The location was ideal for accessing Canada Place, very close to the Sky Train station and within easy reach of Robson Street.

Really good location for the cruise terminal. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The refrigerator in the room (1212) was very noisy.

Had a second stay here after our cruise. Had a much better room this time (1007). Again staff were just so helpful and even loaned me a baggage scale to make sure our cases did not exceed or baggage allowance.

What a terrible experience. I was hesitant to book, because a family member had found dirty underwear in the room when they checked in during their last trip, but the price was right (through a third party).
The staff at first was great and checked us in early and warned that the view wasn't great. We didn't care about the view, just wanted a good sleep after a cruise tour.
Then it went bad from there. Snobby front desk staff yelled at me for peeking into the Terminal City Club, which I assume is for rich people and not a peasant like me. I hadn't even walked up the several steps that lead to the entrance, just looked up, because it looked so much like my cousin's wedding venue. How dare I look around!?!
Then the real nightmare. They had put us in a room where a seagull and her three juvenile babies lived. I had packed ear plugs and the entire night the seagulls screeched away keeping me up. It was so loud and annoying we barely slept.
The front desk snobs scoffed at me saying they could do nothing and too bad for me because the hotel was full and I booked through a third party. They knew about the seagulls and shoved us in that horrible room anyways.
Will NEVER go to any hotels this company owns or runs.

Very beautiful spot. Easy access to food, w oceanic views. Pub for food opens @ 11:30am. No breakfast. But the swimming pool/gym/hot tub/sauna all male up for not having a breakfast menu. The pillows are buttery soft, and even sleeping on the pull out mattress was very comfortable. It was really a great spot to lay my head

The hotel’s location is basically perfect. Just a couple blocks from the train station and Canada place. We arrived late, after 21:00, but the receptionist was very courteous and polite. There was no hassle checking in, and we went straight to our room. And what a room! We booked a king corner view suite. The views are stunning, the room spacious and well decorated, shower hot and relaxing, bed and pillows you sink right into, and they even have a nespresso machine to fuel my caffeine addiction. Truly excellent.

Luxurious experience
Pros
-Beautiful view
-Clean, spacious room
-Swimming Pool

Cons
-Expensive
-Dry

We stayed at the King suite harbour view room. The view was amazing and such a treat to be able to look out of those giant windows every day. As beautiful as the view was, I wonder if my children would've been just as content with the city view. Speaking of children, I must warn that the windows posed a bit of a safety concern because they could've easily opened the windows and fallen out. But, as long as we were watching them, we all could enjoy the view.

The Swimming Pool was made available to people staying at the hotel through the Terminal City Club. It was really nice, as was the gym, squash courts, shower and change rooms.

The problem with such a luxurious hotel was that it was expensive. But, the experience that you get somewhat justifies it. I guess it's up to your needs and preferences. I also felt a bit dry while I was there, even though Vancouver itself is fairly humid. Perhaps it was the air quality control within the hotel? We did have to call them for water quite often. Every time, they were quick to respond. We also had an issue with the safe not working. They responded fairly quickly and had it fixed in no time.

Very pleasant, modern boutique hotel at reasonable prices. Great location for arriving/departing cruise passengers.

I'm a solo traveler and this was perfect. Is located at the harbour front within a 10 min walk to the train.

The harbour facing suite was worth the view. The room was clean for the most part and the service was great. It's a small bathroom without a tub but I didn't mind.

I found the usual hotel grimy spots but not any worse than a four star hotel. Maybe if I was in a room without the view then this review would have been more critical.

Indoor pool, gym, no room service but plenty of food within a very short walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel twice over the course of a month and both times the front desk staff were excellent with our requests. First time we arrived at 8.30am after a 15 hour flight + train hoping they had a room ready and they were very accommodating. Second time, we asked to store luggage for a week as we were flying to Mexico and had a months worth of winter gear that we were very lucky to leave behind.

The bed and pillows were cosy and the rooms were warm. Can't comment regarding parking because we used the train. If I'm going to be picky then the hair dryer needs an upgrade, the A/C was a bit noisy and they don't supply hot chocolate sachets in the rooms :( However we would definitely stay here again as the location is fab and the beds/pillows are good!

I love this hotel!!! What an unexpected gem… perfect location, boutique feel, beautiful views and direct access to a great fitness facility and 25 m swimming pool…. Close to Waterfront terminus, great shopping and easy access to walk around Stanley Park…
