Le Village Hotel

At first I was distrustful and misjudged this place, but I didn't write about it.
It was my mistake, caused by rush and heat. Now it's time to write how it really is:
The hotel is ok. Rooms of differt sizes. Smaller and larger, with or without a balcony. There is air conditioning, Wi-fi and own(?) large parking near hotel. The rooms have small bathrooms with a shower. If there are rooms available and you can choose, the reception staff will ask you about your needs and help choose a room. If you are staying longer, your room will be cleaned every day even during your absence. The woman who cleans is trustworthy. He does his job properly and you shouldn't worry about anything. The price is very good.
I honestly recommend it for short and long stays. If your expectations are high, if you expect e.g. a swimming pool, sauna, entertainment, hotel meals - this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a room at a good price and with the necessary equipment, this hotel is perfect for you. So choose wisely. Appreciate what is here and don't expect what is not on offer.

Others:
There is a brilliant bakery across the street 100m right from hotel. You can buy delicious cakes and bread there. At the back of the store there is a stand with coffee and other drinks that will be prepared at your request. Across the street about 30m from hotel you will find a grocery store.

Great little place for accessing Limassol old town and the seafront, both about 15 mins easy walk away. Close to The Old Hospital bus station, just 5 mins walk, local shops on the doorstep, couple of traditional restaurants close by. Family owned and run, we had a lovely welcome from Andreas and his son George who were friendly and helpful

Room was small and simple but very clean and everything worked: fridge, kettle, shower with good water pressure, air con and WiFi. Nothing not to like. No pool or gardens but not a problem for a short stay. Overall, a bargain and would recommend.

Hotel is very dated, warping you back in time to a period which hasn’t been visited since the 80’s.

Not a lot to complain about here if you need a cheap place in a reasonable location while exploring Limassol for a couple of days.

The room was clean, serviced with a small fridge, small TV and a squeaky bed. The type were springs liked to remind you that they were there.

Accompanying the room was a pleasant balcony overlooking the road, which ran down to the old town about a 15-20 minute walk away, and a tiny bathroom that was not big enough for sharing.

No complaints from me, I got what I paid for, but anything longer than a couple of days may have let the novelty of the place wear off.

Good one-star hotel. Rooms were small but cozy and clean. We find there everything we expected and more - Wi-Fi (weak) and small TV (streaming from phone is an option with Wi-Fi connection). Bathroom was small but functional. Beds had hard mattresses, that’s one small minus for me, but it’s subjective. Objective minus is localisation near street - it tends to be noisy during day and in the evening, only at night there is a sweet silence. Other than that - fine hotel.
