The waiting staff in the restaurant were the most attentive I've ever witnessed and so pleasant. There was always free sun loungers at the pool area which was great

Go to roof top bar & have a cocktail or 2, take in the views & enjoy the splendour of a sunset, is breathtaking. Then go to ground floor & have a slap up meal for a very very reasonable price

My only suggestion is the pillows on the bed could be smaller and softer

Room very well equipped comfortable and spacious. The hotel is 5 star and is luxurious it would of been helpful if facilities had been explained to us better be ready to use QR codes for info we found out on day two

Stayed at the hotel for 12 nights booked through Cyprus Paradise Holidays. 15hrs tired after a long journey not offered any refreshments but given a packed sandwich and apple not quite what we wanted

Staff very pleasant and tried to be as helpful as possible it was a challenge to get ice to take to our room an ice machine would of helped

Oleg, as I understand, has been working here for a short time, but tried to explain everything. Also thanks to the reception, namely Doan, or Dogan, I still didn't understand. In general, I liked everything

I recently stayed at Grand Pasha kyrenia hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making me feel right at home

I've been to this place so many times but this it was way beyond my expectations and the hospitality level was awesome especially Miss kamala was very nice to me and which gives me a more intertest to always choose your hotel I would like to suggest everyone

The hotel is very clean and the staff is good. I recommend the hotel, which is natural and beautiful.

Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time

The location of the hotel is very good. Activities for children fill the whole day. The staff is friendly but the number of staff is not enough for the guests. The cleaning is of medium quality

They have clean rooms and beach is great but animations could be funnier. There’s nothing to do after 10pm.

The food is delicious and the varieties are sufficient. The aqua parks are sufficient for children

We only experienced a few issues with room service. Room cleaning needs some improvement

Everything was perfect. Especially the staffs were very helpfull and kind. Delicious food, comfortable room, nice and clean pool and sea. I would definitely recommend.

We've been going to Rocks for years with its location, food and great staff, it is number one.

But the oldest is one of the most beautiful hotels of Kyrenia. The biggest advantage of being very central

Hasa vast golf course and wedding venue. The service is good and high class. The location is only 30 minutes from Girne ( Kirinia)

Hotel good but lack of entertainment made a very boring evening, too far out to go into nearest town also food not to a good standard buffet style Breakfast ok. Golf course was excellent one of the best we have played

It has amazing natural environmet. Great place for golf sport activities and wedding ceremonies. Beautiful landscape, good service, nice music and delicius food.

We where disappointed that the shuttle bus into Kyrenia was not running anymore, if you want to visit your have to take a taxi at £15 each way, or a local bus, with a long walk down to the main road, a long uphill walk back, not good for older guests

Amazing resort! The view is incredible, mountains and sea view combined. The resort also has it's own beach location with a beach bar. The rooms are clean and accomodating. Good for tourists and buissiness

Nice place, good staff and food. Free shuttle to beach and Kyrenia (unfortunely last shuttle from Kyrenia is coming back in 8:45 PM, I´d prefer later time)

Only used the bar and listened to a lady sing live with a guitarist backing her. Amazing. Great service but you get what you pay for. Not cheap but an excellent evening. Highly recommend it

Spent the day at the resort to enjoy it’s amenities. Breathtaking views of the sea. Two pools, a beach area, and a large deck with sunbathing chairs that leads to a sea swimming area

I recently had the most delightful stay and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment when we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional experience once again

The cake was not only gorgeous but absolutely delicious it was rich, moist, and perfectly flavoured. The champagne was a lovely touch as was the hand drawn card, elevating the celebration to something very special

Without any prior request, they surprised me with a decorated birthday cake and a chilled bottle of champagne delivered to our room whilst we were out and on or return was a lovely surprise

The best experience at the hotel was the friendly staff and the buffet breakfast and dinners. The food was excellent and lots of it! Food and drink is very good value for money here

Our shower leaked l did report it as it is dangerous 3 weeks later still nothing done. Face cloths are like hens teeth l had to keep asking for clean ones

And the room was also a good size with a comfortable bed and warm floor in the bathroom :) Also there were so many options at breakfast, both sweet and savory

Overall I would visit again, but I would look for a better price as I think we overpaid for the quality of the hotel. It's in a good central location if you have your own car

We have spent there 5 night instead of 6 (we had some problems because of the pandemic-situation) and they changed the booking for us, this was a nice start. The rooms are correct, the doors are a little bit hard to open

Everything was nice in this hotel. The staff was very helpful, Camilla at reception helped with our query, the guy at breakfast refilled the hot chocolate immediately

The scale of this hotel was not very large before, but now the business is getting better and better, but some regulations are not good for guests and need to be corrected in time, but overall it is also a good hotel.

I was in casino. Very good place to play, many machines. A fresh air and welcoming waiters. Also they serve lunch and dinner if you’re hungry while playing.

Best hookah running 24/7 (only place in island), best alacarte dont forget to taste chicken wings there😜. nice casino with all your needs from little to high limits

Have been a few times now to this place. It's next to the mosque but I don't heat the call to prayer. Great breakfast and really good restaurant. The staff are friendly and it is the best location in town

Our room felt very luxurious and the staff in the restaurant and reception were all enormously pleasant and helpful. We especially enjoyed a drink by the fire in the restaurant, each evening

Its a wonderful building, next door to a historic mosque and its decorated beautifully. We enjoyed breakfast out in the court yard

Brilliant hotel, the food, facilities and cleanliness is very good. The only thing I would say is some of the bar staff weren’t great at making drinks, with premium alcohol too

The hotel is not rated for me 5 stars! The service was only good in the restaurant, and we asked to bring us bathrobes in the room, the hotel staff never brought us. The food was very tasty, fresh even like homemade

I couldn't hide my admiration when we came to the front of the hotel. Its exterior is mixed with add-ons from world architectures and colorful like hard candy. Especially the sections about animals appealed to me a lot

Fantastic staff and a lovely , comfortable hotel. Plenty to do on the complex. You get taxied about in golf carts.

Warm welcome lobby staff, stunning sea view enough big comfartable clean rooms, spa, restaurant serve you special tasty meals expecially pizzas are perfect. You can find Gazino at downstairs

All services are top of the top. One thing which was super annoing is renovation of zone in front of hotel entrance which was woking us up each early morning.

We were very pleased with the Merit Park Hotel. We would love to stay again. Everything was great.

Large influx of people come over the weekend for the casino. It has its own private beach and another restaurant on site if you want a change from the excellent normal restaurant

The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff very helpful. The food was excellent with a great selection on offer. The Casino was really good too with complimentary food and drinks whilst you are gambling

Very nice hotel with a small beach. I would ask to see the room before you take it because some of the rooms smelled like cigarettes. The food was very good with a great selection

However, 5 nights for two of us at Full Board+ (drinks included free at meal times) worked out at £119 each which outweighs having to trudge through a building site. I will happily come here again

My only criticism was that there was a lot of building works going on and you had to literally walk through the middle of a building site to get from our marina apartment room to the hotel

You’re greeted by Duyagor and Husain on reception who do there very best to assist your every need. The rooms are a good size with a amazing roof top pool with views over looking the Mediterranean and the harbour

Very good, clean spacious rooms, air-con is fantastic/ very good location to the harbour/ the roof pool is very good/ the lift is good/all staff are very nice and attentive helpful and try as much as they can! The wifi is good, I’ve seen some people reviews not happy with it but has been very good for me and inside the room

The breakfast are plentiful and good quality. Restaurant Quality / price of bar are in my opinion good value and definitely worth a try. Just a couple of worthy pointers? No tea or coffee facilities in bedrooms

Staff are great , and very helpful and friendly, myself , wife and 2 girls have enjoyed it, its in a great location to explore by foot, with buses and taxis within 5 min walk, the same goes for the harbour and town centre, its got shops nearby and everything you need ,a clean base to explore from

We have had an amazing time staying at this lovely hotel with my husband and my friends. Super close to the Girne Harbour (walking distance). The owner and the staff was super friendly and helpful

They helped us hire a car too and made it easy for us! Close to beaches (escape beach/ shayna/ acapulo water park) I love it here and will look forward to coming back!
