here if you're visiting Vancouver. I definitely want to go back!!!

The rooms were okay. Nothing too special. The location is a bit great, in the middle of downtown Vancouver. But what I’m really disappointed about is the service and what they offer for their guests. Paying around 500$ per night and not offering a single water bottle for free is a disgrace. This just shows how cheap the the hotel is and how desperate for money the hotel is. The prices are also way too high for such a hotel. I thought I’m going to stay in a luxurious hotel but turns out its no difference than holidays inn. Also be mindful if you have a car. The reception never asked me if i have a car that i want to park in their garage to register. You have to somehow know that you have to tell them your car info. I never knew that and found a ticket the next day.

We stayed at Hyatt for a conference which was also hosted in Hyatt. The rooms were lovely and a great location.
The staff went over and beyond to make sure the training ran as smoothly as possible. There were sometimes when the staff hadn't been proactive (where we requested something the day before and we then had to send the same request the next day) but all in all - great.
The only other complaint is the bath in the rooms - way too small to be considered as a bath but the pressure of the shower - fantastic

The location, the room, the beds and cleanliness of the hotel were all great. Also, next door is a 24hr Tim Hortons and Mc Ds.. so those struggling with the time difference can always garb a snack (even at 3 AM).

Great rooms (though the shower-in-bath and shower curtain destroys the contemporary design in the bathroom), lovely service, good room service and even a balcony upon which to enjoy Vancouver rain!

Oh my gosh this was the best place ever. When you are reserving make sure you read all the fine print. Make sure you know if you were getting breakfast with your reservation. Make sure you understand how much it cost to park there – it’s over $35 a night. The beds were like falling into clouds. I absolutely loved the Florida ceiling windows. The service was incredible. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were fantastic, attentive and friendly. They gave us a room on the top floors because it was our honeymoon and some complimentary drinks. The city views were beautiful.
Overall, the room was modern, clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. You can also stream from your device to the TV, which is a nice bonus!
We didn’t try any of the food from the restaurant but have heard that it’s a good restaurant!
Love the location as well - it is a 4-5min walk from the shopping and eating side of Robson St so it’s really close to food and shopping. It is also right next to Burrard Station, a key interchange station for a lot of trains plus bus shuttles.
The only con was that the walls were quite thin so we could hear footsteps/talking/showering etc from other rooms, not sure if they were next to us or above us.
Would 100% recommend Hyatt Regency and we would love to try it out in other locations too.

Had a great night here with the family while passing through Vancouver. Overall very nice. Good valet service, Starbucks right in the lobby, close to all the amenities that we wanted! Rooms were clean and overall as expected. Price point is painful, but you are in a great location!
