Could do with being refurbished Moved from the big upstairs dining room to the smaller one downstairs but you lost fruit juice, fresh fruit and toaster. Our shower leaked l did report it as it is dangerous 3 weeks later still nothing done. Face cloths are like hens teeth l had to keep asking for clean ones. Staff were friendly.

Everything was nice in this hotel. The staff was very helpful, Camilla at reception helped with our query, the guy at breakfast refilled the hot chocolate immediately. And the room was also a good size with a comfortable bed and warm floor in the bathroom :) Also there were so many options at breakfast, both sweet and savory.

Need to sort bathroom no plug for sink shower floors on floor door wont close as to big . Bedroom and rooms kept clean by the lovely ladies . Need a plug socket by mirror to use straighteners. Breakfast same stuff every day need more choice fruit . Dinner not very bland . I think if we went in height of season this would have been much better we went end November. Very happy barman and lovely staff...

We have spent there 5 night instead of 6 (we had some problems because of the pandemic-situation) and they changed the booking for us, this was a nice start. The rooms are correct, the doors are a little bit hard to open. Garden and swimming pool is beautiful and clean. The staff is kind, one of the waiters, Yusuf was really nice with us. Perfect location right in the middle of town with lovely sea and mountain views. Two minutes level walk from the picturesque harbour.

Cheap but really nice. Everything in one place. One is the best beach in TRNC.

The beach is cool, clean and was also not to crowded. You pay for each person 25 Turkish Lira in order to have your private space on the beach, which Is a very fair price. If you want to relax and enjoy the sun this beach is a great spot. We checked also the food on the restaurant that you can eat but we decided not to eat it. It was in our opinion too expensive and didn’t look so good.

Very happy with our stay hotel room was very clean, food was delicious even for my children. Hotel staff and pool staff couldn't be anymore friendly and helpful. Highly recommend here.

We stayed in a double room in Denizkizi Royal with a balcony overlooking the sea up to Kervan, a stunning view watching the sun rise. The chairs were a bit worn, everything else was fine. We had half board, the food was continental breakfast, so we could always find something we liked. The evening meal only had a few options but what we had was OK. Dining alfresco overlooking the bay in the evening...

Deniz Kizi and Golden Bay are adjacent to each other in an area called Karavas/Alsancak, North Cyprus. The sea is shallow and perfect for swimming. D Kizi has a lovely pool and the beach is shared with Golden Bay. Golden Bay offer nice decking on 2 tiers and a restaurant and cafe. It's a great place for a day out. It was free today, but I don't know if that's the norm.

Excellent hotel but in front of main road.

Had a good night’s sleep there despite all the shortcomings such as terrible to no wi-fi and mediocre hygiene! The bed sheets were nice and clean but the toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned before me. There was the shaving gilette of the previous guest and some hair on the wall of the bathroom.

Amazing hotel with very clean rooms and so many amenities. The staff were great from reception Duygu was so helpful and friendly. The waiting staff in the restaurant were the most attentive I've ever witnessed and so pleasant. There was always free sun loungers at the pool area which was great. My only suggestion is the pillows on the bed could be smaller and softer.

Go to roof top bar & have a cocktail or 2, take in the views & enjoy the splendour of a sunset, is breathtaking. Then go to ground floor & have a slap up meal for a very very reasonable price. Tonight I went with family to The Colony Roof for cocktails. Not much first visit. They were hosted a big party for Galatasaraya supporters. Most hotels would have politely said "private party" not The Colony. They put us by the rooftop pool with a view of the amazing sunset and served us cocktails and their delicious mixed nuts. Spent the day at the resort to enjoy it’s amenities. Breathtaking views of the sea. Two pools, a beach area, and a large deck with sunbathing chairs that leads to a sea swimming area. Something for everyone. Lunch, drinks, pool, and view are amazing. Definitely recommend.

We last came to this Hotel, just before Covid, this has been our 7th visit. The hotel has changed over the years, bigger restaurant, outdoor eating area, extra food prep area, Pizza salad bar all very good, staff are great, friendly and helpful . A shuttle bus to a private beach with snacks and drinks. We where disappointed that the shuttle bus into Kyrenia was not running anymore, if you want to visit...

Amazing resort! The view is incredible, mountains and sea view combined. The resort also has it's own beach location with a beach bar . The rooms are clean and accomodating . Good for tourists and buissiness . Hasa vast golf course and wedding venue. The service is good and high class. The location is only 30 minutes from Girne ( Kirinia) . Highly recommended!

Hotel good but lack of entertainment made a very boring evening, too far out to go into nearest town also food not to a good standard buffet style Breakfast ok. Golf course was excellent one of the best we have played. But would not return because of issues above. Also a long drive from South to North Cyprus via a border took 1 HR 40 minutes too long after a 4 HR 30 minute flight.

It has amazing natural environmet. Great place for golf sport activities and wedding ceremonies. Beautiful landscape, good service, nice music and delicius food.

Nice place, good staff and food. Free shuttle to beach and Kyrenia (unfortunely last shuttle from Kyrenia is coming back in 8:45 PM, I´d prefer later time). Rooms are spacy and clean. My only complaint is paid water in minibar and during dinner, I think that this could be provided for free, especially in this level of accomodation.

If WiFi connection is important to you then this hotel is not a good option. And it is not 5 star hotel for sure. Maybe it was many years ago when they built it. Staff was kind but not always speaking English and the food was good, there were options for vegetarian, vegan dishes.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good, price is very affordable ,but should be noted that some rooms were very tiny than others and rooms had some cleaning issues with bedbugs.

Very quirky hotel a few minutes walk to the harbour. Great location on a quiet alleyway. Staff fantastic, welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Evening meals very good. Breakfast OK but would really have liked fresh orange juice instead of the powder type juice the served up. All in all a great place to stay and we would certainly go again.

Very friendly warm hearted staff. The rooms are charming with air condition. The homemade food was varied and tasty. For breakfast there was lots of fresh bread, and English style tea. A little but plain but satisfactory. Very good location, in the old town and near the shops. Also it’s right near the harbour where there are boat trips and lots of restaurants. It's amazing..I couldn't hide my admiration when we came to the front of the hotel. Its exterior is mixed with add-ons from world architectures and colorful like hard candy.. Especially the sections about animals appealed to me a lot. its well-kept gardens were fascinating..In short, it offers you the natural life in its most beautiful and colorful form.

The hotel is not rated for me 5 stars! The service was only good in the restaurant, and we asked to bring us bathrobes in the room, the hotel staff never brought us. The food was very tasty, fresh even like homemade. Our room did not have a bathroom, only a shower, which is not up to 5 star standards.

This time we came not for a holiday but for a business trip, wanting to stay in a place we loved again. Everything was perfect, from the welcome at the reception to the smiling faces of our chefs in the dining area.

Large and upmarket hotel. Fantastic open buffet meals with a vast array of food. Something for everyone. The rooms are top rate and can come with their own infinity pools (at a price). Like most hotels of this kind, it has its own casino. Large influx of people come over the weekend for the casino. It has its own private beach and another restaurant on site if you want a change from the excellent normal...

Overall it was good. The tiled floors in your room felt alittle sticky. The coffee cups could be bigger. The side lamps are alittle lopsided & the on/off switch needs improvement. The power switches near the tv, should be above the desk, not under it. Really liked this Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff very helpful. The food was excellent with a great selection on offer. The Casino was really good too with complimentary food and drinks whilst you are gambling. My only criticism was that there was a lot of building works going on and you had to literally walk through the middle of a building site to get from our marina apartment...
