we are very happy to celebrate the New Year at the Kaya Pallatso hotel, we had a great time at the hotel, attended a concert, very professional and caring Fatma and Tugce arranged for us a great gift from the hotel in the room in the form of champagne, a milkshake for my child, sweets and chocolate, it was very nice, the best hotel in Northern Cyprus and the most professional staff and Efe

The bar snack menu is small but everything is the best of the best with high quality ingredients. I reccomend the pepperoni pizza and the cheese platter very nice and filling! Orange juice is the best also.

Only used the bar and listened to a lady sing live with a guitarist backing her. Amazing. Great service but you get what you pay for. Not cheap but an excellent evening. Highly recommend it

The one of the best hotels I had

I would say, with a keen eye for detail, some minor work needs doing, rusty railings, a fresh coat of paint, speedier room service, broken chandeliers, usb ports would have been nice, dead trees removed, Apple Pay option, All this would bring the hotel to an exceptional standard, but didn’t necessarily detract from our stay

We had a weekend trip in Lords palace hotel with friends. The hotel has good beach and big swimming pools. Rooms amazing comfortable with all necessities and great views. There was a good choice of food in restaurant

Rooms are very clean, and tidy. You can enjoy best Mediterranean sea experience by the sea. Thank you Gizem for your hospitality

So what can I say! First of all what a wonderful hotel. Due to our arrival being late because of the flight and our case being temporarily lost at Larnaca airport we didn't get to the hotel till nearly midnight

The F&B management has clearly built a great system, and the whole team seems to embrace it wholeheartedly. I would definitely love to spend my next Cyprus holiday at Lord’s Palace again

Brilliant hotel, the food, facilities and cleanliness is very good. The only thing I would say is some of the bar staff weren’t great at making drinks, with premium alcohol too

The hotel is not rated for me 5 stars! The service was only good in the restaurant, and we asked to bring us bathrobes in the room, the hotel staff never brought us. The food was very tasty, fresh even like homemade

I couldn't hide my admiration when we came to the front of the hotel. Its exterior is mixed with add-ons from world architectures and colorful like hard candy. Especially the sections about animals appealed to me a lot

Warm welcome lobby staff, stunning sea view enough big comfartable clean rooms, spa, restaurant serve you special tasty meals expecially pizzas are perfect. You can find Gazino at downstairs

All services are top of the top. One thing which was super annoing is renovation of zone in front of hotel entrance which was woking us up each early morning.

We booked 3 nights for a city break whilst staying somewhere else on the island. Always wanted to stay at the rocks over the years we have been here

All the sun beds near the sea had been save by the pool man for some guests!!! Towels on them and no one was allowed to sit on them. There were loads free as well. The breeze was best the nearer the sea

Everything was perfect. Especially the staffs were very helpfull and kind. Delicious food, comfortable room, nice and clean pool and sea. I would definitely recommend.

Sincere,honest and quality. Quality of Service is always five stars, which is one of the outstanding facilities in the TRNC.

When complaining to the reception, and asking them how we reserved the sun beds by the sea, she advised that no beds were reserved. The pool man informed the lady that they were saved for the owner of the hotel

A great place to chill, buffet breakfast, plenty of choice. Evening meal, plenty of choice and plentiful. Ideal for nature lovers with nearby hills for walking. Shuttle bus into town is ideal for visiting Kyrenia

Spacious accommodation, great views of sea and mountains. Swimming pool, is brilliant, when open, closed at moment due to low season and maintenance. Great place for family or lone travellers

The customers are mostly foreigners and mostly people over 50, if your expectation in Cyprus is peace, this is the place for you

You’re greeted by Duyagor and Husain on reception who do there very best to assist your every need. The rooms are a good size with a amazing roof top pool with views over looking the Mediterranean and the harbour

Very good, clean spacious rooms, air-con is fantastic/ very good location to the harbour/ the roof pool is very good/ the lift is good/all staff are very nice and attentive helpful and try as much as they can! The wifi is good, I’ve seen some people reviews not happy with it but has been very good for me and inside the room

The breakfast are plentiful and good quality. Restaurant Quality / price of bar are in my opinion good value and definitely worth a try. Just a couple of worthy pointers? No tea or coffee facilities in bedrooms

Staff are great , and very helpful and friendly, myself , wife and 2 girls have enjoyed it, its in a great location to explore by foot, with buses and taxis within 5 min walk, the same goes for the harbour and town centre, its got shops nearby and everything you need ,a clean base to explore from

Around the pool it’s very pleasant with bar and playing boards like ping pong. Beaches are very close to the hotel, it takes 15 min by bus. Also, the city center is so close to the hotel for dinner

We had very good flights from stansted to ercan, arrived at the hotel and was very impressed with staff coming out to carry out suitcase’s, we stayed in room 201 next to the swimming pool, room is dated but spacious and very clean, the hotel could not run without Melissa she has everything under control, most of the holiday makers are regular visitors and been coming for years, there is no entertainment...

We did take two teenagers with us and they enjoyed it too. Had the pool to themselves most days. Breakfast at hotel is good and a great selection of hot and cold foods. We will be back, thank you for an amazing holiday

Second room has a great walk in shower but lost the views, you can’t have everything. Food is good with a buffet breakfast, the evening meal I had was also self serve and reasonably priced

In the same Troon as last year. People we meet have all said how good it is. Hope we have as good a time as this. I love having a full English breakfast every day, and nothing is too much for the staff

Had an amazing stay very relaxing. Staff can’t do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble for them. hotel very clean and we stayed in a newly renovated room which was beautiful and loved the salon style hair dryer

The bar out side does not open until the summer so we sat inside in the evening just chilling out playing cards. And something I would like to do again. We normally go June and Sept so this made a nice change

The food was fine especially the breakfast and evening meal buffet offerings. The staff in the hotel and around the course were excellent. The price of drinks was reasonable. We would definitely consider going back again

My wife and I returned to Korineum after a 4 year gap and had another great time. The golf course was great although at times quite crowded (best to avoid 8am to 10am in the morning)

Potatoes, boiled egg and green beans! All that was in my bowl was lettuce, tomatoe, tuna and a small amount of cucumber. 3 black olives placed on the top. Please will the chef check his menus! We wont go again

When we come to northern Cyprus we always stay at the pia bella hotel excellent hotel very good staff we think this is the best hotel

We stayed for 4 days, it was really good, they helped us to check in early, the hotel is very clean, there are 3 different buildings, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is very large, there are 2 pools in the hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly, it is 15 minutes walking to the center of Kyrenia

We have been using Hotel Pia Bella as a family for years, its location is in a very good spot and its cleanliness is great enough for us. We thank all the staff.

Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time

The location of the hotel is very good. Activities for children fill the whole day. The staff is friendly but the number of staff is not enough for the guests. The cleaning is of medium quality

They have clean rooms and beach is great but animations could be funnier. There’s nothing to do after 10pm.

The Vuni Palace Hotel is, for my travel and holiday needs simply Excellent! :-) My room was nicely sized, clean and tidy, with a lovely North Cyprus balcony mountains view

If WiFi connection is important to you then this hotel is not a good option. And it is not 5 star hotel for sure. Maybe it was many years ago when they built it

Very good location, in the old town and near the shops. Also it’s right near the harbour where there are boat trips and lots of restaurants

There were many Israeli Palestinian families with children, we were very disturbed by the noise, the food was very good.

There was access to the sea via steps this could be a problem if you had mobility problems but there are sunbeds and umbrellas there

It's the premium Hotel with wide range of restaurants and Discos. The port normally opens in summer and is a good place. One can find fish, Arabic, Turkish, Italian and Chinese cuisines

My first recommend hotel. It's my best hotel here in Kyrenia. Staff is friendly. The club there " mad club" is fabulous. In the summer only you can enjoy " cage club". The spa is very luxury and comfortable.

Service was good and efficient. any problems were dealt with immediately. the reception staff were very accommodating and the food choice was amazing

It is nice and spacious with high ceilings and clean air. Although smoking is allowed inside, the ventilation was good and unlike some of the other casinos around you don't suffocate because of the smoke

Used to be a very nice hotel but it started show its age. Pool area and the beach is good. Nice attractions and concerts throughout the year. Although there are better casinos

Visited the main restaraunt in hotel. Very good value and staff very good. More than i can say when i visited the lebanese restaraunt at christmas. Very ignorant staff there.
