The pools were cold, the children didn’t like to go in which was a shame as they usually won’t get out of the pool, but perhaps we’d be thankful for the cold when the higher temperatures hit

The hotel was quiet (May) we almost had the pools to ourselves. ! And the weather was still glorious

I would say, with a keen eye for detail, some minor work needs doing, rusty railings, a fresh coat of paint, speedier room service, broken chandeliers, usb ports would have been nice, dead trees removed, Apple Pay option, All this would bring the hotel to an exceptional standard, but didn’t necessarily detract from our stay

Lunch, drinks, pool, and view are amazing

The bar snack menu is small but everything is the best of the best with high quality ingredients. I reccomend the pepperoni pizza and the cheese platter very nice and filling! Orange juice is the best also.

amazing experience, great hotel facilities especially the beach cabanas and pool areas was so amazing , rooms is very clean but as a five star hotel I expected food could be better at the end it was really great experience the staff was very friendly and polite especially personnel I think called Gunay

Kaan, the guest experience team, the entire pool crew on the pier, and everyone in the main restaurant — they were all fantastic

We had a weekend trip in Lords palace hotel with friends. The hotel has good beach and big swimming pools. Rooms amazing comfortable with all necessities and great views. There was a good choice of food in restaurant

Bed and pillows were so comfy and I slept like a baby. Minimum noise at night and bedding and towels were changed every day. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily

The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The overall atmosphere was great and made my stay truly enjoyable

The F&B management has clearly built a great system, and the whole team seems to embrace it wholeheartedly. I would definitely love to spend my next Cyprus holiday at Lord’s Palace again

I couldn't hide my admiration when we came to the front of the hotel. Its exterior is mixed with add-ons from world architectures and colorful like hard candy. Especially the sections about animals appealed to me a lot

Brilliant hotel, the food, facilities and cleanliness is very good. The only thing I would say is some of the bar staff weren’t great at making drinks, with premium alcohol too

The restaurant where there is breakfast, lunch and dinner is just great. Very nice reception, the selection of food incredible, very nice service. And if there is something, you will be helped within 10 minutes

All the sun beds near the sea had been save by the pool man for some guests!!! Towels on them and no one was allowed to sit on them. There were loads free as well. The breeze was best the nearer the sea

When complaining to the reception, and asking them how we reserved the sun beds by the sea, she advised that no beds were reserved. The pool man informed the lady that they were saved for the owner of the hotel

Well when the owner!!! arrived arrived at 16:30, seven hours later the owner of the hotel gave the pool man 20 lira and he promptly put it in his back pocket

Three times on the first night and twice on the second. The food is ok no difference from any other hotel really. The biggest disappointment was by the pool

Every single detail was amazing, the beach, the buffet, the pool... even the cats that are around. The staff was so kind they were willing to help us with everything. I wish I could come back again soon! Thank you.

Spacious accommodation, great views of sea and mountains. Swimming pool, is brilliant, when open, closed at moment due to low season and maintenance. Great place for family or lone travellers

Peaceful grounds, birds signing. Restaurant is located on the first floor with great views of the mountains and sea. Would definitely come back and highly Recommend. If your looking for a relaxing and chilled holiday

A great place to chill, buffet breakfast, plenty of choice. Evening meal, plenty of choice and plentiful. Ideal for nature lovers with nearby hills for walking. Shuttle bus into town is ideal for visiting Kyrenia

This was our first time in Cyprus. Even though we only stayed one night at the hotel, we loved it. It was friendly, clean, and peaceful. The breakfast was very good and delicious. They were helpful in every way.

The customers are mostly foreigners and mostly people over 50, if your expectation in Cyprus is peace, this is the place for you

Very good, clean spacious rooms, air-con is fantastic/ very good location to the harbour/ the roof pool is very good/ the lift is good/all staff are very nice and attentive helpful and try as much as they can! The wifi is good, I’ve seen some people reviews not happy with it but has been very good for me and inside the room

You’re greeted by Duyagor and Husain on reception who do there very best to assist your every need. The rooms are a good size with a amazing roof top pool with views over looking the Mediterranean and the harbour

Staff are great , and very helpful and friendly, myself , wife and 2 girls have enjoyed it, its in a great location to explore by foot, with buses and taxis within 5 min walk, the same goes for the harbour and town centre, its got shops nearby and everything you need ,a clean base to explore from

The breakfast are plentiful and good quality. Restaurant Quality / price of bar are in my opinion good value and definitely worth a try. Just a couple of worthy pointers? No tea or coffee facilities in bedrooms

Around the pool it’s very pleasant with bar and playing boards like ping pong. Beaches are very close to the hotel, it takes 15 min by bus. Also, the city center is so close to the hotel for dinner

We had very good flights from stansted to ercan, arrived at the hotel and was very impressed with staff coming out to carry out suitcase’s, we stayed in room 201 next to the swimming pool, room is dated but spacious and very clean, the hotel could not run without Melissa she has everything under control, most of the holiday makers are regular visitors and been coming for years, there is no entertainment...

We did take two teenagers with us and they enjoyed it too. Had the pool to themselves most days. Breakfast at hotel is good and a great selection of hot and cold foods. We will be back, thank you for an amazing holiday

Nice clean pool with sunbeds, bit noisy with a busy road next to it, we are in the city so expected. I would return here especially as the staff are very helpful

Had an amazing stay very relaxing. Staff can’t do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble for them. hotel very clean and we stayed in a newly renovated room which was beautiful and loved the salon style hair dryer

The bar out side does not open until the summer so we sat inside in the evening just chilling out playing cards. And something I would like to do again. We normally go June and Sept so this made a nice change

The food was fine especially the breakfast and evening meal buffet offerings. The staff in the hotel and around the course were excellent. The price of drinks was reasonable. We would definitely consider going back again

We stayed for 4 days, it was really good, they helped us to check in early, the hotel is very clean, there are 3 different buildings, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is very large, there are 2 pools in the hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly, it is 15 minutes walking to the center of Kyrenia

Pia Bella is a nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable, clean and with a beautiful view on the garden and the pool

***et is clean and well-maintained. Normally check-in is 14:00 but we arrived early and they immediately arranged the room for us. There are care products, hair dryer, slippers, minibar, tea, coffee and water

Katya and Ahmed definitely brightened us up every night with positive energy and laughter. Of all the catering workers we met on our visit to northern Cyprus - Katya and Ahmed are rated with 5 *****

In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional courtesy of the two wonderful employees KATYA ❤ and AHMED ❤  who worked tirelessly hard every night for our comfort and pleasant atmosphere

They cannot do enough for you, and make you feel part of the family. This place is ideal for people who just want to relax, laze about in the sun by the pool and let the world go by

Let me assure everybody who reads this, these owners and staff are wonderful people and we have known them for many years, the hotel is fantastic and for a 3 star and the price, you would be hard pressed to find a better hotel

The grounds and gardens are beautiful, with the view of the mountains, which you wake up to every morning in the glorious sunshine. I've just read a couple of reviews on here that seem to be very misleading though

It's only a 3 star hotel, so don't expect all the trimmings of a 5 star, but for the price, you cannot fault it. It is a very popular hotel, due to the owners and staff, who are absolutely wonderful people

Numerous returning customers, year after year will vouch for this. It's just a shame you get the odd dissatisfied customer, who feels brave to slander people online, and not face to face

A couple seem to be very annoyed and decided to write on here to make the hotel look bad. I know of this occurrence and this person is an outright liar

The gardens are beautifully maintained and a wide range of evening meals are prepared by a very competent Chef. All in all a great place to stay. Sorry forgot to mention the stunning swimming pool

First of all, the staff was superb and nice. The hotelrooms looks good, they offer good meals and have a nice swimming pool to get you through the scorching hot midsummer Cyprus afternoons

Me and my wife came here for a short trip, Wow what a lovely welcoming place with Fantastic Location,Rooms,service and Food. The Owners Run it and they are very Hospitable and professional to all of Their guests

Clean, good. Nice houses, very pleasant atmosphere, the sea is nearby. Beautiful sea. True, meals are on schedule, but this does not spoil the picture, but on the contrary will help to live on schedule.

Freshly cooked chicken, lamb steaks, chicken wings, Adana kebabs, doner etc for dinner plus pides, soups and more traditional foods as well such as stews, dolma, bulgar, rice etc. Staff very helpful and welcoming

The Vuni Palace Hotel is, for my travel and holiday needs simply Excellent! :-) My room was nicely sized, clean and tidy, with a lovely North Cyprus balcony mountains view

If WiFi connection is important to you then this hotel is not a good option. And it is not 5 star hotel for sure. Maybe it was many years ago when they built it

Very friendly warm hearted staff. The rooms are charming with air condition. The homemade food was varied and tasty. For breakfast there was lots of fresh bread, and English style tea. A little but plain but satisfactory

I did actually, was a bit fresh but doable! 🏊‍♀️ the hotel in general is clean and neat (it used to be a castle as the staff informed)! A lovely hotel, good view for rooms exactly above the sea waves 🌊! Tiny balcony but enough to drink a good greek coffee and enjoy the view! A complete tasty complete breakfast full if fresh, salty & sweet yummy food

Owners very kind, rooms clean & nice. Next to sea shore pleace, also have nice pool. In the restaurant, foods little bit expensive but its ok. All meals good quality and realy delicious

Our stay at Topset Hotel was sensational. Hotel: The location was perfect for us, a great property with a large garden, big pool and direct access to the beach

Good value, nice big rooms, nice pool and cafe area. Biggest problem was aircon didn't work. Next to the beach. Breakfast was bit so nice, same every day, but lunch and dinner were great, and cheap, 5 euro for most.

The service was exceptional, we absolutely treasured this. Overall, we loved the way they treated us and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone without a doubt. We stayed 12 nights here in total and will come again
