Melpo Antia Hotel & Suites

Disappointed for the price, we booked with Jet2 and Definitely won’t return. The staff are beyond rude apart from 1 gentleman in the evening. Their zero to no service from the staff, it’s chaotic at meal times. No staff helps you to get an table and half the time you have to ask for it to be cleaned. Food being cleared off the buffet 10 minutes before it’s meant to close and they don’t ask the people who are eating if their finished. In our all inclusive, we had an option to order of the lunch menu. We was told this was not possible due to the hotel not being full, however we paid to use this service with our all inclusive so we wanted to use it. Especially since the buffet lacked variety. We was told the chef told the staff we couldn’t order of this menu unless we wanted to pay for it and to complain to the manager. When we did, we spent 30 minutes waiting and had to go back to speak to the chef who rudely greeted us and told us we should of got their earlier. We originally got their at half 4 and the menu runs until 5.30pm, if it wasn’t for us waiting since the chef originally said no we could of ordered in time. Afterwards we felt many staff members was rude to us, when we was only trying to use the services we had originally paid for. It was advertised their entertainment in the hotel, on a few nights an week their was optional karaoke and an guy with an guitar. no entertainment during the day. Location was perfect but the hotel I would avoid. The bar service is really slow as their only ever 1 person on the bar, no service by the pool. Cocktails were never mixed properly. Most days our room wasn’t cleaned and we always had to ask for more towels. Staff really didn’t seem to care.
