There is an odor problem while making breakfast

ITS A HUGE BUT LACK OF MANAGEMENT.. IT WAS FANTASTIC PLACE CONNECT A SMALL MARINA AND HAS AGREAT POOL AT SEA VIEW

This was our first time in Cyprus. Even though we only stayed one night at the hotel, we loved it. It was friendly, clean, and peaceful. The breakfast was very good and delicious. They were helpful in every way.

It's quite far from the sea, but if you have a car, you can use the beach at Oscar Hotel by mentioning your stay. They provide beach towels. The breakfast was decent, which I liked. Overall, it's clean. I'd choose it again if I ever return.

We stayed as a group of 5 and we loved it, the rooms and surroundings are very nice and peaceful. The breakfast was also good. The customers are mostly foreigners and mostly people over 50, if your expectation in Cyprus is peace, this is the place for you.

I stayed for 1 week at this hotel with my husband. The overall impression is pretty good; the hotel is very quiet to relax. You can go to the pool or beach. Around the pool it’s very pleasant with bar and playing boards like ping pong. Beaches are very close to the hotel, it takes 15 min by bus. Also, the city center is so close to the hotel for dinner. We were in the main hotel. It was very pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good. The pool was lovely. The only down was that it was a bit noisy from the Road. Actually, I know it's personal preference but I did find the bed and pillows a bit hard.

Had an amazing stay very relaxing. We have been to this hotel a few times before but never in April so was a first for us. Like the summer holidays we have had at the altinkaya it was lovley. We had a lovley relaxing time. We have stayed at the 'MOUNTAIN VIEW HOTEL' KYRENIA, on many occasions now, and every year it seems to get better with age. A really lovely, friendly hotel, which has been going for almost 20 years now, with many returning customers year after year, it shows you what a gem of a place this is. It's only a 3 star hotel, so don't expect all the trimmings of a 5 star, but for the price, you cannot fault...

Stayed at Mountainview for 3 weeks. We stayed in one of the flats very comgortable with a karge balcony. Lovely place very clean and welcoming. Staff very helpful. Not far from main road. Would definately stay again.

Had a lovely stay in Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus. I chose this property due to the location as I didn't want to be right in the city centre. This was the perfect hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle and just a ten minute drive in to town. Views are amazing and will definitely be back.

Had a lovely late summer holiday in Northern Cyprus. Hotel had a nice relaxing atmosphere. Room service was available and staff we're very friendly. It was a short two minute walk away to the Kaya Palazzo that had different restaurants for a change of scenery and a glamorous ******. Would definitely recommend the Mountain View as it's in a great location.

Second time of staying at this Hotel. The Owner is a charming lady and is always ready to have a friendly chat. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic usually served by a pleasant waiter who will advise on what is available and that is plentiful. Nice friendly family run hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a nice time and our room had a balcony with expansive views. We really enjoyed our stay.

First of all, the staff was superb and nice. The hotelrooms looks good, they offer good meals and have a nice swimming pool to get you through the scorching hot midsummer Cyprus afternoons. Also, it is one of few hotels where I've been where they actually bring you your breakfast to the table and a tasty one it was (+ good coffee).

We had pretty much the entire hotel for ourselves during January. Breakfast was alright with fruits, yogurt, some cheese and omelette. Overall was a great place to stay. On the bottom line, the room was smelling bleach which wasn’t enjoyable and was relatively dark with blue light bulbs.

A fabulous family run hotel in a great location of Northern Cyprus! We had the best 7 days staying at Topset Hotel and would highly recommend staying here for a super relaxing and peaceful holiday. Owners very kind, rooms clean & nice. Next to sea shore pleace, also have nice pool. Near to city center. In the restaurant, foods little bit expensive but its ok. Good value, nice big rooms, nice pool and cafe area. Biggest problem was aircon didn't work. Next to the beach. Breakfast was bit so nice, same every day, but lunch and dinner were great, and cheap, 5 euro for most.

Completely satisfied with the overall hotel's performance. Food is top notch, good quality, great chefs. The Staff is good, knows English and have a great tonality. Room was fairly spacious, the beds were comfortable and clean. The Pool outside was properly maintained. No complains.

We moved to Cyprus last year and have stayed in a few hotels, Riverside being one of them. It’s not right by the sea, but they have a free shuttle to a fantastic beach club, which is free if you’re staying at the hotel. It’s a great spot for both kids and adults—the beach is sandy, and during the day, we got to see a few entertainment shows, including an acrobat performance, which the whole family...

We spent a day at the hotel. It has an excellent location and view. The terrace was lovely too. The staff was very friendly.

Good location, rooms are small in need of refurbishment, Dilen at reception was lovely, but had no maid service for entire stay. Bar in roof was ok, decent cocktails.

The hotel was in a prime position although parking near was quite impossible the hotel staff were super helpful and very friendly, the rooms were small but cosy a bit noisy before midnight , basic breakfast  in the small dining area ok

The hotel is old, the bedding and furniture are worn, the mattresses are very soft, and sleeping is uncomfortable. Upon check-in, we waited about 20 minutes for our room. Breakfast included one egg, two types of cheese, sausage, and tea/coffee. There's no elevator, so taxis can't get to the hotel. The minibar fridge contained expired beer.

Spectacular view of the marina. The location is excellent for those who love this type.

We had the most fantastic lunch beside the pool. The food was amazing and more. Freshly prepared and cooked to perfection We could not find one fault The service was exceptional. The hotel is not bad, the breakfast is delicious, traditional Turkish, quiet, the room had everything you need, the location is convenient, there is a road nearby, where minibuses run, which you can use to travel around the city and nearby villages. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sights of Girne.

After 2 long years away we were glad to be back at Sammys hotel. All the staff had changed but the new staff were lovely, especially Tara, Ali, Jony, Dior, Aziz. Our room lady and the young man who worked alongside her, kept our room spotless, with clean towels and clean bedding everyday. Just returned from another lovely holiday at Sammys Hotel Kyrenia, post covid break. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff, Tara, Ali, Jony, Dior, Aziz could not do enough for us. Lovely adult only hotel close to the town of Kyrenia. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy a varied breakfast including “soldiers” with your boiled egg. Excellent hotel but in front of main road.

Had a good night’s sleep there despite all the shortcomings such as terrible to no wi-fi and mediocre hygiene! The bed sheets were nice and clean but the toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned before me. There was the shaving gilette of the previous guest and some hair on the wall of the bathroom.

The hotel is a bit tired but there is improvement being made over the winter period. There is a gem in this hotel and that is the owner who couldn't do enough for us, and her cooking is exceptional as she uses every fruit that is grown in the garden surrounding the hotel particularly for jam's and marmalade ect.. We will visit again next year.

A great place where you get what you pay for. The staff and hotel owner were kind and friendly. I was only planning to stay there for accommodation purposes while I was sorting out my dealings. Breakfast options are very varied. (But egg dishes were cold) I also enjoyed the swimming pool.

A way from the busy highway, this little gem of a hotel was a great find. The communtal areas are full for amazing antiques, photograps and books, but the rooms were very clean and modern, great hot water. Staff were pleasant and fascinating people very happy to tell stories of the island and their familes' past. I stayed at the Lapida Gardens for a week over Christmas on a walking holiday with Solos. There were 13 of us on our group and a few other guests on other days. The hotel itself is a little quirky and the family have a very large collection of antiques which are on display throughout the hotel. Nice and authentic hotel in Lapta. The decoration with antiques makes you relive the centuries of cypriot history. There is a beautiful garden at the Hotel with a pool, where you can enjoy the mediterranean sun and have a great outlook on the kyrenia mountain range.

I definitely would not rate this place higher than 3 stars. The room is comfortable, and the few staff were helpful. The hotel is not near the beach, and it’s not safe to walk along the road. You need a car. There is one market not far from the hotel. There are several restaurants within a few kilometers. The hotel is like a museum. There are so many antiques and a lot of dust. We have been staying in this hotel for several years, you couldn’t ask for a better placed hotel, you can walk down the steps into the sea, or stay by the excellent pool area, where there are plenty of sun beds. Very elite and beautiful place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. Costumers are mostly elder British people which makes it more attractive İ think. Or has a very attractive restaurant. It is difficult to reach without a car. But it is in a very nice location. It is in a quiet place. Since we rented a car, it was not a problem. The sheets and linens were always clean. We stayed a few times and found it clean every time. The toilets in the bathrooms are just a little old. The WC brushes should be renewed. When we went in the winter, we had a heating problem with the air conditioner...

We stayed here with 3 friends for 1 night on our trip. The room was clean, there was hot water. We stayed in a duplex room, the air conditioning was a bit insufficient for heating but it wasn't a big problem for us. We were satisfied with the price-benefit balance.

Fantastic atmosphere at the pool where you can have a pleasant breakfast at the pool after visiting the mini zoo in the botanical garden. The quality of running, service, taste, hygiene was mediocre. Go, go, enter the pool, have coffee and leave.

Very locally placed complex Musthapha and his family are very good hosts nothings a problem very spacious rooms balcony minutes from Kyrenia money exchanges car hire all local casino right next door Big pool. They serve food all day speak perfect English all.the sports shown there U will bump into a few expats during your stay who.like the info from home. Would reccomend it
