It's amazing..I couldn't hide my admiration when we came to the front of the hotel. Its exterior is mixed with add-ons from world architectures and colorful like hard candy.. Especially the sections about animals appealed to me a lot. its well-kept gardens were fascinating..In short, it offers you the natural life in its most beautiful and colorful form.

The hotel is not rated for me 5 stars! The service was only good in the restaurant, and we asked to bring us bathrobes in the room, the hotel staff never brought us. The food was very tasty, fresh even like homemade. Our room did not have a bathroom, only a shower, which is not up to 5 star standards.

I was there 5years agos. I went there to visit myfriends on the way back home i has been rob by twos rent acars..

Great Food. Great atmosphere and Ambiance. The staff always tries their best. "With Pleasure" I am global foodie and surely can say the improvements on Food compared to pre-covid era was spectacular 👌 Bravo ! Super Animal and Human Friendly ❤

Brilliant hotel, the food, facilities and cleanliness is very good. The only thing I would say is some of the bar staff weren’t great at making drinks, with premium alcohol too. The spa was brilliant and well worth the money.

They ve a giant free range parot called kral. The foods meeh, the beach and cabanas are very quiet and chilled. Great place to bring some one you dont wanna be caught with.

Last year I could not fault this place but how things have changed! Being a 5 star hotel I do expect a high quality but it was found lacking in many areas this year. My experience did not start well as they are forever mopping marble floors and I slipped over on the first day! The signage was hardly visable and although I went to the nurse I was not happy with the lack of English. It is a 5 star...

Amazing place! I got gifted a spa treatment here. Was lovely, you could use the facilities until it was your treatment time. They have various packages to choose from. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Nice place with great nature and climate however taking into consideration the fact that we are constant customers of Merit the service and behaviour could have been better. Some of the answers while asking for extra service or support should not have sounded the way they did.

We visit Merit Park Hotel a lot (almost every month) We cannot wait to come again after the renewal opening. We miss amazing team of the Hotel a lot. They are not different than our family and the Hotel is like our home. Although we are in the US, now, we cannot wait to come again to our special place Merit Park Hotel at the soonest time possible. Very nice hotel with great service everyone’s nice and friendly has a very big kids club. Only The outdoor swimming pool needs maintenance and cleaning. The casino needs better ventilation. Other than that it was a great experience.

cozy place, city center, good staff, not very expensive, normal casino, but not super-duper, the rooms are slightly larger than average in size, if you choose between Savo and Colony, then the colonies are better, in terms of room size, and respect from the staff

I used this hotel as a base for my daughters wedding,her wedding was in the Abbey. Nice hotel if you enjoy gambling,the harbour is worth a visit night or day.

My room was clean but absolutely wreaked of cigarette smoke. I asked for another room, no non smoking rooms in hotel was reply from management and no other rooms were available. However the Hotel seemed empty at dinner and breakfast!! They fumigated it so I couldn’t use it for over an hour, and still smelled really bad.

Breakfast was better than expected.🍽🧀🥚🥨🥗🍉🍒✨️🍽 The location is very nice. 🌊🌊🌊 The room is clean but undeniably old. There are two restaurants, Chinese and Italian. Chinese food is quite salty. We recommend ordering with a light taste.

Everything was super beautiful. The food was great. (Much better than before..a real 5 stars food and drink service. I am from France 😉)

Every single detail was amazing, the beach, the buffet, the pool... even the cats that are around. The staff was so kind they were willing to help us with everything. I wish I could come back again soon! Thank you.

We last came to this Hotel, just before Covid, this has been our 7th visit. The hotel has changed over the years, bigger restaurant, outdoor eating area, extra food prep area, Pizza salad bar all very good, staff are great, friendly and helpful . A shuttle bus to a private beach with snacks and drinks. We where disappointed that the shuttle bus into Kyrenia was not running anymore, if you want to visit...

Amazing resort! The view is incredible, mountains and sea view combined. The resort also has it's own beach location with a beach bar . The rooms are clean and accomodating . Good for tourists and buissiness . Hasa vast golf course and wedding venue. The service is good and high class. The location is only 30 minutes from Girne ( Kirinia) . Highly recommended!

Hotel good but lack of entertainment made a very boring evening, too far out to go into nearest town also food not to a good standard buffet style Breakfast ok. Golf course was excellent one of the best we have played. But would not return because of issues above. Also a long drive from South to North Cyprus via a border took 1 HR 40 minutes too long after a 4 HR 30 minute flight.

It has amazing natural environmet. Great place for golf sport activities and wedding ceremonies. Beautiful landscape, good service, nice music and delicius food.

Nice place, good staff and food. Free shuttle to beach and Kyrenia (unfortunely last shuttle from Kyrenia is coming back in 8:45 PM, I´d prefer later time). Rooms are spacy and clean. My only complaint is paid water in minibar and during dinner, I think that this could be provided for free, especially in this level of accomodation.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Mainly catering for mainland Turks who come to North Cyprus to gamble. Not much going on in the evening unless you like casinos. There are a few things nearby. Food nice, rooms good size and clean. Lovely pool area. WiFi not great in the rooms but works well at reception.

Nice casino; I was there two years ago. What I didn't like though is that the casino is full of smoke. Smoking indoors should be banned.

The food was very nice! The ocakbaşi was a game changer for me! I wish I went in summer when I could swim though...

When I stayed in the hotel was under renovation, but in general it was great to relax. The pool was dirty. But the room was fine. I believe that by the end of the renovation everything will be great again.

We went to the spa for massages and the saunas. The massage was nice, and the prices were very reasonable (120 TL/$22 USD for an hour massage and basic access). The facility had some minor issues that need to be addressed (broken lockers, shower door didn't close, standing water in the steam room, etc), and one of the saunas was closed. The employees were friendly, and they offer more services than...

We stayed for five days. Location of it is great. Many restaurants around. No beach, but has access to the sea and sun beds. Price was very low. The only negative thing was cleanliness, i would rate it zero. No one comes to clean the room. We had to ask six times in three days, and they came for two times, only to empty toilet garbage bins. Not recommended for long stays. Max three nights.

All the bests here... Best hookah running 24/7 (only place in island), best alacarte dont forget to taste chicken wings there😜...nice casino with all your needs from little to high limits... And most important you are in the heart of Kyrenia 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🥂

The scale of this hotel was not very large before, but now the business is getting better and better, but some regulations are not good for guests and need to be corrected in time, but overall it is also a good hotel.

I was in casino. Very good place to play, many machines. A fresh air and welcoming waiters. Also they serve lunch and dinner if you’re hungry while playing.

One of the best hotels on the area. With this said, is a Casino hotel so that needs to be taken into account. At this time is off season, a time where older people that opportunity to enjoy the gambling habits. There's an acceptable number of services and looks that management spend all the money on decorative fixtures... but honestly needs huge improvements, especially on basics such as internet ...

Only used the bar and listened to a lady sing live with a guitarist backing her. Amazing. Great service but you get what you pay for. Not cheap but an excellent evening. Highly recommend it

Spent the day at the resort to enjoy it’s amenities. Breathtaking views of the sea. Two pools, a beach area, and a large deck with sunbathing chairs that leads to a sea swimming area. Something for everyone. Lunch, drinks, pool, and view are amazing. Definitely recommend.

Have been a few times now to this place. It's next to the mosque but I don't heat the call to prayer. Great breakfast and really good restaurant. The staff are friendly and it is the best location in town

Has a super stay. Its a wonderful building, next door to a historic mosque and its decorated beautifully. We enjoyed breakfast out in the court yard. Our room felt very luxurious and the staff in the restaurant and reception were all enormously pleasant and helpful. We especially enjoyed a drink by the fire in the restaurant, each evening.

Nice hotel. Several buildings on a large area. Distant from the city center. Easy access to the sea. Nice pool. Clean room.

If WiFi connection is important to you then this hotel is not a good option. And it is not 5 star hotel for sure. Maybe it was many years ago when they built it. Staff was kind but not always speaking English and the food was good, there were options for vegetarian, vegan dishes.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good, price is very affordable ,but should be noted that some rooms were very tiny than others and rooms had some cleaning issues with bedbugs.

Very quirky hotel a few minutes walk to the harbour. Great location on a quiet alleyway. Staff fantastic, welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Evening meals very good. Breakfast OK but would really have liked fresh orange juice instead of the powder type juice the served up. All in all a great place to stay and we would certainly go again.

Very friendly warm hearted staff. The rooms are charming with air condition. The homemade food was varied and tasty. For breakfast there was lots of fresh bread, and English style tea. A little but plain but satisfactory. Very good location, in the old town and near the shops. Also it’s right near the harbour where there are boat trips and lots of restaurants. Close to the castle too.

Great location There was a large variety of food and the setup was nice. I especially liked the sitting areas and the view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and new with a beautiful decor. We got a sweet so it was big. We were in the taller building which I liked, with a great view. This is the second time I stay in this hotel the first time we were in the main building but...

We only visites the casino. It is nice and spacious with high ceilings and clean air. Although smoking is allowed inside, the ventilation was good and unlike some of the other casinos around you don't suffocate because of the smoke. Taking photos is not allowed inside, so this is a photo of the gates.

It's the premium Hotel with wide range of restaurants and Discos. The port normally opens in summer and is a good place.The beach is wide and open. One can find fish, Arabic, Turkish, Italian and Chinese cuisines. the casino is very big. They provide best services.

We had a great stay. Service was good and efficient. Staff were very helpful.any problems were dealt with immediately .the reception staff were very accommodating and the food choice was amazing.cake presentation is 10/10

Used to be a very nice hotel but it started show its age. Food is delicious. Pool area and the beach is good. Nice attractions and concerts throughout the year. Although there are better casinos. Kratos will be on my favorites list because of its close locatio to central girne.

Visited the main restaraunt in hotel. Very good value and staff very good. More than i can say when i visited the lebanese restaraunt at christmas. Very ignorant staff there.

Very elite and beautiful place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. Costumers are mostly elder British people which makes it more attractive İ think. Or has a very attractive restaurant. Staff is very kind and helpful. Dessert........ wonderful. Rooms and environment are tidy and clean. Parking may be problematic but can be solved.

Hotel ok but service not always great as we were only a couple. They seem to be more attentive to groups. And as long as you don’t bother them too much they are smiling. If you ask something when they are busy with group they don’t seem to want to know you anymore. They supposed to offer room service during the day. Had lunch food ok but when I asked for dessert they told me 4 minutes. After 30 minutes...

We stayed for 2wks 5th to 19th and we had a wonderful time. The staff are all very friendly and very happy to help you with anything. We had booked a villa room but we didn’t like it and they changed it straight away and gave us a hotel room which was lovely. The hotel is very rustic and very quaint and quiet but that’s what we wanted it’s very charming and we felt very comfortable and at home there...

Hotel on the mountainside below the five finger mountain. Rather isolated. Super views, not suitable for people with mobility issues. Staff friendly and helpful food waiting service excellent. Hotel rooms recently updated, but Villas in need of some refurbishment. Always clean, but some much needed repairs and replacement of some furnishings urgently needed. We always stay here , it’s a family run small hotel , kind boss , manager and staff , everything clean and easy to get around ,ground floor rooms which make our holiday very easy indeed . Beautiful pool very calm days , no YOUNG children allowed , super quite around pool . The location is a little out of the way from my place of work, but exactly what I was after - a quiet location where I could get down time when required. The main pull for the hotel is the team - they are great. Super helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they are a dream to stay with. The hotel style is art museum style - which is very different! But works! So much to look at - down...

Been here many times before. Staff are great. Only downside is food menu is unchanged and this hotel seems now to accept children, where it was formerly an Adult's only. So a bit less peaceful.

A great choice for a secluded quite area. Interiors are amazing. We stayed over during weekdays. Service is excellent, staff are extremely respectful and courteous. Great beds. We had the best sleep and the very enjoyable evenings around the pool during evenings. Kids have a mini golf course and a swimming pool to enjoy. There was also fuzz ball. Breakfast was very good. Beautiful, quiet setting within walking distance of Bellapais Monastery and village. The themed rooms are a nice little quirk (we had the Leonard Cohen room), staff are really polite and friendly, the view from the balcony was gorgeous and the breakfast(included in fee) was really tasty. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again.
