Amazing hotel with very clean rooms and so many amenities. The staff were great from reception Duygu was so helpful and friendly. The waiting staff in the restaurant were the most attentive I've ever witnessed and so pleasant. There was always free sun loungers at the pool area which was great. My only suggestion is the pillows on the bed could be smaller and softer.

In August, we spent 5 wonderful days at the hotel (for the third time) and when we came to check out, we were supposed to be refunded because we didn't use the entire deposit we transferred (2000 Turkish Liras), we were told after some discussion that the money would be returned to our bank account. The food is fine but the pastries are so low in quality. The fruits were tasty. The costumer service must be improved for clients to want to come back again. The location is amazing. I would like to come again for that .

Go to roof top bar & have a cocktail or 2, take in the views & enjoy the splendour of a sunset, is breathtaking. Then go to ground floor & have a slap up meal for a very very reasonable price. Seperate cooffee lounge that is lovely & good coffee too. Loved it here, when we come back over, will be frequently visited, book in advance.

The hotel grounds are spacious and offer a wide range of activities. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, with no rocky areas. The restaurant and food are delicious. We only experienced a few issues with room service. Room cleaning needs some improvement.

Spent the day at the resort to enjoy it’s amenities. Breathtaking views of the sea. Two pools, a beach area, and a large deck with sunbathing chairs that leads to a sea swimming area. Something for everyone. Lunch, drinks, pool, and view are amazing. Definitely recommend.

We last came to this Hotel, just before Covid, this has been our 7th visit. The hotel has changed over the years, bigger restaurant, outdoor eating area, extra food prep area, Pizza salad bar all very good, staff are great, friendly and helpful . Amazing resort! The view is incredible, mountains and sea view combined. The resort also has it's own beach location with a beach bar . The rooms are clean and accomodating . Good for tourists and buissiness . Hasa vast golf course and wedding venue. The service is good and high class. The location is only 30 minutes from Girne ( Kirinia) . Highly recommended!

Hotel good but lack of entertainment made a very boring evening, too far out to go into nearest town also food not to a good standard buffet style Breakfast ok. Golf course was excellent one of the best we have played. But would not return because of issues above. Also a long drive from South to North Cyprus via a border took 1 HR 40 minutes too long after a 4 HR 30 minute flight.

It has amazing natural environmet. Great place for golf sport activities and wedding ceremonies. Beautiful landscape, good service, nice music and delicius food.

Nice place, good staff and food. Free shuttle to beach and Kyrenia (unfortunely last shuttle from Kyrenia is coming back in 8:45 PM, I´d prefer later time). Rooms are spacy and clean. My only complaint is paid water in minibar and during dinner, I think that this could be provided for free, especially in this level of accomodation.

Excellent Hotel fabulous rooms with balcony and roof top pool and restaurant. buffet is varied and serves international food as well as Turkish quite a busy area so need tye double glazing but good location for shopping and site seeing. friendly staff

Excellent hotel in centre of Kyrenia. Spotlessly clean. Lovely rooms. Lovely friendly staff always willing to help opening doors etc. Great pool on roof...shame it wasn't heated- it was April. Nice bar on roof level for a last drink each night. Cannot fault the hotel. The window in the adjoining hotel was amazing. Thank you to all the staff.

Breakfast was like at the three star hotel

Could do with being refurbished Moved from the big upstairs dining room to the smaller one downstairs but you lost fruit juice, fresh fruit and toaster. Our shower leaked l did report it as it is dangerous 3 weeks later still nothing done. Face cloths are like hens teeth l had to keep asking for clean ones. Staff were friendly.

Everything was nice in this hotel. The staff was very helpful, Camilla at reception helped with our query, the guy at breakfast refilled the hot chocolate immediately. And the room was also a good size with a comfortable bed and warm floor in the bathroom :) Also there were so many options at breakfast, both sweet and savory.

Need to sort bathroom no plug for sink shower floors on floor door wont close as to big . Bedroom and rooms kept clean by the lovely ladies . Need a plug socket by mirror to use straighteners. Breakfast same stuff every day need more choice fruit . Dinner not very bland . I think if we went in height of season this would have been much better we went end November. We have spent there 5 night instead of 6 (we had some problems because of the pandemic-situation) and they changed the booking for us, this was a nice start. The hotel rooms look exactly like in the photos. The staff is very friendly and gave us good tips anytime we had a question. The food was also great and you have a lot to choose from. All in all a great cozy hotel!

Completely satisfied with the overall hotel's performance. Food is top notch, good quality, great chefs. The Staff is good, knows English and have a great tonality. Room was fairly spacious, the beds were comfortable and clean. The Pool outside was properly maintained. No complains.

We moved to Cyprus last year and have stayed in a few hotels, Riverside being one of them. It’s not right by the sea, but they have a free shuttle to a fantastic beach club, which is free if you’re staying at the hotel. It’s a great spot for both kids and adults—the beach is sandy, and during the day, we got to see a few entertainment shows, including an acrobat performance, which the whole family...

Excellent hotel but in front of main road.

Had a good night’s sleep there despite all the shortcomings such as terrible to no wi-fi and mediocre hygiene! The bed sheets were nice and clean but the toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned before me. There was the shaving gilette of the previous guest and some hair on the wall of the bathroom.

You will mistake this hotel for a resort, because of their large pool. The staffers well oriented in customer service. Here are few pictures of my birthday cake, as I celebrated my birthday while quarantining in this hotel. Thumps up to Arslan, always ready to help.

Have been a few times now to this place. It's next to the mosque but I don't heat the call to prayer. Great breakfast and really good restaurant. The staff are friendly and it is the best location in town

Has a super stay. Its a wonderful building, next door to a historic mosque and its decorated beautifully. We enjoyed breakfast out in the court yard. Our room felt very luxurious and the staff in the restaurant and reception were all enormously pleasant and helpful. We especially enjoyed a drink by the fire in the restaurant, each evening.
