Very happy with the hotel

The hotel is fine. But how come I found out it only cost me Cdn.$368 about $20 cheaper than I booked through you.

Front desk women was super kind, attentive and nice

Nice hotel, loved the heated outdoor pool and sauna as well as the breakfast buffet. Happy to come back.

The hotel is an older hotel but kept in great condition, it is a little like a resort with several bars, restaurants and pools to choose from. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location next to Stanley Park and Coal Harbour is excellent and it is very close to Robson St restaurants.

Outstanding service at the hotel and both restaurants. Had a wonderful stay and recommend it for sure!

The hotel is located in a very nice location, we got a great view from our room. We were not very happy with the service though, as we arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted even though there were 3 people working at the valet nobody directed us where to park. I made eye contact with them but they just continued on chatting. Parking is also quite expensive ($45/ night for self-parking).

Really enjoyed this hotel. Excellent located, nestled in Coal Harbour, right on the water, plenty of amenities within walking distance.
The hotel is older but maintained immaculately by Westin. The outdoor pool is awesome, and a great touch!
Service and the staff are probably the best in town. Honestly reminds you of how service should be. Starting with the welcome staff to the service staff, truly amazing.
I brought my family for this business trip and it was so much fun for them. Highly recommend.

Very good location! Easy access to Coal Harbour, Robson Street with lots of restaurants. We can enjoy the mountains and the sea from our room. The big pool was very nice. The only downside was that we asked to refill the body wash, but no one came to our room. Thankfully, we bring our own.
