Dome Beach Marina Hotel & Resort

Wow this place is so stunning. The service was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious and well cooked. Had selections for all different tastes. The pools were both amazing. The bar staff on all pool bars were attentive and friendly and the staff on the entertainment bar were brilliant they danced the dances with the kids and we're always smiling.
The rooms were clean and catered well for us. Would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel manager, Antonia, did an outstanding job. Everyone put in a lot of effort to ensure we had a perfect vacation. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great service and food, fine rooms. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaning ladies are great.
What I didn't like is that sunbeds are charged on weekends and there is no sign, no notice that says so. Also, the lady receptionist told us that check-out is at 11 but it's not, it's at 12.
Neverheless, this didn't affect our impression of the hotel.

The hotels location cannot be beaten, being right on the beach is something not many hotels can offer and the outside areas are faultless. The pools are big and it never felt over crowded even during the holidays. I am vegetarian and never struggled with food and found a good variety of meals during the 2 weeks we stayed for. The restaurants are great with amazing views of the sea and it’s lovely being able to be served and sit together, makes a change from the buffet style food. There is never anything too much to ask, the staff are lovely with a special mention to Maria and Nicos who go above and beyond along with many other members.

I do recommend. All of the above. Great place to come - for sure, I will come back ! And invite my friends.
AMAZING FOOD - FIRST TIME I TRULY ENJOYED EVERY MEAL. If you care for calories, be careful - very good desserts.
The place, clean, comfortable. Good customer service. What is important for me - air conditioning was working perfectly.
Two recommendations for management
1. Please extend the working hours of the gym (fitness) - many people who train regularly prefer to go early in the morning before breakfast or in the evening
2. Please find a solution to reduce plastic consumption - I would recommend providing plastic/glass bottles (even with a deposit like you do with beach towels). For the people to take water for the beach/gym/ room - and not carry plenty of small plastic cups.

All in all - great place, Value/Price 5/5

We are spending the 5th day of our holiday here at the Dome Hotel and I have to say it is a great place for families.

Let's start from the rooms.
Many people in the comments were complaining about the rooms and the cleaning. We are staying in the main building and all the rooms are recently decorated or at least not too long ago. It fits the purpose. Of course it is not luxurious or a 5 star room but let's be honest why would you spend much time in the room when the pool and the beach is that great. :)
The bed is a bit too soft to me but this is really depending on personal preferences. Otherwise it is spacious enough for 2 parents and 2 kids.
The room is being cleaned every day, and the supervisor checks all the rooms after each cleaning. We've seen that several times. The only part where I could do a little criticism is the cleanliness of the bath tub. It could do a deep cleaning but again we just done a bit extra cleaning on it by our selves.
All in all I would say the room is a good 7.5/10

The food. Few comments mentioned that the food is not great, repetitive or tasteless. It is quite difficult to maintain a gourmet menu in an all inclusive resort but they try their best in their opinion. Yes there are repetitive items, yes, some of them could be a bit more tasty but overall the kitchen does a great job. You can find something different mixed with the usual items every day. We have experience from other all inclusive hotels and this hotel is pretty good. Not to mention the cakes. They are absolutely gorgeous. Not too sweet and not to heavy.
All in all it is absolutely fine. I can imagine after 2 weeks it could become a bit simple but then you have the option for the Japanese, Greek or Italian restaurant. Not to mention that lots of restaurants in walking or a short taxi drive. (€15)

Location.
The location is fantastic. The beach and the colour of the see is just unbelievable. You can find something similar probably in the Caribbean but this is truly a gem. The sea is sandy and the water is amazingly clear.
2 large pool is available for the hotel quests and they are both nice. We preferred the family pool. Very nicely pool.

During the day, snack bars are open, serving drinks, coffee and some snacks, ice creams.

Staff is very nice, but if you get used to the friendliness of a middle east country or Egypt then they seem a little more distant or just not as nice. But this is nothing to do with arrogance.

When we arrived in the late evening we were welcomed with some sandwiches and the mini bar was full with 3 soft drinks and a water. You can always ask the staff to refill the empty water bottle.

Location: 10/10 - you cannot go wrong with the hotel location

All in all I would highly recommend families to come and stay here. The kids animator is lovely. She is trying to keep the kids busy and happy. Even mums can join in the kids yoga. :)

The hotel is ok for the 4 star rating, but if too expect too much like an Egyptian huge hotel room mixed with high European standards you might going to be disappointed. Still this is a great place to stay.

Amazing holiday. Jet 2 cannot do enough for you always there to guide you through everything from start to finish. The hotel its self is really good, myself and my family have had a great stay would definitely recommend. The staff are very friendly and great with kids. One particular staff member was a lovely lady called Maria she was always ready to help with anything needed.

As a rule I don’t usually visit the same hotels twice, however myself and my family will definitely be back.

Can't fault the hospitality received from Maria, Reena and Nikos. Made a party of 19 (which is quite a feat and challenging, to say the least!) They collectively made us feel welcome and pulled out all the stops to make my Ma's 80th very special. I feedback with minimum criticism but positive feedback; the rooms could be updated and perhaps have some infestation treatment. One of our rooms had cockroaches and the other riddled with ants despite efforts from Maintenance. A little disappointed that even though the hotel wasn't full capacity and we were the first guests of the season they could not offer a room change for a young family in this room. Talking of first guests of the season and we had paid full whack for the all inclusive packages (circa £20k) for a week we did not get the package as promised, it was a chaotic first 3 days with hardly any food or services options, this i will direct at Jet2 who were not helpful with any of it! Don't book your holiday with Jet2. I am seasoned traveller and never again with Jet2. Thank you Dome Beach for doing the best you could, especially Maria, Nikos & Reena. Wishing you lots of success!
