Nice hotel with friendly staff. Mainly catering for mainland Turks who come to North Cyprus to gamble. Not much going on in the evening unless you like casinos. There are a few things nearby. Food nice, rooms good size and clean. Lovely pool area. WiFi not great in the rooms but works well at reception.

Nice casino; I was there two years ago. What I didn't like though is that the casino is full of smoke. Smoking indoors should be banned.

cozy place, city center, good staff, not very expensive, normal casino, but not super-duper, the rooms are slightly larger than average in size, if you choose between Savo and Colony, then the colonies are better, in terms of room size, and respect from the staff

I used this hotel as a base for my daughters wedding,her wedding was in the Abbey. Nice hotel if you enjoy gambling,the harbour is worth a visit night or day.

Could do with being refurbished Moved from the big upstairs dining room to the smaller one downstairs but you lost fruit juice, fresh fruit and toaster. Our shower leaked l did report it as it is dangerous 3 weeks later still nothing done. Face cloths are like hens teeth l had to keep asking for clean ones. Staff were friendly.

Everything was nice in this hotel. The staff was very helpful, Camilla at reception helped with our query, the guy at breakfast refilled the hot chocolate immediately. And the room was also a good size with a comfortable bed and warm floor in the bathroom :) Also there were so many options at breakfast, both sweet and savory.

Need to sort bathroom no plug for sink shower floors on floor door wont close as to big . Bedroom and rooms kept clean by the lovely ladies . Need a plug socket by mirror to use straighteners. Breakfast same stuff every day need more choice fruit . Dinner not very bland . I think if we went in height of season this would have been much better we went end November. Very happy barman and lovely staff...

The Olive Tree Hotel is the best place for enjoy Holidays. Really Nice food, Humble staff Outstanding Facilities with reasonable price. Definitely Recommended

We have spent there 5 night instead of 6 (we had some problems because of the pandemic-situation) and they changed the booking for us, this was a nice start. The rooms are correct, the doors are a little bit hard to open. Garden and swimming pool is beautiful and clean. The staff is kind, one of the waiters, Yusuf was really nice with us. There are a lot of cats in the garden :) We can highly recommend...

Some facilities are quite old but all is clean. Buffet food is various and very tasty. SPA IS A MUST! ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Overall is a good value for money.

A really nice resort and inexpensive. However, the food sucks frankly speaking. In my humble opinion they should sack the chef and get somebody decent..hey guys..decent food means more revenue; rubbish food generally results in the opposite. It's your business so go figure it for yourselves.

So fun! Great watersides, food and service. Clean, well managed. Definitely a great spot for kids and adults alike. The beach is also very nice as well.

Entrance fee is just 50tl for access to most of the amenities including the beach, pools, water-park, restaurants and more. The restaurants serve delicious food at competitive prices and the service we got from the staff was just lovely. Friendly and relaxed vibe all around. Definitely coming again!

Clean, good. Nice houses, very pleasant atmosphere, the sea is nearby. Beautiful sea. True, meals are on schedule, but this does not spoil the picture, but on the contrary will help to live on schedule.

Food was amazing and different every night. Couldn’t have asked for more. Freshly cooked chicken, lamb steaks, chicken wings, Adana kebabs, doner etc for dinner plus pides, soups and more traditional foods as well such as stews, dolma, bulgar, rice etc. It really is fantastic. Only used the bar and listened to a lady sing live with a guitarist backing her. Amazing. Great service but you get what you pay for. Not cheap but an excellent evening. Highly recommend it

Spent the day at the resort to enjoy it’s amenities. Breathtaking views of the sea. Two pools, a beach area, and a large deck with sunbathing chairs that leads to a sea swimming area. Something for everyone. Lunch, drinks, pool, and view are amazing. Definitely recommend.

The hotel rooms look exactly like in the photos. The staff is very friendly and gave us good tips anytime we had a question. The food was also great and you have a lot to choose from. All in all a great cozy hotel!

Normally a very busy, bustling area with lots of restaurants competing for your business. Be determined and try them all to collect the best deal. Midday is generally quieter and you can check out the menus in peace.

Lovely harbour reached from the town is lined with a nice selection of fish restaurants and cafes overlooking the pretty harbour and the majestic castle, which holds the world's oldest shipwreck! Entrance fee was expetionally cheap too!! Trips on traditional Turkish Gulet boats are a must at good value. Stay until the sun sets over the Med for a beautiful view.

Small charming old harbor with many restaurants and small shops. Sunsets are just unbeatable here.Nice stroll along castle and sea. Many boat companies offering boat trips. There is public WC near light house.

Absolutely beautiful harbour, so many shops and restaurants located near by and such beautiful views! It also has a near by castle you can visit they have one of the oldest shipwreck boats in it, what a lovely but of history!

This might be the prettiest place in all of Cyprus. A place where you expect Jack Sparrow to walk by ... Castle is impressive. Fresh fish in the harbor was very good. I will be back for sure. My wife spent hours in the gold shops :-)

Very nice view and historical area. Very silent hotel and good service. You can sit on the balcony and look directly to sea and ancient port. For sure I will cone again to this hotel.

Great roof top bar with a happy hour until 7pm. Amazing views of the harbour and nice place to watch the sun set. We didn't stay here but only came for drinks

Second time of staying at this Hotel. The Owner is a charming lady and is always ready to have a friendly chat. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic usually served by a pleasant waiter who will advise on what is available and that is plentiful. The gardens are beautifully maintained and a wide range of evening meals are prepared by a very competent Chef. All in all a great place to stay . Sorry forgot...

Nice friendly family run hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a nice time and our room had a balcony with expansive views. We really enjoyed our stay.

First of all, the staff was superb and nice. The hotelrooms looks good, they offer good meals and have a nice swimming pool to get you through the scorching hot midsummer Cyprus afternoons. Also, it is one of few hotels where I've been where they actually bring you your breakfast to the table and a tasty one it was (+ good coffee).

We had pretty much the entire hotel for ourselves during January. Breakfast was alright with fruits, yogurt, some cheese and omelette. Overall was a great place to stay. On the bottom line, the room was smelling bleach which wasn’t enjoyable and was relatively dark with blue light bulbs.

Me and my wife came here for a short trip, Wow what a lovely welcoming place with Fantastic Location,Rooms,service and Food. The Owners Run it and they are very Hospitable and professional to all of Their guests. We would highly recommend. 5 Stars plus. Best Hus and Fatma

When I stayed in the hotel was under renovation, but in general it was great to relax. The pool was dirty. But the room was fine. I believe that by the end of the renovation everything will be great again.

We went to the spa for massages and the saunas. The massage was nice, and the prices were very reasonable (120 TL/$22 USD for an hour massage and basic access). The facility had some minor issues that need to be addressed (broken lockers, shower door didn't close, standing water in the steam room, etc), and one of the saunas was closed. We stayed for five days. Location of it is great. Many restaurants around. No beach, but has access to the sea and sun beds. Price was very low. The only negative thing was cleanliness, i would rate it zero. No one comes to clean the room. We had to ask six times in three days, and they came for two times, only to empty toilet garbage bins. Not recommended for long stays. Max three nights.

I saw a sign listing 12 Turkish brewed craft ales and I had to find out more details. Walked down an alley way and found a secluded place to enjoy a meal it was The Avenue Hotel . We just had a coffee and one craft ale as it was only 10am. Excellent coffee and I tried a craft beer not bad but very expensive at 135TL. But it was an experience . Don't think we will go back.

Only went restaurant. Service was awful. Really slow had to ask several times for things. I had prawn casserole for starter which was good We both had fillet steak which was really good but veg was cold and chips and salad did not arrive until we had finished meal. They were sent back and we left.

One of the best restaurants for overall experience, good calming feel inside and out. Log burner inside and beautiful courtyard. The food, wine and service were all exquisite! The staff, backed by the owner who was on hand to make sure all was ok, were outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us. I would recommend this place to everyone, genuinely a hidden gem.

Hidden gem! We just had the lemon cheesecake but the rest must be just as excellent! The atmosphere is amazingly calming and beautiful. And the staff is so polite and professional. Just perfect!! If you are looking for wholesome, high class food and a beautiful hidden gem location this is the place to go! Thank you for the experience!

The hotel can be considered a bit out of town center in terms of location, Prices are a bit more affordable than the town center hotels, hotel clean, Where you can stay safe and relax

Had a good night’s sleep there despite all the shortcomings such as terrible to no wi-fi and mediocre hygiene! The bed sheets were nice and clean but the toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned before me. There was the shaving gilette of the previous guest and some hair on the wall of the bathroom.

You will mistake this hotel for a resort, because of their large pool. The staffers well oriented in customer service. Here are few pictures of my birthday cake, as I celebrated my birthday while quarantining in this hotel. Thumps up to Arslan, always ready to help.

This was our 3rd stay this year. Already booked again for September and December 2022. As always lovely comfortable, well equipped rooms. Fabulous breakfast choice, great coffee shop attached to the hotel. Nothing too much trouble for the super friendly efficient staff., especially Mohamed, Omar and Kizer.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 7 nights and can't fault it, the service and rooms were excellent. You are a little way out of the hustle and bustle of Kyrenia Centre but that's what we like. Its about a 20 mins steady walk down to the Harbour and Castle area. Coffee bar has really good coffee (iced coffee) an instagrammable view and sweet treats! Pretty location nearby supermarket, free parking, restaurants and city centre. They have very nice views from their coffee bar and restaurant. The rooms are nice to stay too.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here over our 3-day stay. All the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with so much attention to detail in the decor. What a amazing family run hotel. The location is not amazing but if you have a car its fine. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The breakfast the first morning was amazing the second day not as good. The owners of the hotel are amazing and happy to help with anything you need. Prices were excellent for pool bar and to stay. I will definitely be staying there again.

It's always a pleasure to stay at High Life where we are made to feel very welcome. The service is excellent and the food is good but the views are outstanding and the gardens are beautiful. It is so relaxing that it is hard to leave the hotel and we are already planning our next trip!

Great place to stay for a week, quiet place, beautiful sunsets. There is a swimming pool, bar and restaurant on site. Nearby there is a supermarket and not far from the sea, walking about ~ 10 minutes. There is also Russian billiards not far away.
