+ Lovely room with good facilities including coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen area and comfortable area to relax. EXCELLENT eco policy - if you don't get your room serviced they will donate $20 dollars to someone with Autism or you could have a $10 coffee voucher. More hotels should do similar!- Nothing really.

The room is big and spacious . Bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is a big plus for us since we stayed for 3 nights.
It is in a good location, near the bus stop and within walking distance to all good restaurants.
The only downside is it’s near the hospital so ambulance sirens can be bothersome.
Otherwise, it was a good and pleasant stay.

We recently stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver and had a great experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right in the downtown Vancouver. It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy.
Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea.
The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further.
One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options.
Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the city!

the receptionist was not friendly

The building is old. However, the front desk staff and cleaning staff were very kind and friendly, and our family was very comfortable to stay. The view from the 18th floor was as beautiful as a picture postcard, making it a memorable trip!

Was there for medical reasons, from out of town. Our flight had been delayed 7 hours. As a result, we were a 3 am check in. They super accommodating and pleasant. We loved our room cause it was on the 23rd floor and we had a great view of the fireworks.
