I have no idea how this place got high reviews. This is more of a hostel than a hotel. Everything is very basic and low quality. Broken and exhausted electric socket fixed with a masking tape, TV smaller than a PC screen, 1 floor to reception with no elevator making it hard for elderly people, windows with no double soundproof making your stay super noisy even at midnight because of the music from the downstairs restaurants.
The only positive was the location and the nice lady in the reception who was very kind and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions totalling 4-5 weeks during a period of 2 months.
Our first visit impressed us so much that we knew we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Larnaca.
OEvery time we walked into the building there would be a huge smile greeting you at the front desk. Fabulous chats and lots of laughs.
Rooms & bathrooms are always clean. We were always given the same room on every one of our return stays. Diana wanted us to feel like "we were back home". And that's exactly how we felt.
I can't think of anything negative.
Thank you to all the wonderful people we met .

Not sure how this hotel got such high ratings. It was dirty with very uncomfortable beds and the bathroom smells like urine. Tons of noise and music from the street and the walls are super thin so every time someone opens a door it sounds like they’re in your room. Do not recommend at all.

Very nice people working there and easy access for free parking, but the walls were way too thin as I could hear someone on the other side snoring. The room was also dirty with a lot of dust under the bed. It also wasn’t possible to flush down toilet paper. All in all good for a 1 star hotel, but price could have been cheaper as well.

Room is clean and spacious, toilet is small but it's alright.
It's right at the center and just next to the lazarus church.
You are within walking distance to everything, to the beach and to the restaurants.
The staff are friendly and helpful,
they have a large parking space for the rental cars
Wifi is fast
They cleaned our room almost everyday despite not putting do not make up room :)
You can help yourself with free coffees and water at the mini dining area
Its clean and smells like powder.
Cant recommended this place enough.

Perfect location for the price. Has a beautiful view of the church and is so close to the beach, there are so many shops and restaurants around it’s hard to decide where to go! I would definitely recommend for anyone

Rooms are great , showers can do with a little clean up/update old rubber etc. Great location and staff 👍🏻

Very satisfied with this hotel. 3 minutes from the city beach. Coffe/bakery right at the corner. The rooms are very clean, well equiped. The hotel terrace is perfect for a breakfast or just leisure time. The 24/7 reception desk service is very helpful. And even there is a slight breatkfast each morning, a slight snack available throughout the whole day. Very appreciated. If there were some noise, it was from the street. The rooms and people were quiet.

Very charming Hotel located two blocks away from the beach with lots of restaurants and chops. Highly recommend for the price.

It was difficult to sleep with the people blasting music and singing right next to our balcony every night. I wouldn't recommend his hotel because because of that alone. There isn't any privacy and people are inconsiderate of others. They did quiet down after a complaint but it is not necessary to be that loud. Next to rooms.
